Needed help from the Geek Squad and Leslie didn't disappoint. She then directed me to the computer section and Jacob was knowledgeable, and helpful. Great conversation all together. He gave me several options for something comparable to what I had lost!

Stood waiting for help for 15 minutes, even asked the car audio guy to get someone and he was rude, and no one came over. Watched 4 salesmen stand at the door laughing and having a good ole time on their phones while I tried to spend some money. Went to Walmart and got what I needed instead, and I hate Walmart.

Came in on 12/20/23 around 6:30 PM. Never had a bad experience at Best Buy until I came here. Very disappointed. Drove 30 minutes and spent an hour in the store only to leave empty handed after multiple issues. The people who checked me out were at least decently friendly. I did have to deal with a very hateful customer back in the computer section which made the experience worse. Never met a more entitled person than her. I’m sure she’ll know who she is if she sees this.

Bestbuy..more like Best of Luck. Ordered a backup camera for my car and paid for installation. I got 2 installation dates and called customer service. Customer service is over seas and switched 3 times. They will not switch you to the store. When I ordered the camera it said it fit my car, now they say it doesn't. I made 2 trips to the store and finally had to just cancel the order. The worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything.

plenty of employees in a huddle and not one asked if i needed any help which i need as i was clearly searching and was lost so i found what i needed by myself after some time. no one was at the checkout registers and me and another customer were looking where to check out and we had to use the customer service department registers to check out. weird

Best Buy is the go-to store for all types of electronics. The employees are friendly and you can always find someone to help you. I have purchased TVs, laptops, dashcams, tablets, security cameras, mobile phones, and other items from Best Buy. I have used Geek Squad, with knowledgeable technicians who have helped me in several situations. My Best Buy memberships provide excellent protection that cannot be matched by other stores, including cell phone companies.

Leslie was so helpful, for her to be a young lady, considering my age she was so knowledgeable and helpful. The rest of the workers just standing there. She knew a lot with helping me with my issue. Leslie u Rock sorry didn't get a name. She do go to school at UAB I found that out, cause I also work at UAB cause I had my uniform on. Keep up the good work.

They never have what I want but I can be pretty picky with my hardware at times. I wouldn't advise any chains that claim to be computer repair outlets. That includes the geek squad lol. Not a bad place for holiday shopping or black Friday though. If you have a microcenter nearby check them out ahead of best buy. You won't be disappointed with that decision. Other than that, Staples is the place for computer chairs. Best buy is the place for tvs.

Went in to buy the latest version of Tablo over-the-airwaves DVR Gen 4. Luckily they had them in stock. Bought the Tablo DVR, and a 2 TB hard drive. Received friendly, and courteous help from their floor sales staff.

All I needed was a new wireless keyboard for the cumputer after accidentally dumping a sticky drink on the old one. They had plenty to choose from in a good range of prices and quality. The store has most everything you would need in the way of electronics, along with appliances.

Its pains me to say this but it has to be done to get this store to where it needs to be. The displays are trash and mostly untouched by a rag and cleaner. A lot of un-functionality present everywhere. I would hate to be a product distributor and see my display not even working and on top of that, dirty.

Their selection of computer parts left much to be desired, I was looking for some case fans and only had maybe two or three options to choose from with only one option below $100 which is insane for a case fan. They also had no associates near the back of the store as they were all at the front talking amongst themselves or playing in their cell phones

NEVER AGAIN!!! Ordered a fridge 9/25 after mine died. Was told delivery wouldn't be until 10/11. That's nearly two weeks but I decided to wait. Received a call on the day of delivery that my appointment had been cancelled due to "unforeseen circumstance". I was then given a new delivery of 10/25!!!! That's nearly a month without a fridge!! I spent most of the day on the phone with "customer service" but couldn't get anywhere so they "escalated the issue" and assured me that the store manager would call me, which they did not. I understand that things happen (people get sick, trucks break down) but to be put off an additional two weeks is absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say I cancelled my order and will take my business elsewhere. I have been an Elite BB member many years. Once my refund is back on my card I will be closing the account and cutting all ties with this company.**If you're in the market for appliances I HIGHLY recommend All South Appliance Group. I called after 5 pm on a Friday and my refrigerator was delivered the following Wednesday. Staff was very friendly and helpful. OH, and the exact same refrigerator was about $500 LESS!!!!**

This isn't Amazon's show room. Buy something.Especially if you're looking for a TV. I have a Best Buy store brand 19" that had been moving with me for nearly 17 years. Don't ever buy a TV from Walmart. Seriously, don't do it. They go bad after about a year.

Well this best buy location is the closest one to where I live. Therefore is my favorite store when it comes to shopping 🛍️ accessories for all my digital devices. I always find what I'm looking for,so for me it's been an awesome costumer service,I do recommend this store 100% 👍😃

I purchased the Z Fold 5 on August 26, 2023 and purchased the Total protection bundle for this phone. I was given a FREE $150 gift card for making the purchase. I used the phone while on vacation but found that it didn't work for my needs. It was not functional or working the way I needed. I returned the phone in original packaging back to Best Buy on Tuesday, August 29, 2023. I went to the Best Buy at Pinnacle Square in Trussville, Alabama. I brought everything that was needed to get a full refund on the phone including bringing the FREE $150 gift card which was required for the return so that I would not be charged for it. I spent over an hour at Best Buy waiting for this to be cleared up. The assistant manager was not helpful at all and stopped service when he was not able to get out of refunding the gift card. My mother and I were treated hostile and left the store. Now I am stuck paying $150 for a gift card that I didn’t ask for and that was given by the store. I have contacted the Best Buy corporate office to no avail. They have not followed through on anything they said. They have acknowledged I deserved a refund, but I have received nothing. I am extremely disappointed with Best Buy for this type of treatment. I have been with Best Buy for several years with no problem but now I guess customer service doesn’t matter. Even the assistant manager told me he didn’t care about me reporting him. Beware if you’re purchase doesn’t go perfectly because Best Buy will discard you as a customer. You can follow their procedures and still get stuck with the bill.
