Ms. Kim and her team were so super fabulous with our two pooches and so lovely and welcoming, as we walked in as new clients without an appointment and she took us in with open arms ❤️ Our boys were super happy and beautiful when we picked them up and you can just tell that your babies are in good hands with Ms. Kim. Easy to do business with. Reasonably priced but not cheap. Flexible and friendly. I’ve taken three dogs there. One has been twice. Go early and get back early. It’s not fancy but easy to get to if you are downtown. Street parking.

Absolutely wonderful experience getting my puppy her first groom l. Ms Kim explained everything in detail and I had no qualms about leaving my baby with her. Will be a regular customer for sure!

I will not go back. They had my dog from 7:45 am. Came by to check to see if she was done at 3:30 they said an hour and a half came back at 5:30 (2 hours later), but they still hadn't started on her. So I just told them to give her to me and they charged me the 40 for the bath. So my dog sat in a crate for about 10 hours. Which I understand being busy, but you know how many dogs you schedule and how many you can handle I would rather bring her when you have time for her.

For two years I have struggled to find a groomer for my dog Meeko. He is a mini schnauzer and does not like to be groomed, multiple places and refused to groom him I had almost given up on a groomer until I took him to bath barks and bubbles pet spa! They truly love the animals they took their time with him and also taught me a lot as well. They didn't complain about him at all. I highly recommend this place!

Staff was real nice but I dropped my 2 dog off at 9am and was call to pick them up until 4:30pm. My small dog was being stored in a crate on top of mine other empty crate, she was scared and crying. When I got them home, they both drank 2 bowls of water each. For the rest of the night they appear to be traumatized. They were scared of me and didn’t want treat or pets. They’re better today. I’ll never take them there again

I love Baths Barks & Bubbles and staff. We been using them for years. I only regret they closed the Minor Parkway location because my Mom can't drive downtown, but we would never stop going to them. Our pets have loved it there and leave well groomed drawing compliments from family, friends, and neighbors.

I was a walk in appointment today and it took no time at all! My dog has a ton of anxiety and for the first time in a long time when I picked up my dog from a grooming he was not terrified!! They truly care about the dogs!

I’ve been to this dog groomer twice and each time our pups have come out perfect. The second time we brought three and each of them turned out great. The staff is super friendly either over the phone and in person. They really have great customer service.

Great business. The owner and staff are all so sweet to the animals. I have a 13yo blind chihuahua and get her nails trimmed here every month. This is the first place where my dog is not terrified. Ms Kim talks to all the animals and has a way that puts them at ease. I know my dog is always in good hands when we go here. The prices are incredibly reasonable and they have been sensible throughout covid. I first came here after petsmart started requiring and charging for dog baths before any grooming service (including just nail trims). I am so happy I made the change and would recommend this place to everyone. 10/5 stars.

Amazing. The owner Kim has an amazing staff and so down to earth. She is the first groomer that could handle our rescued husky and she removed more hair than we could ever imagine. A week later our husky still smells like she just been groomed. Wonderful place I can't say enough good things. She definitely is a blessing to our family who has been trying forever to get a strong yet caring groomer. Huskies are one of the toughest dogs to groom so I'm sure they can handle your baby.

Zia is a special needs baby who has frequent seizures during grooming and the vet. She adores miss Kim and her staff. They accommodate us every step of the way, we could never find another groomer. Grateful to have met such a loving and passionate groomer.

Was told on the phone by the owner my pup would have multiple other dogs to play with during her boarding. We showed up around 430 on a Saturday to drop her off and had to wait on the assistant to open the front door because the entire place was pitch black and locked. No one was in the entire building. Our dog was going to sit in a crate from 5 PM Saturday night until the next day when the owner came to let her out of the crate. She was going to sit overnight alone in a pitch black building probably crying her eyes out scared to death. The owner completely lied to us and created a horrible safety issue. When we tried to confront the owner about leaving our dog alone for three days with only one time letting her out of the crate a day (because apparently they were closed Saturday - Tuesday) she tried to defend herself and made no apologies. My dog Mylo loved his experience and smells awesome too. Not sure what type of grooming products they used but smells really good and fur coat is extra shiny. Bark and Bubbles were quick and easy to reserve and have my dog groomed in timely fashion. 100% recommended to any animal lover.

Wow.. I am so disappointed with this place. This was my second time here. And the second time was no better then my first time... I gave it another try because I saw all the great reviews, and thought maybe I’d try someone else. And it was no different. This time the owner cut my dogs hair. She had told me she had been grooming for 23 years. It’s just so shocking to hear that because when I picked my baby up, his fur was all sorts of uneven so I pointed it out. And she fixed some of it . I had to go back to work so I didn’t have time to stay and point out all of unevenness... I brought him back today for them to fix it. I told them specifically I did not want him any shorter then he is. So please tell me why they brought my dog back out to me way shorter then he was? It was a joke . And her response was “It will grow back in no time”. I could not believe it. I’m not sure what part of “I don’t want his fur any shorter” did they not understand? Still brought my pup out with unevenness. I have cut my baby’s hair before and it is not easy I understand that but I have no experience so I don’t expect it to look great. But for someone who’s been grooming for 23 years I expect above what I received... I spent $60 for this and I was better off grooming him myself. I wouldn’t have been disappointed as I was paying for this ... I will not be coming back or giving them another chance. I am so sorry but I do not recommend this place for your babies to get groomed . I will say they are very nice but it takes more then nice to keep business coming back. So disappointed.

Love this place!! They treated our pup so well - it's like a fun play day at the spa (and who doesn't love that??) We can't get him to smell that good or be that fluffy when we wash him at home, so it's well worth the drive to take him to Baths Barks and Bubbles! Plus they have great prices!HIGHLY recommend!!

I have brought my dog Charlie here multiple times throughout the last couple years. I always drop him off early and he is never ready until after 6, even if his appointment was for 9am. The last two times i picked him up, he SPRINTED to his water bowl upon returning home- so he is not getting any water during his time there. The cuts are inconsistent and he always still has mats in his ears when i pick him up (he is a poodle mix and mats easily) i have even have had to make notes for the groomer to remove the mats, and they don’t. Unfortunately i will need to find a new groomer that at the very least will provide my dog with water during his 10+ hour stay.

Ms Kim is SO patient with my baby! "Rufah" is not the easiest dog to groom; she has to be given ACE pill many times to make it through the grooming. Ms Kim never knows what mood my doggy will be in, but she takes good, good care of her every time & I DO appreciate her!
