Do not hire this company. The builder of my home, Stone Martin Builders, used them to do my master shower during the build of my home. The shower turned out so bad that after purchasing the home I went through the builders warranties to have it fixed. Since Atlanta flooring did such a bad job the first time it was on them to fix it. They came in and had my shower torn apart for a month. I could have had my hole master bathroom remodeled in a month. When they finished it looked horrible (Please see photos) and now I have to get someone who actually knows how to do tile. This place should be put out of business. They do not have skilled workers and they do not do quality work.

This company install a premium engineer hardwood flooring that I later found out is not worth the cost (installer told me it was horrible and he was right) and they did horrible installation job. I have gaps that grow daily that are about 1/4 inch or higher in multiple locations. The little bit of installation I did witness they did not tap to ensure the plank were snug. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND IF YOUR BUILDER USE THEM AS THEM TO OFFER A DIIFERENT SUBCONTRACTOR.

Lea at Atlanta Flooring was quick to help us when we had a leak in our house and needed our original carpet replaced. In a supply and labor constrained economy, Lea was able to turn around work in a week - we had installers at our house with the exact carpet we needed, and the installers were done with two full bedrooms in less than two hours. This company is horrible. They hire cheap and horrible sub contractors and the customer service is absolutely horrible as well. I have a brand new house that they came and replaced the upstairs master vinyl floor. Upon replacing it and me inspection it, the cheap uneducated sub contractors they hired ripped about an inch down where the vinyl meet the corner. They did this in almost every corner. I had then replace it again and the next time they did the same thing. The 3rd time they replaced it they cut the perimiter of the vinyl to short in places and when I put the shoe moulding down to test it you could see the subfloor. This was the 4th time they replaced it and they still managed to cut the corners to deep. No one should ever use this company for anything. I wish I could rate negative stars. Even after me trying to reach out to upper management and HR I have gotten no response.

Need serious quality control upon completion of tiled shower to avoid grout cracks and inadequate caulking .... and the repairs are problematic b/c they want it done asap by simply caulking over grout voids, meaning a return to complete

I called their store and left a message three times no one will answer or return the call so I guess I just go somewhere else they don't want any business evidently
