We had several carpets that were damaged by our puppy that had chewed some corners and edges off. Asia was able to make some creative repairs to some challenging damaged areas. I called Asia Rug after a pet accident involving a beautiful new wool rug in a very light color. I had also called 2 other rug cleaning companies. Asia Rug gave me the most conservative advice about how to treat the spot immediately BEFORE I resorted to professional cleaning. He spent more than a few minutes describing in detail the best way to do this and the best result I could hope for. I chose to follow his recommendations because they were the most logical and involved NO benefit for his company, unless I needed further service. The result was 100% success. My rug does not need any further service at this time, but I will definitely use Asia Rug for any future cleaning of valuable area rugs. I believe they are knowledgeable, AND they put the customer's interest first--even if they get no benefit! Thanks Asia Rug. Businesses like yours are hard to find!

I had two Oriental rugs cleaned and I am so pleased with this company. I was able to contact the owner easily, they repaired and cleaned both rugs. They picked up and delivered on time. Great value!! My husband and I are so happy and pleased. Highly recommend and will use again.

After another rug company gave me a much higher quote and said that I should just replace my rug instead, Asia Rug company picked it up from my home, cleaned it for a reasonable price, and brought it back looking like new! They promptly returned my initial call, picked it up that day, and each person I spoke to was friendly and courteous. Terrific business I will return to for all of my rug cleaning and highly recommend to friends!
