The thrift store was extremely clean. All the employees were extremely helpful and they seemed to generally enjoy the job that they were doing. One thing that did surprise me about the thrift store is the amount and selection of rugs. I am currently looking for 2 or 3 rugs for my house. They had rugs from the size of a bath mat all the way up to the size of my living room! Just about all of them were in impeccable condition and I simply cannot overstate the fact that this thrift store has progressed leaps and bounds in cleanliness, customer service, and overall variety and quality of items sold in the store. They are very strict about wearing a mask. So, do not do like I did and forget your mask at home. If you do, then they will not let you enter the store. I encourage anyone who is a thrift store shopper or who hasn't been to this thrift store in a while to revisit it. It is definitely worth a second or third look.

Hate to say it but the lack of a changing room threw me for a loop! I had an armload of pants to try on and would've bought every pair that fit...boo.

First time going this morning and it was okay. They have tons of items and I found a few things that I needed. The staff was very nice also which is always a plus!

Always a great time going to this thrift store. I love the employees, they are always so kind. More items are put on shelves throughout the day, so it is very easy to make this a frequent stop as you know you will find something new. The prices are quite fair, and I have truly made my house feel more of a home with several finds from this store.

Would be a wonderful place to shop if you could try anything on. I seriously don't understand how someone can sell clothes and not have a fitting room?? You can only get store credit for returns too.

While shopping I heard a cat meowing, so i askedthe staff and they admitted they left a kitten with a BROKEN LEG in the store over night. The staff seemed indifferent, andnwere very rude about it. I will not return

Been several months since last visit so I was pleasantly shocked to see the store completely reconfigured and organized. Very appealing layout that will no longer agitate the mind of an ADD person. Great variety of all types of items. It felt more like a department store shopping experience.

Wonderful selection of clothing. House, decor, furniture not a big variety. Did not see any dressing rooms available. Person at the door disinfects all shopping carts as you leave. Friendly employees, great customer service.

It's kept pretty clean. The bathroom is nasty though..... You can find some really nice things if you have the time to browse it all. It's a very large store. I found my granddaughter a pair of Miss Me jeans for6.99!! Like NEW!

The store has wonderful items. However very pricey when it is mostly worn and donated items. Other store has flash sales and you don't. The racks are so full it makes it hard for people with a disability to move the clothing to truly shop. Also, you only do 30 & 50% it would be nice to do 85%. Or have a 2 hour $0.99 sale to thin out the racks from time to time. Thanks

If you enjoy waiting on ridiculously long lines and dealing with employees the obviously don't care about you or their job then this is the place for you. Like paying retail prices for used items, well you're in luck. I've been shopping here for 15yrs and it just seems to get worse with time. I stopped going 7months ago and decided to give it another try last Thursday, 14 minutes on line for one pair of earrings. If you're knowingly going to make your customers wait then at least have more seating up front for the elderly. There were a few there that were waiting so long they looked like they were about to fall out.

Always crowded and the layout makes it hard to be kept neat but it's still a cool place to search for treasure. Just yesterday I found $1900 that was stashed away and the hiding place was donated. Great find. Of course this earns five stars. 😎

I was in there earlier today. Found some nice items. However,, I came discouraged and disturbed by a fellow customer. She was talking on her cell phone diisrupting the shopping experience. Using vulgar language without regard for older shoppers. What happen to the security guard? Didn't see one today. That incident could have been minimized if he was there today. Do to the location, one is needed.

Most of the employees were in a good mood today. Except for one little young lady who's always by the book and shoe department I don't know she always every time I see her she's not in a good mood

Not a place to go if you want to be helped at the jewelry case...service is very bad plus there seems to be an inside racket going on..hint...hint...get there between 11 am and 1 pm Mon.-Fri. when the "new' stuff (watches and the sort) is put into the cases...you can actually watch the lady behind the counter 'set up' her buyer...if there are bags filled with stuff..this lady gets 1st dibs and she gets to look at and choose from the single pieces put into the case..1 piece at a time...they allow 3 women to use their shopping carts to block the showcase...its a sad show...you only get to see what they have left behind...I know its 1st come - 1st served...but the lady won't put anything out until her 'girl' shows up or drags until she gets there. I have gotten nice stuff there before but not since this has been going one. By the way...they do have a good shoe and book selection.

My visit was great the store manager is the greatest his personality an all fits his position.an the cashiers an floor hangers are very friendly.I will be coming back now some of the thing are over priced meaning a bit high for the item.I purchased a pair shoes 7.99 got home they were coming apart on the sides.the workers need to check them out before sending them on the floor.But other than that everything was great.

The workers at America's Thrift store in Huffman are such hard and devoted workers. A lady named Rachael who stocks home decor is such a lovely person to see everytime i have a chance to go in there. They all even the manager Chris is like a second family to me and I would reccomend for everyone to go stop by and shop.....thanks, America's Thrift Store for being a second home!

By far my favorite thrift store in the area! Large variety and selection. I always leave out with something. The prices are great, too. If you see something you like, get it. It's a busy store and will most likely be gone. They'll always have a customer in me.

Has a lot of stuff. The non-clothing is well organized, but a lot of the women's clothing isn't sorted by size. There's no dressing room. There is a mirror next to Mattresses, so you can try on over your own clothes. Do NOT use the restroom. Don't even look at it. It's safer to pee in the bushes.

I would have given it 5 stars but they need to .put there jewelry on display without it being all knotted up with the other jewelry behind it. Im a regular customer and it is this way all the time.

I really like this store, but today there were only two registers open and over twenty people in line, and then we ran into a bunch of price checks, there is no excuse for price checks , the people that run register should know prices in store. I was disappointed this time

My wife and I frequent this location often ,the store is always clean ,and there are a variety of items with really low prices. But the manager tracei(TECE) ,went over and beyond with a purchase that we needed . She not only showed exemplary service, her attitude was impeccable ,we will shop here again.

Very big thrift store. Very busy most of the time, so be prepared to deal with a crowd. Decent prices and good selection compared to similar stores in the area. Some staff can be unfriendly and not helpful, but most are good people.

It's very well-organized for a thrift store, and the selection is huge! I'm always looking for decor and furniture that I can upcycle and I found a great selection. Downside is the area - it's a sketchy place to be at night.
