If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was sent away with 11 minutes left before closing, and the cashier who did it was extremely rude. I work nights, and literally was trying to grab 1 item for dinner . Will take note to never return here.

Aldi is great. You don't have the variety that you do at other stores, but if you can adapt to the choices, it is substantially less expensive. The shopping experience blows wally world out of the water

Good prices. Great checkout speed. I like the environmentaly friendly policy about charging a small amount for bags, and also providing a chair for the cashier. All other stores should follow this model except when a customer is not able to bag their own. I really like the woven wheat crackers, baby food pouches, and salmon from here, among other things.

Great place to shop usually but now there seems to be a problem with checking out as they often have just one cashier. The store in Trussville has better service with the self checkout to aid the only manned checkout

Y’all should have been shut this mf down, seems like bad attitudes and being illiterate is a part of the job description. I’m convinced you need no IQ to work at Aldi. Mostly everything in the store has CONTAINS BIOENGINEERED INGREDIENTS ON THE BACK. Read your labels! Even more reason to stop shopping here.

Went there for my first time. It’s closer to my house than Fultondale. It was very clean. All the workers were polite, and everyone was busy stocking and making the store nice. Sharra (I hope I have her name right) was the checkout cashier on the Sunday morning.She was so polite and accommodating. She helped me to get a special coin out of my cart, and even loaned me a quarter to so that I could retrieve my own coin. The vegetarian food section isn’t as vast as some of the other Aldi locations, but I was still happy to see the Vegetarian and Vegan frozen foods at this location. Thanks Aldi. Be sure to commend Sharra for doing a good job.

Nice to see they still have registers and a cashier, the other locations locally have messed up and gone to self checkout which I will not do, if you want to compete with Walmart why would you do away with cashier's.

If you leave something in the store, you can’t call back to ask. You have to go through customer service and no options qualify for what you need. I was starting to like Aldi

Best place to run into and get the best prices overall for groceries. Most of the products are decent quality, although, sometimes they have a poor quality brand. In spite of that, you shouldn't deter yourself from all the potential savings. My fiancé is always happy to say that the $100 worth of groceries here is closer to $150 at many of the other grocery stores. The other nice thing is that it's not excessively large or packed full of people like you might find at some supermarkets/supercenters. I like that they're environmentally conscious by having the customers utilize boxes or reusable carrying bags. Lastly, I enjoy the parking lot staying clean of carts with the utilization of the cart rental system. It works simply by employing a .25 cent deposit which the customer can get back immediately upon leaving the store and placing it back in the rack. If you've never been I highly recommend visiting your local Aldi and checking them out. They have something for everyone at a very budget friendly price.

I like the Aldi near us much better. But I have to admit this one felt like there was more space. And they were nice despite the late hour. Some things were more than double here and they were out of a lot of things. But I did come in very close to closing.

I always have a good experience here. I love the company in general, but the employees at this specific Aldi are the absolute best. They are always friendly and even during the pandemic when they were exhausted they kept smiles on their faces. Really happy to have this location so close to my house. Thank y'all!

The remodel looks great, better lighting and wide aisles. New produce selection and more products. The larger store works well even when it's busy. Looks very upscale but the prices are still low. What's not to love!

Very reasonable place to shop. Went to this location while Greensprings store was renovated. Most of their brands are comparable with the brand names for a lot less. Good place for cat food and litter cheap. Also, we buy most of our paper products there. They just about any grocery type items you would want.

Prices are great and a good selection but some employees do not know how to treat customers with respect. These employees need to remember just who is responsible for their pay check, the consumer. Some employees need to be terminated and replaced with someone that respects the consumer and themselves.

Bought a turkey to cook for a funeral. Wife was prepping it for me to fry. The skin underneath the breast was brown. Needless to say,we took it back. We'd heard things about Aldi's meats not being quality, this just confirmed that.

Love shopping here...always something new to check out or try and the prices are FANTASTIC! I have noticed that each location has something a little different than the next and I like the choices that are offered at each one. I can't get everything I need, but I can get a lot of great produce at wonderfully low prices. I stay away from the paper towel, tp/cleaning product aisle bc the prices are quite a bit higher, however the baby wipes and pain killer end cap is priced much lower than even the discount stores offer...What more can I say?
