Formal Complaint filed details below:Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Crestwood location on October 5, 2023. As a customer, I believe it is essential to bring to your attention the concerning incident that occurred during my visit, which reflects negatively on the reputation of your business.According to the listed operating hours on Google, your establishment operates from 11 AM to 7 PM. However, upon my arrival at 6:57 PM, I encountered an unexpected obstacle that left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I approached the entrance, and to my surprise, I found it locked. In an attempt to gain access, I made eye contact with the employee named Marty, who was positioned near the entrance. Regrettably, rather than providing assistance, Marty refused to unlock the door or assist me in any way. Instead, he motioned for me to use the exit as an entrance, displaying a dismissive and unprofessional attitude.Subsequently, as I entered the establishment, Marty proceeded to comment, "Well, if you're going to be that grown-up, then you're going to do it on your own." This response was not only disrespectful but also demonstrated a lack of regard for customer service standards. Furthermore, when I placed my purchase on the counter, I felt compelled to remind Marty of a previous formal complaint I filed against the Homewood location for a similar incident involving the entrance. To my surprise, the employee named Barry, who was checking me out, responded by stating that Marty was merely attempting to keep certain individuals out. I responded by suggesting that if there are individuals with trespassing issues, it may be more appropriate to involve law enforcement and obtain a no-trespassing order, as inconveniencing regular customers during business hours is an unfair and unacceptable practice.Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention another concerning incident that transpired during the encounter with Marty. Not only did he display unprofessional behavior by denying me proper access to the establishment, but he also inquired about my place of work. When asked why he wanted this information, he stated that he intended to visit my workplace right before closing time. In response, I informed Marty that I am employed at ____, where we consistently provide excellent customer service and never close early. I emphasized that at my workplace, we prioritize our customers' needs and ensure they have proper access to our services. Such invasive and intimidating behavior by Marty is both inappropriate and unwarranted in a customer service environment.The incident I have described above has left me deeply disappointed and disillusioned with the level of customer service at your establishment. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of any security concerns or policies in place. It is disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior, which directly affects the overall customer experience.Therefore, I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly by reviewing the security camera footage for October 5, 2023, specifically focusing on the period between 6:57 PM and 7PM. This is by far the best ABC store: The staff is friendly and helpful: they actually are the type that put a smile on your face (few and far between so give it a try)! PLUS they have drawings and I WON A REAL Dog-House for Charlie with a chalk-board roof (My son insisted his name on one side and Ginger's on the other) - All around a great store!

The employees here are great. They have a great selection. If you need assistance, they will gladly help you. The parking lot is large. I have no problem getting in and out of this location. The building is also in better condition than some of the other area ABC stores.

Showed up at 7:57 after a long day of work/night school and really wanted something to unwind. The woman who was pre-maturely vacuuming the entrance hallway did an extremely poor job of “pretending” I didn’t exist. I knew exactly what I wanted and would have been in and out in two minutes without affecting their departure time, especially since there were still four people inside browsing.

Everyone in this liquor store was helpful. The lady who rang me up even gave me a suggestion of what to do with my purchase, haha. However, there was a manager or something getting onto the women who were working about inventory. He addressed them very rudely as “ladies” and was very loud. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional to do in front of customers.

So when you walk in this store the lay out is beautiful I love the design of stores floor plan then the alcohol looks like liquid Gold sitting on 300 year old wood . If you like liquid whiskey bourbon wine whatever the ABC store off Crestwood boulevard got what you need. Then they customer service is on point and ⏩⏩ like the fast forward button on a old good brand VCR. So get to Crestwood and check out the spot I bet you like. And if you don't like, come back to review comment and we can talk about it. And of course we can make Crestwood ABC SELECT SPIRITS FIX THE PROBLEM. Of course, just chat back with me. Matter of fact just hurry up by there for any of your alcohol beverages and come leave a Google review to share experience. Great 👍 spot, get at em.

These people closed 40 minutes early just bc they felt like it tonight. They are supposed to close at 8, not 7:20. I'm so over places closing down when they're ready to go and not when scheduled. It's been a pattern since covid and I'm over it.
