Follow the outline in blue that i marked too get too loading ramp. Employess are very helpful here and will unload you early if they have the man power. They do allow parking to do 10 hour break dont come here after they close as they have gates you need too get in before they close any questions just call them

I called ahead to find out if they have a deck belt for a mower that they sell. MZ Rambler with a 42 inch deck. Dude says, yep I have them.I travel a good 40 minutes to get there. What did I find? They lied. They did not have that belt, and it wasn't even a part they even stock in the store. They have the belts for larger, other brands, just not that one.Some manager got offended that I wasn't happy about being lied to and wasting my time and fuel. That's how you lose customers.Lowe's already lost me on a zero turn mower purchase, because they refused to deliver and refused to refund my money. Tractor Supply needs to NOT go down the same path.

Not to brag too hard on myself or anything, but I'm kinda the Tractor Supply customer, if you know what I mean. I've been to more Tractor supplies than there are Dollar Generals. By all means, this location takes the cake. Not that other Tractor Supply locations are bad, but it's like comparing a car to a truck - they both get you down the road, but your girlfriend only fits in one, because it's got a bed.

Had a great experience today! We went for a Christmas tree and Alaina and Connor had us out in less than 5 minutes! On top of the quick and precise service, they were both very personable and friendly!

Great place for animal feed from chickens , dogs, and up to horses. All kinds of farm supplies. They also have all kinds of tool. They even have boots and clothing.

This was my first time shopping at Tractor Supply.. It wasn't at all what I expected and I must say I really liked it! They have all sorts of neat items perfect for gift-giving. I really liked the t-shirts, shoes and boots, notebooks, cups/mugs and all the pet items. I highly recommend shopping at Tractor Supply.**UPDATE**5/17/21Tractor Supply still gets 5 stars in my opinion! Kudos to Donna, the cashier who handled my return quickly and seamlessly - It was 100% hassle-free, the way it should be!

What a cluster this store is. Sunday afternoon, 1:05 pm. One cashier, one store worker I seen. 6 or 7 people in line, cashier keeps calling for help on front, no one comes. Store looks like a war zone. Manager is always on vacation when you ask to see him. This is not the employees fault but the store manager Richard. If you cant get employees to work then you need to be there. Sad to say, you live 10 mins from a store but drive to Tuscaloosa to shop at TSC.

Purchased a mower with no bagger in the box. I purchased my own bagger and the manager credited me the full amount with his apologies. The other employees are equally as nice and helpful in every way. A great store to do business with.👍👍

Best customer service anywhere! I walked in and needed help with feed and Scott the manager helped me load it and then answered questions I had about the mowers in front of the store. He let me drive around the parking lot and I loved it and bought it! He gave me all the time I needed with questions and instruction of the mower (it was a zero turn and i had never driven one before) and kept his word about making adjustments that needed to be made and even did it on his off day so that he could provide the service he promised!

Find all the stuff you've been looking for at "Home Improvement" centers here!I once walked in at 18 minutes to close, bought some items online after I was satisfied with what I found (and chose pickup in person), and walked out with 2 minutes to spare. I'm sure I didn't allow them to close quickly (early), but it was smooth and effortless.Easiest "shopping" experience ever, but just maybe just not a way to make fans when it's so close to close...

I had stopped coming in here a while back(over a year ago) because the store was always disorganized and the staff was so rude, about a month ago I decided to give it another try as I needed a part for my mower that I knew they carried. I am so glad I did! The staff there was all new or seemed to be new faces, the cashier so was so helpful she came over and helped me find the correct air filter and fuel line I needed. I decided to walk around the store it was so much cleaner than before and I was actually greeted by the other 2 employees I went past. I think one of them was the store manager because he was explaining how to do something to the other person but was actually nice about it. Thank you for getting in people who actually know good customer service.

To my surprise I found a lot of what I was looking for . Love shopping there , however customer service and knowledge of products needs improvement. My first visit had excellent customer service from a young lady, the next time , NO . I would give 5 stars but because of the sour disposition of the guy at the register 3 stars. Good customer service is almost as important as finding what you're looking for .

We shop here all the time friendly service... Staff is very helpful..But you have to be careful buying animal food ... Duck food had mold.. Pedigree.... big bags had mold.... And the meow mix ..had mold. Not all the time ... But 3 outta. The last 5 bags I bought ...Dog food .. last 2 bags of duck food..and this bag of cat food..Just letting someone know...

Great place! Manager is very friendly! They do need more help. Manager said he can't get help to show up. He's trying to help kids with work and jobs, but they lay out on Saturdays. Sad ! I love this store!

I go here a lot to get chicken feed, they usually are pretty well stocked but today they didn't have the brand I usually get and there were no employee's to ask if they had any in the back. The only person I could find was working the register and he was backed up with a line of customers. Had to get a different brand but for the one guy working he was very quick and got the customers out in a timely manner.

Very helpful start at this store, but I think the district manager was there so they were all on their best behavior. Even so, they helped me find what I needed and is on my way. I am glad to see more and more of these pop up in the state, it makes it much more convenient to get the items I need on the farm.

Tractor supply in Bessemer is the most friendly store I have shop. I call about a gun safe they had on sale was told they sold out but Mr Scott offer me a rain check. .I have been to 2 different tractor supply and all sold out. No one offer a rain check except Mr Scott at the Bessemer store . Keep up the good work Mr Scott.

I definitely recommend the Bessemer tractor supply because all the employees there were extremely nice and very helpful. I called and went to the tractor supply in Jasper and in Gardendale and some of the employees were kinda rude. But I called and went into the Bessemer tractor supply and they were very friendly and helpful. They gave me great advice on taking care of ducks they made sure that I had the proper care package for them and gave me great information. And when I got my ducks at Bessemer the lady who got them was very careful and gentle with them . The lady at Jasper tractor supply who got my chickens killed one of them because she was rough with picking it up.

I like this store, but employees don't seem very helpful or motivated. I had a hard time returning an item here several months ago. But prices are pretty good, and I found two hummingbird feeders that I had not seen elsewhere.

Can I give less than 1? I'm a senior and visited them Wednesday night. I bought Timothy hay that was to be buy one...get 2nd 50% off. I was with my young grand children who were helping me because of my vision. They picked up the 84 ounce large bag of hay and the youngest picked up a 35 Oz. We went to the register and I mentioned the buy one get one 50% off discount. She rang up my purchase. She did not tell me that I had mistakenly gotten the wrong second bag. I also asked her for a wooden pole to use as a support for a small tree. I was told they do not carry those items. I knew they clearly did. The store was completely empty of customers. I walked to the gardening area and with some difficulty (because of my vision)found the pole for under $3. If this is the type of employees and customer service that the Tractor Supply Company utilizes I will NEVER shop there again. I cannot understand how and why they would hire this young woman who is so inept and/or lazy... it is frightening. It would be better not to have anyone there at all!
