I was at Target yesterday! I shopped for a product I’d seen on The Today Show , and stopped an employee named Skye, who immediately lead me right to it. It was the price I’d seen it on Google, so I bought it. The store was very clean as usual, and i inquired about a young lady I know who had just left. The lady who responded was very nice! I will shop there more often now🎉💙🎉💙

Ordered an air fryer on the website went and picked it up . It had been returned before and didn’t work so I too it back . Got the runaround for about 20 min although I had just picked it up an hour before. About 3 different people literally wanted to argue and tell me ma’am this been used . Have your used this ? I’m like NO I JUST BOUGHT IT and This not even showing that price on my device . Even the cashier that brought me the air fryer is telling them I literally just walked out of the store they was not hearing it . I guess they thought I wanted a refund when I really just wanted an exchange for a working device and even then they wanted to be a swat team to even get anything done.eventually the lady came from the back with a different one because the one I had was the only one in the store and still had to pay a difference for the new item . Terrible service and don’t order major things online because they will give u a defective device and be mad when u bring it back !!

Target is a very clean and friendly store. The worker’s always greet me with a smile. The store items are always convenient to reach. I would always refer Target for any household, food, or personal items. I get everything I need from one store; which is a plus.

Went to get an Xbox controller. Old gentleman had been waiting for help at the electronics kiosk. Helped him ping for an associate. Ended up calling the store. The lady who answered was super rude after I told her people needed helped in the back.

The associate working the customer service/ return desk had the worst attitude I've experienced at Target. She did not want to adjust the price for items I had literally just purchased. She snatched down signage then slammed then on the desk. Not once, did she apologize for the error!

I love this target !!! It's never overly busy !!! They are all super nice and helpful when you need it !! Definitely recommend this place to anyone that's looking for a non chaotic trip to target

Today at Target I was in self checkout and my 3 year old had managed to get out of the buggy while I was scanning items with out me noticing and was on his way out the door.The woman at self checkout had noticed he was gone because where there was a loud 3 year old it was now quiet and without hesitation she sprinted outside and my son had started to cross the crosswalk and she managed to scoop him up before he got any further. She brought him to me and I was so thankful and grateful for what she had done. Target she needs a raise!!

Edited to say: I no longer shop at Target because I cannot in good conscience expose my family to the agenda that is so heavily pushed by the company, including this location. Unless something significantly changes, I will not support their business.There are some employees that are awesome, but overall I’ve never been blown away by the customer service at this location. I usually find what I need in the store though.

Zero registers open except self checkout. I asked what kind of discount I would receive for checking myself out since I am not employed. None, so I left the buggy there. Their bread was wiped, no cream. There was a nice guy that asked me if I found everything. Asked about the cream, his gadget said 14 in stock. Shelf was empty. Now that I've left, I'd say everything but a cashier. They reserve all front parking spaces for pickup orders so I have to park further away, then walk the store, then they want me to check myself out too?! No! They can ring up and bag pick up orders, why not mine? Fed up

It's a smaller location compared to the location on highway 150. But it has a lot of items. Very friendly staff. Great parking.

Today was my first ever time in this store. It was very clean, set up nice displays and lighting accents. I was amazed at the products available, the volume, and quality. The check out staff was respectful and professional. We did NOT have to self check out, so that was EXCELLENT!!! Plan to continue shopping at this place. Thank you Target!

i just want to put this out here because im seeing alot of negative reviews blaming the workers for the way the store is running. dont take it out on them, talk to management, talk to HR, literally anyone else in the store besides the cashiers, the guest service folk, and the fullfillment team. they have no control of the store, they dont control what goes on the shelf and how much goes on there, they dont control how many people are working that day, and they dont control how many guests come through the lines. this is these peoples jobs, they do this to pay their bills and take care of their children, they do what they are told to do in order to not get fired, if what they are told hurts your feelings to much, or you feel like they are “too busy” to pay attention to you, then happily take your business to walmart, because ill bet your bottom dollar these workers could care less about having to deal with whatever attitude you are going to give them about the store. rethink your actions next time you come in because these people are doing the best they can with what they have.

Store was clean & pleasant with friendly employees. Bathroom had NO paper. One sink had soap, probably because it was backed up. Target, I expect better!

Came to Target to create a baby registry. The women at the guest services counter were acting like I was bothering them. I didn’t get a welcome baby bag either like you’re supposed to get. The cashier was very nice. Wasn’t a fan of the selection of baby items they had at this Target.

I took my little boy to this location to spend his birthday money last night. He accidentally dropped $40 on the floor. He went around looking for it but could not find it. He was getting upset and asked an associate working in the electronics dept if he had seen it anywhere. The guy said that he had found it and returned it to my son. Saved the day! This location has very kind and honest employees. I appreciated his help so so so much. Other than that the store in always clean, organized and well stocked. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience and shop here often.

I love target but cmon. No registers open. Only self checkout. And it takes the line getting outrageously long for you to open one register. Do better this isn’t Walmart.

This Target Is horrible! Has no bakery or fruit Items etc.. They don’t even carry yahoos! They have a very poor selection of food Items that’s for sure!! Go on down to Hoover they have TONS I have never been to a Target as poorly as this one. What’s the point of a Target with literally no food, bakery, fruit, vegetables, NOTHING!!! Don’t waste your time.
