I-20 I-59 Travel Center 1 mile away. There’s a pilot 11 miles away, A Loves and Petro 15 miles away, or street parking here.The guard shack starts allowing truckers in at EXACTLY 4:30am, if you come any sooner you will be turned away and have to wait out on the street.I arrived at 4:30am for my 5:00am appointment, went to receiving door next to 132 to get a dock door. Across from 132 is the staging area parking.Gave me a door instantly, I got a text three hours saying I’m unloaded and to pay lumper fee. They had some type of malfunction going on with their lumper fee system, I had to wait an additional one hour to process my lumper fee payment. (They don’t accept checks) Ended up leaving at 9:00am.

Hahaha. This place is no joke at all. If you have anxiety you best take some deep breaths. The reviews are not wrong. FLOOD GATE! However there is a nice gentleman directing ppl in at the 4 way stop starting at 4am. You can park here over night just right before you go under the bridge over under it. An the guy that knocks on your door at 11:30 with a lady asking for money (TRUE)…..Shesh I thought it was the boogie man! What happen to asking for a dollar or some change. This man asked me for 12 dollars. Inflation is crazy. But anyways, Busy location tons of room to maneuver into your space. Just take your time.

The check in is easy and quick but this unloading process is beyond ridiculous. We ain't got nothing but salad on this truck. Not even a full trailer weighing 13,000 pounds and we been here for 4 hours sitting. I can unload a full truck load wit a hand pallet jack in 2 hours by myself. The time it takes for these people to get u out of this terrible place is ridiculous. Then all yall doing is standing around laughing and joking. Do what u get paid for and on to the next truck. Nobody suppose to be sitting here this many hours for this simple stuff. Don't recommend this place at all to pickup or deliver. Worse than Kroger fr...

GPS brought me to Terrell Wooten dr. Ignore the no thru trucks sign. There are shoulders along each side where trucks can park and sleep overnight. Gate opens at 4:30 so you can drive up then, otherwise they will turn you around. I had 5 am appointment so I arrived early and then just drove up at 4:30. Stop at guard shack they will assign you a door number if you didn’t arrive with one and tell you where to go lot is massive with plenty of space to back in docks, very easy. They had me unloaded and gone in 1 1/2 hours. Good experience overall

Everything the people are saying is true. Huge rush at 5:30 guys at guard shack pretty cool. Finished loading about an hour ago and paid lumper fee. Just waiting on paper work… still waiting now, currently at 3 hours

Get here early. Floodgates open around 0430, and it can be a dog fight. Unload time can be hit or miss, I've gotten in and out, and I've been held for hours. Guard will give you a door and tell you where to checking (varies by product) or have you stage. I don't suggest parking on road overnight due to safety concerns but the cops won't bother you. Once inside there are no bathrooms that I'm aware of and getting to your door can be tricky with all the trucks moving around.

Not bad, overall. Take exit 113 and then two rights. The second right has a sign saying No thru trucks, but it's fine. You'll know you're on the correct road when you see all of the mattresses and typical trucker trash along the sides of the street. Park anywhere along the sides of the roads that lead to the 4 way stop. It's a madhouse at 04:30 to get in line, so set an alarm for 4am. You might not need that though as there was a tweaker knocking on every door at 03:45 asking "Do you have dollars". Security is very friendly, lumper staff, not so much.

if you take exit 113 it is by far easier to get to the facility. The road is a little bumpy there. And obviously you can overnight there if you wish. They were able to get me right into my assigned door. My appointment was for 5 AM And I was done and left the facility at 6:30 AM. No complaints they were excellent.

No signs leading to the DC and security has to ok when to pull up to the gate.Unload was quick but lumper services very inefficient. SLOW.As a person of color I have observed that DC's that have people of color running lumper services there usually very slow and charge huge amounts for this services. Why my peolpe.!!!Happy Trucking Truckers.

TRUCKER REVIEW: It's easiest to get here via exit 113. The surrounding roads have plenty of parking on the shoulder. Typical trucker mess, but you can arrive the night before and have a place to sleep. The entrance off 18th street is dark at night and unmarked. You'll know you are in the right place as you sail by all the trash and obvious wide, gravel shoulders.Around 5:30 am, the gate reopens and lets everyone in. Plenty of space to manuever, but watch for others as everyone is heading for the docks simultaneously. Go to the assigned dock and then march your paperwork up to the receiving/shipping office. Everyone was cool there, just doing their job. You will receive a lumper text when they are done.My experience was pretty good for a food load. They had the truck unloaded in about an hour. There was no public restroom as far as I could tell.

I remember 25 yrs ago when you could unload your own freight and keep the money. Was a WHOLE lot faster also. And yes, I had to break down pallets, and I am female, so what's up??

Appt at 6am. Checked in 530am with guard. Got a dock immediately. Turned in paperwork. Got unloaded in 45 mins. But had to wait 2 hours to get the text for lumper fee. Pulled out at 8:30am Total of 3 hours.

These stars are for the wonderful cheery security personnel at the gate. They are wonderful. Helped with getting us all in and at a door. No attitudes...The negative stars is for the warehouse. The lumper girl or whatever you wanna be... why she aint speak up in telling me how to pay the lumper. I give a check cuz thats whats coming up on my end from the code. They dont take them. This was after she came and knocked on my door to tell me to move. I showed her the check. she waited til i registered the check and walked inside to tell me i needed a code.. this is the only place ive had this issue in the 3 years ive been trucking across the 48 states... now i got a open check i gotta go cash and a hour of my time wasted just to pay... It took the burly man to come and help with the transaction to get everything going. Unacceptable. Be more clear on what you expect for the new ppl who've never been here before.. she sucked today.. fr. I hope someone tell her that aint ok.. and its worse cuz the reviews talk about how bad our ppl are to each other. Prime example... and yes, im sure i was the only black woman there. So thats a shame... but whatever. I hope her holiday was better than she acted today.. considering this was 11/24/23... after thanksgiving.. im just thankful that situation didnt escalate any more than it was..

Arrived at 8pm, polite man at guard shack said THEY DONT OPEN UNTIL 6 AM, LINED UP ON SIDE OF ROAD. AT 6AM CHECKED IN GOT DOOR IMMEDIATELY, CHECKED IN AT DOOR 45. BEGAN UNLOADING IMMEDIATELY, PAID LUMPER THROUGH TEXT, WAITED FOR WORKERS TO COUNT, GOT ANOTHER TEXT MESSAGE, WAITED FOR WORKER TO COME OUT WITH BOL’S. TOTAL OF 4 HOURS. SWEET

Appointment time was 6am. Arrived at 5:45am got backed into door at 6am. 9am they finally started unloading. Got receipt for payment and went inside at 9:45 and half the load was still on the trailer. I got someone to finish unloading. Now Ioad. have to wait for who knows how long for them to check the load. Totally ridiculous. Now I have missed my next appointment.

The treatment of the employees is excellent the only problem is the delay of the papers it is a shame personally I thank the ladies from the lumper (door 55)also a sup I don't know the name he has gray hair very kind to the girl from the front desk (she’s from California) and to Mr. Figueroa thank you. This is one of the worst places I've been too. The people at door 55 check in is rude. A forklift operator told me that they get paid by an hour they aren't in a hurry to get you unloaded. He also said they will go outside and roll one up, talk to the people at door 55 check in. I have never been talk to like that in all the years I've been driving.

If you're coming here with dry product do not show up at the gate before 0530. I kid you not, I showed up at 0523 and was made to go in, turn around and leave and get back in line
