My dogs have been outside for about 10 years and we’re extremely filthy! I overly communicated that they both were being transitioned indoors and it was extremely important that they were cleaned. I went in Friday afternoon so both my dogs could get a full service grooming, flea&tick baths, nails, ears and teeth, the whole Shabaam! They assured me they both would be taken care of and everyone was super sweet. At pick up everything looked great but couldn’t really inspect as my little dog was bouncing off the walls. After getting home I noticed that my big dog was still pretty smelly and not in a good way! I brought him back Saturday morning when they opened and explained the situation, Brittany was so kind and apologized for the experience and recalled that she was the one I spoke to while making the appointment. Even though she was swapped for the day she took him back anyways and gave him another full bath and took very good care of my 13 year lab. Thank you so much very going over and beyond Brittany, I will most definitely be coming back to see ya!
