Wanted to share my experience this is a great store Butch will make you happy when you buy from there. Their prices are great and great items at the store. I bought a ach helmet and a level 3A 762.39 rated plates they were in wounderful shape and bought Oakley shooting glasses their military issue. Again great store I rate it 5 star

Upon arrival, clerk's out of control dog bit my toe, African American male clerk didn't even apologize for his out of control dog of discipline it, clerk misdirected me multiple times to products he didn't even have. Seriously who doesn't have a basic pair or black bdus? This stuff is just stolen ta-50 nothing more.

Very poor customer service I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone. You place orders with them that you never receive. Then you all to check in order and all they do is lie. Then when ask for a refund you get the run around about that also. The customer service skills are poor and the way they conduct business is terrible. They only get 1 star from me I didn’t want to give them that. Learn how to be honest and treat customers right before trying to run a business. That’s why you can’t support your own.

Was hesitant to go after reviewing the reviews but glad I decided to go. They had exactly what I was looking for and the owner and her daughter were both so kind and helpful. Very personable and took her time to make sure I was certain with my purchase and presented me with multiple options since it was a gift for my husband. Would definitely recommend

Ask to show my ID for a $9.00 credit card purchase. Haven't been ask for ID in twenty years.I would think if someone was attempting to commit fraud they would make a larger purchase. As a neat clean professional appearance black male.I got to wonder was I racially profile by black people. Shopping online from different retailers from this point on.Do Better !

Nice selection but the majority of the items have no prices on them , which is very aggravating.There was a little dog running around peeing on the floor with a leash attached while a young girl sat at the register on her phone .Every item they have you can get from ebay cheaper

The owners are great! They have an amazing selection! Even if they don't have it they will get it for you. My company MercSouth uses them for our outfitting needs. Bulletproof vest, armor, sleeping bags, packs, everything to outfit your security company, gun club , or just if you want to get all of your pins for your uniform. They are the best place in Birmingham hands down as far as trying to get what you need! From when they were by the bridge, to their current location, this family owned and operated business has treated me like family. Give them a try you won't be disappointed. As a military mom, I’m thankful for the gentleman who runs Mrs Nadia’s. It is a great resource for any patriotism needs. I am a member of the local Blue Star Mother chapter. In getting ready for an event, he gave a discount to help support our military. And the dogs are so cute and well behaved.

My husband and I are new to Alabama and made a special trip to this store. Upon arriving, there was a sign saying "out to lunch". It was close to 1pm so we took a drive around and came back shortly after. Still not open. While sitting in the parking lot (watching probably 6 other cars pull in and back out), we called the store and asked if they were open and told them we made this special trip. They lady didn't seem interested in making any sale and told us to try again around 2pm. Apparently they take 2 hours for lunch and don't care to do any business. We practically begged her to open the door and she said "i just can't open the door".

I always find something interesting at this store! Army laundry bags, great for travel. They're adding new items all the time. Stop by and just browse around. You never know what you might find.

Customer service went above and beyond to help us out with our Uhaul pickup when we ran into a problem with another pickup location. Clean store, ample parking, and the friendliest staff. While I didn’t come to shop for any military items I noticed that they have a very large selection. Highly recommended for anything Uhaul related or military products you might be needing.

Having visited this surplus shop one year ago, upon first impression was not impressed. A huge overhead for a business with limited selection, extremely overpriced for 90 percent of products. Negative atmosphere for energy the aura is suffocating, extremely toxic, rude, and unprofessional owners as I have experienced personally here. Operated by a black husband, and wife, ONE YEAR LATER the EXACT same products sitting in the same spots NEVER moved collecting dust. I have best friends who are shop owners for other surplus shops that are like family been doing business with other places 10+ years. As a shop/business owner myself this places degrades you as a human being, they degrade their customers for "Not spending enough money" with them, can you blame them? with the amount of broken pieces from hydration packs, holsters, uniforms etc. Never returning again.

We loved our visit to Mrs. Nadia's! They have a great selection of military clothing and other gear. We came in for ammo cans and were able to find exactly what we needed from their stock. They also have some vintage military items and sell lawn equipment. Mr. Butch was very helpful and friendly. We'll definitely be back!

I also had to jump through loops just to get a refund. Customer service is horrible. I will never recommend anyone going there. If you do, don't order anything and make sure you get the right merchandise.#BLACKOWNEDHORRIBLE

Very helpful staff. Wide variety of military, police, an outdoor gear at a fairly reasonable price. A little cluttered but that's what makes it fun. Great customer service and friendly people. Parking is a little bit difficult and limited.

I will never use this location for U-Haul again. I had no choice but to use a truck with no air conditioning and the check engine light on. Then was told to take it to another place to get them a different truck and when I complained with them they said call the 1-800 number such trash service I would not recommend

Store hours on Saturday are fro. 10am to 5pm. I waited to 10:45 and store hasn't open yet. Lights are off in the building. No sign on the door stating that they would be closed for the day. This is bad business.

This place is very clean and having lot's of thing's to look at from,, T-shirts to Bumper stickers , camo bags to Army vest to hold your favorite thing's .. Also, have cool signs to put around your house or business.. And Sooo much more ... !! Thanks to Gifts and Gadgets Wonder-Fail of not wanting to help me and just give me a price of a item in the glass case... And not bothering to check me out, Jeezz had 3 worker's making car key's and remotes.. Guess I will not be doing business there anymore!! Been shopping there since they opened . Hey, If you havnt checked out Mrs. Nadia's Army surplus store yet,, you dont know what you may end up buying..Haha. Have a Great Day!!😎

Parents making their kids work while they are in the back arguing and cussing on the phone. They them snap at their children until they see me in the store. In less than 7 minutes, I was asked over 20 times if I need help.Just noticed she gave herself 5 stars....

Terrible very poor costumer svc. I spent 2 days trying to get a pair of fatigues in the correct size and was not able to and not refunded my money at all. The person that is running the store has no true clue of whats going on with the merchandise and sizes. She is jus there .
