I have just recently begun taking care of Max full-time. Doggie Do's has always been his barber shop. It has been almost 3 months since his last visit and the first for me. He was so excited when we drove up! Thank you for explaning how everything works. It was a great visit for both of us. We will be back much sooner for his next visit! I love the staff at Doggie Do's! They're always so nice and Clyde leaves looking adorable every time we go. We visited several other groomers in Hueytown before we tried this one - they're by far the best! I recently learned they also do boarding, so we look forward to giving them a try next time we're out of town.

They do great work, but I am disappointed that my dog has been turned away twice now due to his size and/or his not coming frequently enough. I've had my pup for all 12 years of his life and, thus, have paid for grooming services many times. Other than DD's, I've never been told that his size (58 lbs) cannot be accommodated or that because it's been more than a year, he'll need to go elsewhere. I don't understand.There are three other places I know of in the area, two of which are not preferred. So I have to just hope the third can take him.

I was uncomfortable leaving Piper without having any personal contact with the person who was going to groom Piper.We however were very pleased with the grooming.

Omg yall. Ok so I had scheduled with another groomer and upon reading reviews declined the appointment. Called around and spoke with doggie do's. Very friendly customer service and also was able to squeeze me in last minute. So those were signs that I was going to a good place. Got there and the place was amazing on the inside, although for pets it gives you that home feeling, as well as love. Dropped off my yorkie and got a call with an hr or less to pick up. Mind you this is my 1st time taking Paris to a groomer. Guys when I picked her she was soooooo freaking adorable 😍. Like they made my baby a baby again. I totally love it here and will return. Can't thank them enough

Their groomer Brianne is the best groomer whom we have ever had for our little maltipoo Eddie who has special needs! After having moved here 7 months ago, its the first place that we tried and we've been going there ever since! Highly recommend Ms. Brianne!

The kindest and most caring groomers I've met or used. I have a golden rescue who is scared of strangers. The owners took the time to approach and make friends with my pup so that my pup and I are completely comfortable. I love how my pup smells when I pick him up, and the fees are affordable. Great, great people!!!!

Dropped our pup off for a 1- night stay so we could spend the day celebrating our anniversary. As always, he was perfectly happy when we picked him up the next morning. It is obvious that Alesia & John love and take great pride in their work. We have used them for grooming, daycare & boarding over the past few years and have been completely pleased.

I would like to say that even though I have only spoken to Doggie Do's regarding bathing my baby and the new puppy hotel they will offer - I am very impressed and pleased. Scheduling conflicts have kept me from bring my baby in but I will be using them many times during the upcoming winter months and when I go on vacation. Love they are so close to my area.

Doggie Do's is by far the BEST place to get your pet groomed and cared for. I live in Argo which is a 45 minute drive to Concord just to have my Maltipoo Bella groomed and she always looks amazing when I pick her up. Love the rooms that they have for the fur babies. My baby looked and smelled wonderful. However what happened to the customer is always right, to be polite and even tempered. You do not insult the intelligence of a paying customer by accusing them of being anything less then truthful. To be a successful business you must have employees that are gracious and that are willing to be of service to the customer, until the business has for filled there promise of service to the men & women whom pay for the business to stay afloat. And by refusing to allow a paying customer to set up an appointment you are asking for nothing less then the exact opposite of a flourishing business.

I live in Gardendale and I pass many other places that I could take my pets for grooming, but I drive to Doggie Do's because they care for my fur babies as if they were their own. I now have 5 fur babies that will have to be groomed and taken care of and asked my husband if he thought we should find a place closer to our home because getting 5 dogs to Bessemer may be a hassle. He said absolutley not because he doesn't think that we would ever get the service, passion or concern that the people of Doggie Do's put into each and every fur baby that is brought to them. If you are like me and think of your pets as part of the family, then you will find no better place than Doggie Do's.

This is the only place I will take Petey. He loves John and always looks great when I pick him up. I love the fact they don't keep you fur baby there all day. I drop him off and he is always ready when they tell me. They need 10 stars in my opinion.

Best dog salon around, I don't know how they trim either of my dogs nails so easy. I've tried and they go crazy, they're some of the nicest people I've met! I know our Sophia and Rosie approve!

I have 4 little girls, two of which need special handling due to health issues. Hope, Gracie, Lola and Abby loves to visit DoggieDoo. I don't worry because I know they are taking good care of my animals. I could not be more pleased with the care and attention given to us.

We love doggie do's!!! Once, we were in a rush and had to use another place on brooklane Dr. The other place shaved Lunas for too short and skinned her all up. Not Doggie Do's!! They do a perfect job on Luna every time. You can count on these people to treat your pet like they would their own! And these people love pets!

Today was the first of many to come. I called for a same day appointment as luck was on my side they said I could bring my Miss Lil Bitt in at 3pm. I was a little nervous about the first time visit but the moment I walked in the door the feeling was gone . I have never taken her to such a fabulous groomer since no longer being able to take her to Villa Rica GA. Doggie Do's was extremely fast and did awesome on my poodle.

I am so glad they are here for me. I have a German Sheppard and I can't handle giving her a bath. They give her a bath and they also provide defurmination which cuts down on the shedding. I don't know what I would do without them.They take such good care of her. If she is there when it storms, they give her extra loving because Bella is scared of thunder. They love on her like she is one of their own.

They are very good people, our pets have been treated awesome, and they do a great job on their grooming, and bed and biscuits is a great service also. We will never go anywhere else.
