When I walked in there was only 2 carts and they were stuck together. Thought this is gonna be a short trip, I found a cart as I walked around. On a clearance rack that had shirts there was one that was marked 12.99, that's the original price😂there was 2 of them. I don't shop Big Lots that often because this store is just a mess.

This Big Lots has wonderful employees, always willing the help. The shelves are mostly always fully stocked with no boxes cluttering the aisles.

M the men bathroom is absolutely filthy. Total the cashier said she don’t go in the men bathroom. But there was at l least two guys there. One with a gaming controller in hand. This place don’t deserve any star.

We went to Aldi. However a super nice lady and her daughters were beyond kind to return my wallet which I had no clue I had dropped. So thank you Big lots for being a good business and still open.

only one cashier and long line. I've also experienced a manager (hopefully not a store manager) being disgustingly rude to associate my last visit. (Tall short haired lady with glasses.) but overall nice furniture I've also purchased a lovely bedroom set. Great deals on furniture.

I love this Big Lots so much. It's always quiet and never crowded. The workers always greet me when I enter and they see me looking throughout the store. They carry name brand and off brand products. And it's not cheap stuff looking stuff either. I've took a chance and bought some of their brand cleaners, room sprays, and such and it works just as well at a fraction of the price. It's always clean too! Never a mess.

Love this store! I'm always looking for a bargain and I always find one at Big Lots! I hate that they closed the one on Bessemer Super Highway. But I'm willing to drive down to Academy Drive just to shop there. It's sort of like the Dollar Tree..... You should go there first and see if anything on your grocery list is here before you go to your regular grocery store

Shelves are always messy, there's way more space in the store than products on the shelves. The store always looks like it's going out of business and this particular location doesn't have a baby section.

Stay away from this location! Extremely rude manager humiliated my wife, accusing her of stealing for merely placing her phone in her purse. Despite her assurances, the manager then called the police. They searched and found nothing, even going through her purse. Nothing. To make matters worse, this all took place with about a dozen folks watching. When the ordeal finally ended, and they finally let her go she didn't get a single apology.

Store is nice, has decent items. Not top of the line but your not paying top of the line either. Clean, employees all except one are helpful. Furniture guy, name starts with a P ( not gonna call him out) kind of a DA. Oversize ego for a Big Lots teamleader.

The staff whistled and waved at me to come to her. Did not respectfully call me over. You should know how to communicate with customers. You whistle at pets, not people.

Bought a Christmas tree that looks worst than the Charlie Brown tree!!! Nothing like the display or box. Arms have rust on them. Needles coming out and branches coming off. I could have a live tree for this. I am so disappointed. 😥

I believe once they get everything put out and everything put on the shelves and get everything cleaned up it will be all right place the shop. The employees are very helpful and nice and that is a plus in my book

Sale prices did not ring up correctly. Had to void transaction and redo it and was still overcharged. Thankfully the manager was nice and he did try.

Went in looking for plastic storage bins and they had exactly what I needed at a very good price. Always check with Big Lots before going anywhere else. Priced can't be beat.

This is my store for home decor extras. Like a new fireplace or some new throw pillows for my sofa. Big Lots usually has something that catches my attention. I like that.

Went in bought a Strato lounger , left it at the store came back they loaded the box in the truck for me. Took it home had it set up in about 2 minutes.
