Fantastic store. I've now lived in Berry for 2 years and have found this DG to be the cleanest most organized around. The staff come and go often. Great training location for a step up. Recommend for youth getting their foot in the door.

The store is neat and clean every time I have been there. The employees are very helpful. The only thing I have found that needs improving is one cashier needs to learn when to ask for help. If the other cashier doesn't look up and see the line half way down the isle, she doesn't know that he needs help. The employees in this store work hard and it shows.

The cashier was very rude, she stood in front of me while I attempted to get down the aisle, I had to ask her several times to let me through. When I checked out she didn't even say thank you for my business. Very unfriendly person unlike the rest of Berry AL residents!! Left me with a bad impression of the south.!!!

I stopped in at my local Dollar General and spoke to one of the regular accociates. She is a hard worker and I would call her a friend. I asked about the new sign on the front of the store (Dollar market). She told me that begining April 5th, there will be a market added. There will be produce and meat. Meanwhile, she said that all clothes are 70% off. Gotta make room for the new market. Yay!

I stopped by the DG in Berry, AL to pick up a couple of things, and was majorly displeased. The cashier's attitude was condescending, it seemed like she felt inconvenienced by my being there. I shop DG all over Alabama, good folks, good value. I'll drive 20 miles out of my way before I stop at this location again..😠😠😠😠

Nancy helped me so much was very polite and knowledgeable assited my every need due to my chair i cant reach certain things she gladly helped and made it a fun trip to the dg will be back again because of this employee!
