We are visiting down here for my husband's job and needed some groceries, which are limited where we're staying. This store had a really good selection and the prices were very reasonable. You can get pretty much all of your essentials here and the staff was extremely friendly. I'd definitely come back.

I come here out of convenience. The prices on most of the items I like, are jacked way up. Then they charge an additional 10% before taxes. They do have good deals on meat and certain items but the additional 10% is what gets me. I only come to this store if I happen to be near and need something on my way home. But I will say that the employees are always so nice and helpful. The customer service is incredible!

Predatory pricing. Has a hidden 10% when you check out. Then they say they " have" to do this to be able to keep cost down yet still the most expensive place in town and no other store I can think of does this shady garbage

I think Greers in Bayou La Batre is much better than the ones in Grand Bay and Bailey's Corner. It has more variety of items and a lot of the prices are lower than the other Greers. The cashiers are super sweet. There have been a few times I needed help getting an item from a top shelf and I would asked one of the stockers to get it for me and they are always more than happy to help.

Our local grocery. Usually erything in stock n yall should try the jalapeño cheese bread on wooden carts as you heas towards veggies. The best!

Loved shopping here. We were on Dauphin Island and came here for groceries. Nice selection and very good prices! We plan to make Greer's our annual tradition!

Tre is very helpful today I was very impressed with him and everybody at store. This store have very great service!! I was so stressed for 2 days can't eat can't sleep because I worry to lose my number phone. Tre is great he made me see the bright light again

Pretty decent market. Decent selection of produce and good prices on produce and meats for the area. Definitely will stop again before hitting the Dauphin Island area.

Have found certain male managers to be rude, had a cashier steal the cash from my wallet in which she was let go for. They did replace the $ with a food gift card. Good thing it wasn't bill $. They double tax because of the city of Bayou la Batre, & added to prices that are hugely increased above other local grocery stores. My grandmother personally & privately nursed Jack & Autry Greer until their passing at their home, love Lucy Greer as a beautiful lady. But this Bayou location needs serious work. Do not recommend this location. Sadly this is the last grocery store heading to Dauphin Island so if I were you, I would do Walmart & jump off interstate at D.I.P.

Deli is very pricey for hot meals. Most of the selection is very good. Need to quit ruining your meatloaf by topping it with tomato paste (really nasty). The fresh fried fish is amazing. Need to start serving breakfast at this location! Would be nice to be able to grab a fresh deli sandwich and run also, variety is nice. Full grocery shopping. Very good selection of fresh meats and produce. Store is very clean. The staff is always nice. Overall I have been pleased with every experience. Just missing the point of making it great, not just good.

I went to get lasagna noodles for dinner and when I was ready to put them in water they were infested with bugs all of the boxes were infested when i went back the second time except for one.. it had one bug when i got home...I called and told them the situation and did not seem to care. I will not be going back!!!

Once again, the Greers located in the bayou has advanced by leaps and bounds! Think of the original Star Trek, with the corny uniforms, and the one dude that went on the away team and died, that's the old Greers! Now, the new Greers is like the new Star Trek movies! With the new Spock and cpt. Kirk modernized, and the all star crew! And Dr.McCoy played by the captain of the Rhohirrum in Lord of the Rings! Yeah.

Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect. We're here on vacation and not familiar with the area. Close to our vacation rental and I didn't feel like driving a half hour for groceries. Pleasantly surprised by the selection, and more so on the prices of our favorite items.

They're adding in a 10% "surcharge" to all items, in addition to 10% tax. The surcharge is taxed so you're actually paying 21% more than the listed price for every item you buy. Predatory pricing.Just raise your prices by 10%, don't suddenly scam me at the register.

They have remodeled the store adequately enough that when I walk in it no longer feels like I'm stepping back in time to the seventies. Now with new coolers and food placement, it now feels like I've time traveled to the eighties.

Not a bad place to shop considering it’s the only thing around. Prices are severely inflated possibly because of this. The produce and meat department are usually lacking in quality and quantity but they seem to do the best they can.Cashiers are always friendly and get me checked out quickly.

Unfortunately this store has gone down hill. We've bought veggies that were outdated and starting to go bad hidden in the bottom of bags. The freezer items have been thawed & refrozen & ruined. The freezer section contains tons of ice covered items - needs defrosting. The meats are leaking and sometimes very puffy in packages. Never any boneless skinless chicken !The only saving grace is the friendliness & positive attitude of the young lady working the dairy section. She is always peppy, friendly & will help you with anything. Not the same for the manager who won't acknowledge you if you ask a question as he runs by you pretending he doesn't hear you. Most of the ladies up front a very nice too but overall the store is not up to par.

The store is much better, cleaner, and more organized than it had been in the past. Be sure and check the expiration dates on items before you purchase them. I've noticed many things that were outdated and should have been pulled from the shelves. Employees are friendly and helpful, but management shouldn't allow them to smoke out in front of the store while on break... It smells like an ashtray walking down the sidewalk.

Store shelves are Filthy in soup area. I found 3 out of date items in one trip. However, the staff is friendly. And Blue Bell ice cream is always a good price here.

Compared to the Greers in Grand Bay this one here is the Taj Mahal of grocery stores. I live in Grand Bay and we ride here to grocery shop.

Great selection for a small local grocery. Prices are fair. Remember to add 10%top the prices since that is what is done when you check out. Then another 10% for taxes. Still not bad prices. Friendly staff. A nice break from supper stores.

The employee's are great but the grocery part is the worst. What kind of store keeps and sells products that the best use by date is February 22 and it's June 22 and it's a refrigerated food
