This has to be one of the worst Walmarts in the South. First, it’s always hot in the store. Is the AC broke? Second, the place is disgusting. Not only does it smell like dead rats but the bathrooms are impossible to use without feeling like you’ll catch something. Between looking like it’s been vandalized with feces to the water leaking out of the toilet handles. The toilet paper is no different than sketch paper. There’s hardly any paper towels ever available and whenever there is, the quality is very similar to using a tissue paper to dry your hands. Third, the parking lot is filled with homeless people at night and people asking for money. Do your best to avoid this Walmart.

I recently moved to the area and this was my 1st time shopping here. It is a large store so wear comfortable shoes! It seemed to have it all. My cashier was very friendly. Overall it was a good place to shop for all my household needs.

This Walmart NEVER has ANYTHING!! THE WORST WALMART I've ever been to..inventory sucks and is either non-existent or out of stock.. the only positive is it's a great neighborhood style family friendly place.. everybody knows everybody. But that's not why I go to Walmart. And I've been to a ton of Walmarts and personally I'd prefer to drive the extra mileage and go to the Daphne Walmart.. this one's not worth it.. in my opinion.

This is a review for anyone interested in working here, BEWARE!!! They do not care about their employee's point-blank period. so of course they will not care about their customers. management needs to be thrown away and recycled.Lonnie is a miserable lonely stank gossiping excuse as a woman let alone to be managing anyone. Tayler is just a total goofball. DO NOT WORK HERE.

Small town walmart. lines arent crazy Only on holidays and its still nothing crazy. Mostly selfcheckout. Love that the hair products and makeup arent locked away. Im from a big city so shopping at this walmart is a wayyyy better experience.

Walmart pickup is a joke! Almost every time I order, my groceries gets delayed. Like why? I put my order in around 12 pm lunch time and I get there to pick up at 6, and get a message saying your order is delayed... Well it's 7 pm now and I still don't have my order.

Wal-Mart in Bay Minette Alabama is a family friendly super market and services center. The staff here do an outstanding job of making your experience here superb. They have a strong community atmosphere that keeps you returning time and time again. Wal-Mart provides an extensive range of services from groceries all the way to automotive needs. Don't forget their new time saving online pick-up service that makes a short trip to the store for those days when you are pressed for time. It is extremely efficient, I highly recommend giving it a try.

The store is very clean. Very organized. Aisles were not packed. Employees were not rude. They were very helpful if they could have more stores like this spatially the one down in Foley they would get more business. But I cannot say enough about how clean, organized and they were well stocked. And the employees were very helpful

Bay Minette Walmart gets worse every time I go in it.Went back today still the same. 3/25/22.Still not happy with the store. The workers who are shopping for pickup orders are always in the way. And they act like you should just move and let them shop.Not like this in other Walmarts.It's a little better now. Still hard to find some items.The staff is more friendly, sometimes.Update 11/10/23Half the things they used to keep in stock weren't there. Still have to watch out for the shopping staff they will run over you.Update 1/28/24Store is worse than ever. Shelves are half stocked. Couldn't even find a basic clipboard. Got to the register and my Walmart pay app wouldn't work. Then I get a text saying try our barcode scanner. This is going down the drain. Time to buy a bigger freezer and shop somewhere else.

Bay Minette Walmart has horrible customer service!! They need to do their job right!! Sounds to me they need a new manager there. We only shop there when have no other choice. It's well worth the drive to Mobile Walmart to get selection of products we need and get decent customer service!!

I worked for Walmart for almost 20 to 23 years, I left because of some of the policies they put in place. I never really leave complaints on this, but can’t get management at the Bay Minette store in BayMinettte Alabama , I put a prescription in weeks ago if not a month ago, I received 1 prescriptions other day. I still haven’t received the other it’s still on back order for a month,went in there to purchase meat at of date from September 15,I purchased it on September 22, today September 24, 2023 , I go to get my oil changed and I’m told they are so busy. It made me feel bad so I just left without shopping for other items I needed I will shop elsewhere cause people care elsewhere, I’ve always had pride in what I did for Walmart always want to do the best for Walmart we all where family, but again I had to leave because of their policies they putting play with their policies are now affecting the shopping experience at Walmart no one wants to make money for Walmart. They chase customers away basically again I worked for Walmart for 22 to 23 years and it just breaks my heart to see what’s going on at the BayMinettte, Alabama Walmart it’s terrible. Try not to spend my money there anymore. Thank you you guys have a great day.

Update#2: The Store Manager Victor Morgan needs to stop looking out for his bonus and start taking care of the customers. Get off your butt, call to have your disability scooters fixed or better yet order "NEW" ones! Yes, I know they're $2k a piece but customers come first! You have one customer host who goes above and beyond his duties to bring the scooters back in the store. His name is Garrett and I appreciate Garrett's customer service! You should too! The more scooters you have, the more money elderly people will spend!Update: Sadly it's the only place in town to buy groceries cheaper. The customer service has gone away. They don't stock properly, either it is out or in the wrong place. The associates have a don't care attitude, all that trickles down from the top! Time for changes!!Old review:After twenty years this Walmart was recently remodeled and it has improved it's overall look. I'm disappointed in the restrooms because all they did was change out the sinks. Seems to me when claiming to do a full remodel you would change out the toilets, stalls, and retile the floors. The Bay Minette Walmart desperately needs NEW disability scooters and a way to insure that these new scooters stay in the store. I have been in other Walmart's where the scooters are not allowed outside. This insures that the scooters stay in good running condition and they are always available to your customers. On a good note, the associates are friendly and willing to help you find what you need.

Bought tires online thru Walmart and schedule an install,Got there 2hrs early was told to come back at my appointment which is at 12 pm,Went back got checked in and waited till I was told am ready,New tires was out in the back instead of front no hub caps was on,Waited again for them to do it right was told again am ready,Got ready to drive off one of my wheels bolts was loose,Guy came out there with a jack and tighten them back tried driving off again hell the front wheel was loose also,Again the tech came out there and jacked it up and tighten it,Left going up the highway the darn wheel balance weight flew off the wheel,Stop by that evening after work and was going to come back but I changed my mind,Yaul crazy in that shop trying to hurt folks,what if both my wheel fell off ? So for me no more Walmart I basically wasted 50 bucks check your camera arrived at 11:58 and left at 1:41pm 2/23/24.Response needed.

Our local establishment features a grocery department, an Automotive Service Center, housewares, a handy Lawn and Garden Area plus it houses a Pharmacy inside near the has a very intelligent and efficient staff to handle your RX prescription medications.

Their selection is not good. Only stock during shopping hours so not only are the workers that are shopping in the way but also the vendors. This is one of the worst Walmarts I have ever shopped at. We usually go to Fairhope Walmart it's a much better store.

Still not an enjoyable experience, but the young man Drake that rang me up was very professional and efficient. Even loaded the basket for the woman in front of me that was too lazy to do it herself.

Eh, another Walmart... Sketchy folks inside, most everyone is rude. Saw a young woman walk perfectly fine and get in motor scooter cart because she must have felt entitled to it.
