There was a mix up with my son’s refill on his medication that caused a few days delay. I called the pharmacy to make sure they hadn’t mixed up my and his medicine because we take the same and got the pharmacist by chance. She was so helpful got it all figured out and had his medicine filled quickly for us

Horrible experience. The pharmacy made us wait for three hours until the prescription was suppose to be ready then when we go for pickup an hour and a half after that time they state that they are still working on it and that it will be another 10 minutes. So in total we have been waiting for four hours and forty minutes after this patient had had surgery on the same day. Complete and utter incompetence on their part. Would not recommend and would give a negative star if possible.

Horrible pharmacy!!! So Rude, they can’t pull you up in the system even when you just filled a prescription. Unfortunately I have CVS Caremark insurance and am forced to use them. Went without my maintenance medication for a month because they wouldn’t help. My dr finally told me to run it under good RX for people with no insurance & I’m gonna go to Publix or Walmart. This has been a very traumatic experience for me

Walked in yesterday to do my once a week shopping like normal, just to be on an isle and start hearing yelling coming from the front. I peeked over the isle and watched as this lady ive never seen before at this location as long as ive been coming here, Christine, older women with gray hair, yelling at an employee who just walked in. The employee who walked in is the one that regularly helps me every week, black hair,, nicest up beat,works the hardest ive seen while the rest play on their phones or avoid opening a lane to checkout someone. She was talking her down and yelling at her until she was at the point of tears from what i over heard it was over her not knoeing something she wasnt fully trained on yet. She just walked in and was being abused by this woman' who was apparently the manager. Yelling at an employee doesnt teach them something they dont know. You dont know what she deals with off the clock to treat so badly. I called up there to have a word with this woman over how she treats her staff and her excuse was "having a bad day". Nothing excuses abusing loyal employees. It was disgusting for me to see and hear this while i shop and i hope she apologizes to that girl and backs off her. I will not be returning because of this woman and i will be reporting her to Hr. Someone needs to do something about this or find a better store the girl will be better treated at. If i were her i woukdnt put in any effort for thst trestment but she does anyways. She was still working as hard as she could after being told she does a terrible job because she doesnt know everything. Ive been coming here 3 years and now will go to Spanish fort instead for walgreens. Horrible lady. Do better.

Nice that they are giving corona vaccine, but there were difficulties encountered.1st, cold call on my phone the morning of the appointment that my Medicare insurance number is needed.... Well I was told never give out personal information over the phone. When I arrived for my appointment time, I can provide at that time.2nd arrived for appointment 15 minutes early as instructed. Went inside CVS, ( about 15 - 20 persons ) standing around at front door, and I noticed a second line ( 4-6 persons ) , and noticed there was another line down by the Pharmacy another ( 4-6 persons ). The woman in control at the door was quick to answer that there were problems with " Insurance " and that I should wait. Standing for long periods of time for me is not possible. After waiting for over 1 hour my name is still not called, and noticed that I have yet to see anyone that I first saw in the Pharmacy line has left.Maybe those coming in for the vaccine appointment, should be politely informed of the extensive waiting time so that they can make a choice. Personally I was not that comfortable around so many other masked people in a busy area.

My experience with the pharmacy is becoming less pleasant each time I’m there. Particularly when a young guy with glasses and long hair is there. My prescription is never ready when I know the exact time it is called in, the drive thru line is extremely long and you have to wait a good amount of time before you can even get to the window. Finally, when I make it to the window, they tell me they are backed up and it would be another 2 -4 hours when it’s ready. Then out of nowhere you get a text 10 minutes after you leave the store that it’s ready. This has happened more than 3 times and it gets old and a little distracting especially when you have sick children in the car. And not to mention that the same guy can be very rude! You can certain tell, when Mary(the pharmacist is not there).

Wish I had read reviews before I drove an hour to get COVID vaccine. Registered online, gave all of my pertinent info including health insurance info. Appt time assigned to me was 4:15. Long, long line when I arrived. A person working there told the men behind me the wait would be about 2 hours! How is this possible when everyone has preregistered and supplied their information? Very poor performance.

The place seems to be under new management. That's a shame because the old manager Jeri and her crew were top notch. I witnessed the new manager screaming at one of the older employees, who quit right there on the spot. She was one of the nice ones, I had been dealing with her for years. Somebody needs to teach that woman how to talk to employees! I don't know how this woman ever made management, but they need to send her back to whatever ghetto she came from.I'll be taking my business to Bell's Pharmacy from now on. I shopped here because of the customer service and I see that going downhill fast.

I find it a little pricey, but usually well stocked. Handicap friendly, ample parking close to building, will let in the evening.

The inventory in this store is terrible. And outside of Walmart it's the only game in town. I wish it would close and become a Walgreens

Jeri helped me out tremendously this afternoon. I was trying to decide on which humidifier to buy for my sons room. She was very informed and helped me pick out a product. She was so sweet and caring. Thank you!

Uncooperative with prescriptions and do not have prescriptions ready on time. Do NOT use them as a primary pharmacy!
