We have used Zoom to Groom for a couple of years. They are easy to schedule with and very consistent. The cost is very reasonable especially since they're saving you and your pup a drive! We're usually able to get the same groomer (Meagan) who does a fantastic job! She's especially good with our senior dog who can get a bit anxious. Highly recommend!

We love Zoom to Groom. It is very convenient having the services done at our home. We have a small dog with anxiety issues so it is nice having her in the driveway verses dropping her off for a bit.We love Meghan! She does a wonderful job, very personable and her furry client loves her. Meghan keeps notes which provides consistency in the grooming.Overall we are very satisfied with Zoom to Groom and Meghan.

I have a little before and after in the pictures I asked for lion name for my Pomeranian. I don’t think I’ll use any other pet groomers for a while because Zoom to groom has brought me comfort to know my senior dog is right outside my door and not around other dogs or in a cage. 10/10 I highly recommend! :)

We love Zoom to Groom and so do our babies Garbo and Eli. It is so convenient and SO much less stressful for all of us than having to take them somewhere for grooming. We call it ‘Spa Day’ and start reminding them a few days out that their ‘Spa Day’ is coming. Thank you Zoom to Groom!!!!

I utilize their service multiple times. The groomer, Daneka is by far the most professional and caring dog groomer. I encountered another rep from the company but she was intimated by my puppy barks. So, once Daneka came and worked her magic on him, she has been my preferred groomer. I couldn't ask for a better at your door service than Zoom to Groom.

Scout and I love Zoom to Groom! They are very dependable and do a great job. They’re always on time and Scout is always happy to see the van drive up. On occasion I’ve been late taking him out to potty and the girls have graciously walked him around in the yard. I won’t be using any other grooming service.

This dog grooming service is amazing. They were quick to respond to my request, and I mean less than a few hours. Daneka did a fabulous job on our Aussiedoodle! She was great at introducing herself to our dog and when Maisy came back from her grooming she was happy and her cut was perfect. I think this is such a great service because in the past I would have to leave our dog at the groomers all day and she would come home very timid and stressed. We are new to the Auburn area and we are so glad that we tried this service out! We definitely will be using this service and of course we want Daneka back as well! Thank you!

We love Groom Mobile Pet Grooming for our rescue hound. He’s short haired so only need a bath and nail trim but they take great care of him. When you make an appointment they show up on time. I highly recommend them.

My dogs are a doublecoated Siberia husky and double coated German shepherd. They hadn't been groomed in about 9 months. They started blowing their coats and my gsd became matted. Their coats were bad.I called zoom to grooms. Two different trucks pulled up and one gal per dog. The best $350 I ever spent! These girls did a fabulous job on my two girls. They looked like brand new coats! I will be using them from now on. I can't recommend them enough!They did not paint their nails or give pom pom ears, but they did an amazing job otherwis though.

Just wonderful!The TL/DR version: Very professional, and I didn't know a coonhound could even get that clean!I signed up my short-haired dogs for only baths (no nail trimming or ear cleaning). I have two dogs: a 7-yr-old mutt who's reactive to other dogs and won't let you touch his nails, and a 9-yr-old black and tan coonhound who has a musky coat. My family has had these dogs since each was a year-and-a-half old, and they were rescues from the Humane Society. I had always bathed them at home in the past (especially since one is reactive), but it's been hard for me to get them truly clean, despite my best efforts.The company has multiple groomers. My encounter was with Tasia, an experienced groomer who used to train dogs. She was very professional, let the dogs acclimate to her, outlined all of the contingencies (such as, if a dog doesn't tolerate the blower, he might come back a bit damp because they don't want to traumatize the dog), and offered advice for how to acclimate my mutt to nail clippers, and I'm going to take her advice, and maybe I'll be able to include a nail trimming in a future trip.She took the dogs in turn, and she did an OUTSTANDING job bathing them. If you think all bathing is the same, you've never bathed a hound. I personally know how hard it is to get the oily coating off of my coonhound's fur and skin, and she did it. He didn't tolerate blowdrying well, so he was still just a bit damp (not as damp as after I bathe him and towel him off), and I knew that was likely up front. Our mutt let her touch his paws, which speaks volumes about the groomer's calm demeanor. And each came back happy, not stressed.Also, she arrived at the beginning of our window, but it would be understandable if she had been later because the company does give a *window* of arrival time, after all. The cost was just as estimated for the baths plus a $5 fuel charge. No big deal--the price was an estimate, and I am so pleased it wasn't more because of my hound's coat.I definitely will be a repeat customer!

Zoom to Groom makes it so easy to pamper your dogs and they will even come to your house to groom your pets. How convenient is that? If you have a busy schedule and are looking for an AUsome groomer I would suggest this company.

Where do I start, the first time we booked an appointment to get our dog groomed they showed up 30 min late without any notice and then proceeded to mess up the haircut to the point we had to groom parts of him ourself after they were done. We thought maybe it was just a bad do so we decided to give them another try. We booked 2 weeks in advance and gave them a 2 hour window of when they could arrive. They then no showed us and did not reply to our text or calls. This is supper inconsiderate and unprofessional. We have also had friend of ours that where either no showed or they were over an hour late with no heads up. If you want to deal with no shows and messed up grooming this is the place to go.

Booked an appointment with them a few months back and they arrived 30 mins after my appointment time. I think this is super inconsiderate since some people have work and things going on during the day. Tried again since it’s hard to find a groomer in town. We told them any time between a 2 hour span of time. They said that would be great and they just no showed us. We reached out via text as their answering machine says and no response, tried to call and no one picked up. They are literally the worse. Do not waste your time.

We had been clients of Zoom To Groom for four years, no more. They were inconsiderate, rude and didn’t listen to our concerns when our pup had nicks and cuts. Her fur had zips lines throughout her fur and huge hunks out in longer spots.

Expanding upon the review left by my mother Lisa Aikens.Had difficulty getting in touch with the company via telephone and ended up having to communicate via text messages.On several occasions, I would schedule appointments for both my dogs(one a small Shih Tzu) who lives INSIDE(which is why someone has to be home for the appointments) and my bigger dog. When they would get there, they would only groom the smaller one and say they couldn't get the bigger one as the groomer stated she needed help getting her into the van. I offered to help as I was paying for both of them to be groomed. But the groomer would then state she needed another individual to help groom the bigger dog. This was not a problem before so I don't understand why it was a problem now.Last appointment, apparently they don't understand what "okay" means when I scheduled an appointment via text message. I had rearranged my schedule and my parents did as well to be there to get our dogs groomed. Only to be told they did not put my dogs down on the schedule. This was unacceptable and inconsiderate of our time.My family and I will be using another groomer for our dogs.

The groomer was kind and patient with my Sasha. Her work was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend zoom to groom. It’s kind of pricey, but worth every penny. 🐾

I used Zoom to Groom for the first time. Jasmine did an AMAZING puppy cut on my Pomeranian. I've tried several groomers and they either just shave or barely trim. She really is a talented lady as this is not easy to do with a Pom. I will request her again & would recommend her if you are in the Birmingham area!

We have a small Pekingese and have been looking for a groomer for over a year. These breeds are notorious for their dislike of baths and grooming. This company provides a mobile grooming service that is completely self-contained in a large custom vehicle. The scheduling was at our convenience and simplistic. Ms. Bre showed up on time and within just over an hour, our miss priss was ready for Broadway. We have had numerous groomers but Bre was exceptional. Best grooming we have ever seen for our dog. Just this alone would justify repeat business however our dog was clearly eager and content with Bre’s handling. Past groomer’s have been mean and the dog responded in kind. Not with Bre!!! Dog loved her. The company offers a full range of services. Strongly recommend this company.
