I was duped by WALMART… I bought the WARRANTY.Visiting from Texas. Bought electric scooter for my grandson here in June. Also bought the WARRANTY, never did that before but just in case. Scooter quit working 2 months ago, parents too busy to take it in. Visiting from TX again in Nov., and brought scooter in to exchange under WARRANTY.Walmart told me it’s been longer than 90 days so I had to contact some insurance company to get the scooter repaired or replaced, NOT WALMART. The clerk handed me a pamphlet. I told them I didn’t pay an insurance company, I paid Walmart. And I also explained that I could have just used the manufacturer’s warranty if someone else needed to get involved. There was no Insurance Agent at the cash register when I bought the warranty. I never signed for an insurance policy. I thought I was doing business with WALMART. I paid WALMART for a warranty, not some insurance company.As you can imagine, I got upset. I’ve never, ever, in my life had a WALMART store refuse to return or exchange an item in the past. But now that I purchased a WARRANTY from WALMART, they refuse to help me.I left the scooter there. I’ll do all I can to shop elsewhere from here on out, and you should too. And, learn from me, Don’t ever buy a WALMART WARRANTY; it’s not what you think it should be.

Every scooter buggy available (6 total) were either inoperable or dead battery. I am physically handicapped and had extreme difficulty navigating this large store without the use of a scooter. Better monitoring for care of these scooters is needed as they are vital for many of your handicapped patrons.

January 20,2024, I came to this store to get my oil changed around 7:30am and there was this old man by the name of Tony came out and told me they took appointments only. I asked him since when they started taking appointments only, he didn’t answer me and walked away. I always have my oil change with Walmart and was surprised they started taking appointments only so I didn’t believe him and went inside the shop the cashier told me “no, I don’t need an appointment “ Managers at this shop need to monitor your workers, this is another way of losing your customers!!!

I Love(d) This Location. I’ve Been Shopping There For Approx 5 Yrs Now…They Have The BEST Clearance Aisle…Hands DOWN. Tonight, I Had A Bad inStore Experience. At Self Checkout, I’m Scanning My Items And The Self Checkout Girl Came Over And Said She Was Going To Go Ahead And Scan My Bigger Items For Me. I Felt So Insulted. After Self Checkout, I Always Show My Receipt Or My Digital Receipt Upon Leaving The Store. Why Would She Have To Scan ANYTHING For Me At SELF Checkout?It Was For A Patio Umbrella And Two Tiki Torches. I’m Not A Criminal. Nor A Thief. I Wouldn’t Risk Going To Jail Over EITHER.I’ve Never Been Into Any Trouble With The Law. I’ve NEVER Been To Jail Nor Do I Want To EVER Go. I Felt SUPER Insulted! Why Would An Employee Whose Standing Around Doing NOTHING, Feel The NEED To Stop And Come Scan Something For ME At SELF Checkout. I Didn’t Ask For Her Help. I Felt Like She Was INSINUATING I Wasn’t Going To Scan Them MYSELF.???!!….& I VERY RARELY GIVE BAD REVIEWS!

It's Walmart, where you shop, scan your own groceries whiles employees watch you, you pay for your items, and get bombarded by someone when your leaving to see your receipt. What more can you want? You work day in and day out to earn money, just to have to work to get what you need and made to feel harassed.

I have been waiting over an hour for a pickup order. I have seen 15 vehicles pull in after me, get their orders, and leave. Now I am the only vehicle here and still do not have the order. I have called the store five times and no one will pick up. I have talked to the associate doing the pickup orders three separate times and still have not received a resolution.

This Walmart has some of the nicest greeters. I did some last minute shopping and I wasn't feeling well. Well guess what the attitude and overall friendliness of that woman who was at the door made my entire year! (and that was before the new year too).

The staff is excellent (for Walmart). This is the only one I go to anymore. The people are always really friendly and I usually go in 20 minutes before they close.

Sick of calling the automobile department at the Auburn location (College Street).They’ll answer the phone and immediately just put you on hold. They don’t even bother to say hello or anything . I can hear them talking in the background,, but I doubt if they even care. Just rude for no reason.. Not to mention.unprofessional. Wish I could give them a negative 0.

Complete disrespect for those with disabilities. The electric carts are consistently broken. When brought to the attention of management, the concerns were brushed aside. Maybe a lawsuit in relation to the ADA would help.

How in gods name does every Walmart not stay open 24/7 like what if people need stuff late at night like emergency stuff or not even that just regular everyday stuff someone might have not had time do earlier and now have to wait until the next day to do so so could someone please tell somewhere else that stays open 24/7 and has the same stuff Walmart does

Previously I had written a 5 star review for this Walmart and bragged about how great the store is. So, today we entered through the garden area and became very disheartened due to all the plants sagging and thirsty for water as shown in attached video. What a waste, the lady said they don't have anyone to water them and when they do have a worker they are too lazy to do so. And so the plants die and get thrown away, Walmart will not reduce the prices not will they give them away. Walmart just puts them in the dumpsters or has them returned dead to the growers and writes the value of.

Today the lady at the deli said that we’re not doing potato wedges today after looking at the empty bin. I guess she just didn’t want to make any. There are often no carts inside and several self checkout machines were turned off causing longer lines

Walmart s-ucks, customer service is rude. They talk among themselves when your trying to get help, ignoring you, right to your face. If you sat something, everyone around, workers, stare you down, like your from outer space. Rude, rude, lazy lazy employees.

If I could give it a zero I would. Shopping in store here is perfectly fine, but if you decide that you want to do a grocery pickup please don’t even bother. I placed an order for a grocery pickup yesterday and set the pickup day for today at 7-8 p.m. I received a text that my order was delayed, but received another text within 30 mins stating that it was ready for pick up. I went to the store and checked in and waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for my order. I had to call corporate, no one answered the phone for me or cooperate. I finally went into the customer service area With corporate still on the line, I was told by an associate “I think they are doing pretty good to only have 3 people” when I asked to speak to a manager. It took another 15 mins before a manager came to speak to me. This was the worse experience that I have ever experienced. Hopefully corporate can resolve this seemingly ongoing issue. I will NEVER place an online grocery order at this store again.

I live close to this Walmart so I go for convenience yet I leave feeling inconvenienced every time. They are always out of stock of at least 25% of the items I need, and other times such as today they literally only had 5 out of the 10 things I needed in stock. And these are common household items I’m looking for that every other Walmart always has in stock when I go. I don’t know what they’re doing wrong here but it certainly isn’t working and I end up having to make a trip somewhere else anyways. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Nothing is ever stocked in the right location. So nothing ever rings up at the right price. When asked about it at the registers they will argue with you. Customer service employees are always the rudest people there are.

As you can see, I love this spot so much, I always find what I need and it is close to my house, so I don't have to drive very far. The best time to go is either at night or in the morning, when everyone is either at work or at home. Parking is never hard to find they have everything you need and want.
