It was very easy to schedule and the team had great communication the whole time. I appreciated being called to confirm my appointment and being able to talk about specific areas of concern/interest in my apartment. Two Maids have been great. Never had any problem. Layla and Kimesha do a great job keeping our office clean. We have scheduled them for once every two weeks and they never missed a single schedule. Also they are quick in cleaning, they don’t take the whole day. I would recommend two maids to everyone for sure.

Not up to our standards. Deep clean service didn’t include dusting pictures, mantles, or baseboards. Baseboards didn’t even look touched and we had managers come out to verify that. Even after managers came and “re-cleaned” we could pick up dust with our fingertips off the baseboard.I’m not impressed with the level of cleanliness or the arguments with the company about resettlement. I felt like they were trying to gaslight us about what areas would be included in our deep clean. We were having to ask if moving photos to dust a mantle was standard as it didn’t happen on our “deep clean”. These were missed areas - and if we can’t agree on that then we just don’t agree about what clean is.After the clean, the company sends an automated email asking for a review and explains that the cleaners are paid based on that review. That didn’t leave us good feelings as we would like to support a company that actually pays their workers well and doesn’t guilt us into leaving dishonest ratings because it will affect these sweet cleaners.I get that this is a difficult job and that these folks work hard and long. But we have to agree on what is included and we wanted this service for dusting primarily. So having to beg, explain, and argue for what we deem normal standards of cleaning doesn’t leave me good feelings.I fully expect a response to this review about how our home is under construction - which is untrue - we have carpets ripped up in three upstairs rooms and are about to paint. But this is a finished house with a lot of wood details that were covered in dust after two cleaners and two managers came out to inspect. If y’all aren’t dusting wood then what are you doing? The woman on the phone when I called to cancel agreed that we disagree on standards of cleaning - so make of that what you will.Edit after two maids response:Just the fact that you choose to respond to honest reviews in this manner should have been my red flag. Do you gaslight and lie to your employees as well? This isn’t a raw wood mantle, and another area undusted was just photos that were unmoved. To act like the vases were heavy is just dishonest. There was dust everywhere that your managers agreed had been missed.I heard the excuses when we originally discussed our disappointment with the dust still everywhere after a $850 deep clean (with $125 tip) - and it’s part of the reason we aren’t happy with the service provided. We primarily hired the company for help with dusting; we are lucky to live in a big house with beautiful wood detail. This company doesn’t seem to be aware of how to clean wood.If there was any concern about the plywood floors, we could have discussed. That’s only three bedrooms that are only used for guests. Even still, we expected those rooms dusted after paying that amount.I won’t be gaslit into thinking I don’t deserve my space dusted when I’ve paid nearly a thousand dollars. What a strange way to treat customers.Edit 2: I’m using the term gaslight because you are lying and misleading to distract from the facts.Facts: You continue to describe our entire house as the cleaning space, listing 4 pets. 2 pets were enclosed in an entire living room, bedroom, and bathroom that was not included in the clean. Dishonest.We were looking for a longtime cleaning service to keep our house dust free - after this “deep clean” we were not impressed with the dusting. When the managers came out, they explained how busy they are flipping college apartments. Perhaps our luxury home is just not this company’s expertise.We are busy and having it not done right the first time doesn’t work for us. We also weren’t impressed with the way the company has continued to argue with us about included areas or the state of our house.After consulting peers, we realized we paid too much to not get what we wanted. I came here to leave this review to let others know my experience. Arguing with you about the state of our beautiful white oak home is just not something I’m interested in.

Alison is the cleaner equivalent to Gordon Ramsay in the kitchen. She put her back into it cleanin’ my house. It hasn’t been this clean since I first bought it. She is the 4th cleaner I’ve used and I have finally found someone that actually cares about the end result. Thank you Alison!!

I had the deep clean done and can say they left my home spotless and refreshed. The second cleaning was done to my specifications. At that time, Katie and Tiffanie cleaned the parts of my house that I wanted them to focus on. They also did an amazing job. I had a very great experience with Two Maids! From the booking to the actual cleaning, everything was seamless. Very professional. Got my cleaning booked very quickly! Team 6 did a great job, and I really appreciate them taking their time and cleaning up my house! With pets and working sometimes 6 days of the week, it’s hard to have the energy to do a good clean of the house!
