These guys are fantastic! We had our carpet replaced with wood in our master bedroom and closet to match the rest of our home. They were exceptional and treated our home like their own. Hunter and Frank were wonderful and I would highly recommend Prestige Flooring for any flooring need that you may have. They came in, worked hard, cleaned up their mess and left our new flooring sparkling! Overall outstanding experience and highly recommended.

Prestige Flooring installed vinyl plank in my home and they were AMAZING! From the very beginning they were professional and accommodating. The installation company was terrible; the owner, who comes out and shows them what to do, was great! He was very personable and helpful, but his team was terrible. They left our house FILTHY, they didn’t finish the job after the first visit, they left dust, nails and metal on the ground, our brand new hardwood floors were scratched and gouged, parts of our furniture were missing, corners dented and stuff scratched. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Prestige Flooring has been amazing to work with. I recently moved in a 1920s house where the bathroom was in need of a major update. Being an old home of course came with its issues (uneven walls and floors). I even ordered my own floor tile and unfortunately miscalculated the amount of tile need (it was hexagonal tile so needed a fair amount of cuts) but Andrew and his team worked really well to use all the tile and make it work. They did an amazing job with the subway tile (super even on the wall even when the wall was not smooth). The bathroom is still in the works however will post a picture when its done. For anyone deciding between DIY and hiring someone it is definitely worth hiring Prestige!

Service was absolutely horrible.I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. We were told the owner gets involved with the work. We never saw the owner until he was ready to be paid. The owner knocked our thermostat off the wall per employee and never tried to replace. We had our whole house freshly painted and they wouldn’t keep their hands off the walls and had dirty hand prints all over the walls and doors. They tore up baseboards that were painted and never fixed. When they were told about our walls and baseboards, an employee mentioned, we will just have to get our painters to repaint and fix baseboards.

Absolutely horrible service. We paid extra for them to move our furniture during install and they lost parts of the beds and destroyed other parts of furniture. They also tore every bedroom out on the first day and didn't prioritize having one back together for a place to sleep. They tore the pulls off of fans and left them in window seals and never mentioned it. One of our storm windows is missing. We suspect they broke it and threw it away to cover their tracks. Owner refuses to discuss. Would highly recommend going with someone else in town.After Talking with the owner his response to the destruction of our property and house is that he is very very busy and it is what it is. Horrible Horrible customer service. If you have any thoughts whatsoever of using this company I would steer very far away.

I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. The crew showed up drunk and high in the morning. They did not complete the job and what they did do was done very poorly. The owner was called and he did not seem to care. We had to call another company to finish the job.
