We went on an early Saturday afternoon around 11am or so to use the self serve dog wash.The store is bright, clean, and well lit. The customer service was exceptional and customer engagement was delightful. You can tell they love animals.The self serve dog wash was hands down the best one I have ever used and I have used them for years all over the country. I have a Newfoundland that is 6’4” and 165 lbs and they had several stalls that could accommodate him. The stations were well appointed and user friendly. They had fresh clean towels and they provided aprons as well. The shampoo and conditioner were great! My big guy is a giant floof ball and let me tell you…the dryer was FANTASTIC!When we were done we stopped by the toy aisle and the Pet Bakery! They gave him a pumpkin purée with whipped cream pup cup.We will definitely be frequent customers. Fabulous experience!

We ❤️ this pet store. We came in Pet Supplies to get my dog washed and they have a self serve wash that’s affordable ‼️ Plus, this store is clean .My kids and dog enjoyed it. Thank you guys for the friendly visit. Will definitely be coming back soon. 10 out 10 in my book. The best around town for sure. 👍

Absolutely wonderful experience in the dog washing station! Their self service option is user-friendly, and works extremely well. The soap comes through the water hose and it is a game changer if you have a dog with a thick double coat. The water and air is a great temperature, and did not leave our dog shivering or panting. She is 110 pounds and we easily washed and dried her quickly. The blow dryer is amazing and got through her coat with ease, but they do have towels if your dog does not like a blow dryer. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful (multiple employees told me how beautiful my dog was so naturally, they have gold stars in my book). We had such a great experience that we went ahead and bought their stamp card for dog washing.

I went to buy our new parakeet friend, but when we saw the beautiful colors available we decided to go ahead and get a second! Great experiences with the staff. They asked questions to make sure the birds were going to a good home, and I think that’s wonderful! We love our new friends!

We have been coming to this store since they first open. And our visit has always been a great time. Our family is fish enthusiast and James goes above and beyond! Keeping us in the loop of what fish is available and giving us all the information we need. James is amazing at what he does, always takes the time to greet each customer, very knowledgeable, easy to talk to for all ages and make sure each customer is happy. James orders variety of fishes that keeps our family coming back!! He keeps us up to date and if he doesn't know (which is rare) he will research it for us!!Our family loves coming to the store (sometimes every week) just to check what is new and visit. All employees are pleasant, sweet kind and attentive. We love this store and this is the first store we go to for our fur/scale babies.

I recently visited Pet Supplies Plus at the Auburn Al location. The sales associate, James, was very helpful and assisted me in finding all of the supplies necessary for my newly adopted cats.I also overheard him talking to other customers and his knowledge of fish and aquatics was very inspiring. He truly cares about the animals, people he works with, and anyone that comes to visit this location!

Just wanted to do an update on PSP. They have such an amazing staff and group of people working there. They truely care about your business and your pets.Love the new Pet store in town.PSP has it all! From an amazing staff to all the pet products you can think of. It's a refreshing change to the same old same old pet stores. This is more of a warehouse of pet supplies with so much variety it makes the shopping experience so much better. They also offer grooming and have some amazing self-serve dog bathing stations. Definitely the best in the area! Get out and check them out!

I recently visited Pet Supplies Plus in Auburn, and their associate James helped me get everything I needed for my new aquarium. He was very knowledgeable about fish and aquarium setups and worked to ensure that I had the proper equipment for the selection of fish I was planning to get. I would recommend him to anyone that wants to know anything about fish. 10/10 star visit.

My family and I have enjoyed coming here and have always had good experience with all mangers and associates. The store is always keeped neat and tidy. There is one that truly stands out and that is James. He is always a pleasure to talk too and very knowledgeable in the aquatics for the fish and plants! You can see the passion he has for all the scale babies and the knowledge of each one, and always keeped neat and tidy. My poodle puppy had her first grooming visit on 2/28/24 with Lauren. As a lifelong GSD owner, I am completely clueless about the grooming needs of a standard poodle. I felt welcome as soon as I walked through the doors; as all the staff were friendly and helpful. I found Lauren to be knowledgeable, professional and understanding of my poodle ignorance. To top it off, she is talented! My Shelly looks amazing! I plan to return.

The store has a variety of stuff like any other pet store. We were there for the pet self wash which is great, they give you enough time on each wash cycle and they include flea control, the only thing I would change is the water temperature, it was too hot for the pups
