We have had great experiences at Groomingdales with our Boykin Spaniel, Doc! The prices are reasonable, and we have always gotten a good result as far as grooming goes. The staff is friendly, very attentive to our grooming requests, and are dedicated to making sure that everyone has a good experience. Last time we went, Doc initially didn't get cut short enough (due to a miscommunication on our part) and our groomer was so kind to go back and cut more length off for an adorable puppy cut. An added bonus was how much fun Doc had playing with the other pups during the waiting process! Thank you - we definitely know how to call next time Doc needs a good groom!

Groomingdale's is the best dog groomer in Auburn. They always do a fantastic job and treat my Yorkie like their own. She loves Groomingdale's and the bandannas they give her as well!If anyone is looking for a dog groomer, I would highly recommend Groomingdale's. My Yorkie was groomed at Groomindales and I'm very impressed with her haircut. I told them how I wanted it not knowing how to explain it because it was her first haircut. I just told myself that if they are good at grooming they will know what to do and it will turn out fine. When I picked her up her hair was perfect exactly how I wanted it! There service was friendly and fast. I will be returning.

My first visit yesterday with my baby Asher, awesome customer service and they did a great job trimming his hair. I was very pleased with the whole experience and he was happy when he left. I want to thank everyone at groomingdales for a great experience and I will definitely be taking asher back.

Picked my dog (Standard Poodle)up after a bath, nail clip and ear cleaning. My 12yr old asked me if they even did anything as he looked no different from when we took him in. He was not fully brushed, his neck was still wet, and nails didn’t appear to be clipped and his ears where not cleaned out. His back side had feces still present in his hair. Bath, brush out, nails trimmed, clean ears and trim around his eyes are specifically what I asked to be done. They did trim hair around his eyes but he still had “eye gunk” after picking him up. The facility itself smells of urine. Do not recommend. They seem to accept quantity over quality as there were several dogs in the holding area.

They did an OK job for my border collie. They washed her and trimmed her up but did not blow her coat out. I’m not sure if it was just overlooked. Very nice and friendly. Got an appointment the same week

I do not know HOW this place has 4 stars and better review. It was hands down the worst grooming experience I have ever dealt with. For starters the people are very unprofessional in their interactions with clients. The salon itself is very dirty and smells horrible! Then you take into consideration the poor quality job done on my dog. She’s a very easy groom and she doesn’t look like she had anything done at all except of course for the clipper gaps in her fur now even though I specified NO CLIPPERS, scissors only. I do not recommend nor will I ever use them again.

I brought my little doggie here for the first time and will definitely be returning! Her hair looks better than ever and they put the cutest bandana on her after! For only forty dollars my fur baby was bathed, nails were trimmed, ears were cleaned, and her fur was groomed. Great quality for such a good price! The staff was also super welcoming and helpful!! Thanks again guys!!

We have used Groomingdales for the couple of months for our husky mix. Everytime we use them she comes home smelling wonderful for weeks. I can tell they care about my dog. Which helps me to leave her with someone. They have dogs loose but i kinda like that versus them being in a cage. We will keep using them and recommend them to friends. I also really like how they are upgrading the front of the store.

I won't bring my dog anywhere else! They treat him with such care. I have a husky, so he sheds a lot every time I bring him there they do a fantastic job of removing excess fur! They Do a thorough job in a timely manner. Well priced too!

If you are like me, your fur baby is your number one and his/her care is of utmost importance. If this is you, then Groomingdales is your place. I have a Goldendoodle who has been going to see Raley for a few years now and I am never disappointed with his cut. All of the groomers keep notes and preferences to ensure your fur baby looks perfect. It is a laid back atmosphere where the dogs are able to roam instead of being locked up. I highly recommend Groomingdales to anyone seeking a groomer. I really appreciate the way they care for my pup!

I took my dog in for grooming and we were disappointed with the following: The facility smelled horrible and dirty(this was when they opened up). My fur baby left their skin literally showing on both sides. He did not smell good and we had doubts about it being our baby. Groomingdales did not live up to its name.

I was a bit disappointed to see that with the service of being washed and cut, my baby girl didnt come home with bows in her hair. I've been to multiple grooming salons that send the female dogs home with cute bows on presentation to the owner just as a thank you for being a customer I guess. This is the first place I didn't get that. I also didnt like that when I came to pick her up that she wasnt crated and was just running around on th floor with a bunch of dogs I didnt know and that same floor was COVERED in the dog hair they'd cut that day. I came for my dog to get cleaner. Not the other way around.

Great experience. Just took my girl in there to get her nails trimmed but I'd definitely take her back. They were super friendly with me and my dog, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Was only $5.00 to get it done.

Rude and unprofessional. Requested bath and nail trim for my dog. When I picked her up, they said "nails not long enough to cut". Took her to vet the next day and they had no problem trimming and filing her nails. Will not return or recommend Groomingdale's.
