I’ve been a customer with the CVS at Bakers Bridge and Carothers Pkwy in Franklin, Tn. for 22 years. I’ve witnessed a lot of changes through the years. Within the past 6-12 months, the pharmacy has made major changes to improve efficiency and customer service with my pharmacy needs. The pharmacy staff is friendly and efficient, especially Chris, who has been there forever! I recently decided to start using the CVS app so I can view the status of my prescriptions as they are being filled and place refills for my meds. I usually receive a text when they are ready as well. Give them a try with your pharmacy needs:)

The shopping staff are very sweet. Most all of the pharmacy employees are also very kind and helpful.CVS pharmacy shopping has always been on the expensive side, but everyone knows thatThere is just one pharmacist/pharmacy employee at this particular CVS pharmacy that I believe needs a hug. As well as needs to keep personal patient medication information more private by not repeatedly exclaiming out loud specifics regarding my body type and comparing it to my medication dosage, as well as my past medical history... The entire group of people waiting for their prescriptions heard the commotion that day. Not to mention the lack of customer service... I did nothing wrong that day, yet I felt publicly scrutinized and was very inappropriately treated.I wasn’t going to post about this occurrence because I gave this person the benefit of the doubt, and figured that maybe they had just had a bad day. That was until I went to get my script filled again, but by my own fault only had the medical history proof that my next script to be filled existed as I lost the true script (first time i’ve done so and it had to be in the middle of grad school finals).It was sad that I walked in knowing that I would be receiving grief from this same person even though I was simply in desperate need of some advice on what I should do.The person working with me personally was very nice and patient with me despite my emotional state, and I very much apologize for my anxiety however, any advice that was attempted to be given to me was cut off loudly from across the pharmacy and negated (by the same person that gave me grief before).My prescription is currently being filled 3 hours away and being driven down to me by a family member, which is such a God moment because my doctor’s office had closed an hour before I realized my script was not in the labeled ziplock in my drawer where it should have been, and my family makes me speechless. Angels.I wish this CVS pharmacy employee the best, and I pray that each day be their best day because I can’t walk in another’s shoes, and I can only assume this person needs a vacation or some love. However, customer service is definitely important to maintain the image of a company, and I really wish another does not receive the initial treatment I did. It only worsens the relationship between patient and pharmacist.
