On time, friendly respectful workers. I first used them to clean 2 large area rugs and 2 bedroom carpets. Then I had them come back and clean my couch. Very pleased and even asked them to redo a couple spots and they were more than happy to do it. Competitive pricing. Would use again.

I have used Chem-Dry on two occasions. They are professional, dependable, and they stand by their work. Not to mention they were the best price in town. I had carpet with multiple dark stains almost 10 years old, and I asked them to do the best they could, hoping to lighten them a bit. When I came home, every stain had all but disappeared! Shane and Houston were great. Carpets look good! Some are old and even they came up nicely. The new ones look BRAND new. So far, no bleed through stains like I'm used to with wetter processes. They were able to get spots out of my son's carpet that I thought would be impossible to get out. I like the fact that they Do Not have to saturate my carpets to clean them. This is the only place that has ever cleaned my carpets. They are friendly show up right on time and do a great job. I have small dogs and the type of cleaner they use is not toxic to pets. My carpets dry in no time which is a great advantage. Call them you will not be sorry.

When we made the appointment we explained that we had heavily soiled traffic areas in the nursery, fellowship hall and foyer. When the technician arrived and did the inspection, he gave a range of possible outcomes for the heavily soiled and stained areas. They exceeded my expectations, especially where the high-traffic areas were black. We couldn't believe the change. We are very pleased with the results. Job well done and worth the price!

In both cases they cannot be out done and the rates are more than fair to the consumer and borderline unfair to their competitors.I've seen what can only be described as a miracle of carpet rejuvenation countless times from these folks. 10/10
