Don't even deserve 1 star. Stood at sporting goods for 45 minutes with no service. I asked to associates to page someone, I've called on phone. No help. Stop locking things up if someone is not around to get it out for you. Last time I will shop at attalla Walmart. P.s. I wouldn't have waited this long but my wife is still shopping.

Walmarts are convenient and prices are good. Other than that, they are about the same. I had to pick up an OTC item at the pharmacy today. As is typical, there were 10 + people in line waiting to pick up a prescription, and only one person on the register. Meanwhile, there were at least 5 other workers behind the counter, and two young women were unloading reams of paper from a box and chatting together. Were none of the other staff capable of checking out customers? No common sense.

This is a decently stocked location, but it is always packed. That’s probably a good time for the Walmart, however did usually chaos. Selection as good as compared to other Walmart, the closest one that I would travel to from Ashville being Springville.I did open an 18 pack of eggs that had some cracks in it, then closed it and put them back on the shelf. The dairy manager noticed that and asked me what was wrong with them, and then promptly took them away. I thought that was excellent service, and he was very nice about it.Overall, distance being equal, I will probably prefer to travel to Springville.

I usually have a good experience but this time the I guess the associate didn’t care. Slammed the waters when packing the trunk. The fruit I ordered was at the bottom of the pile under all the heavier stuff. After he was finished he slammed my trunk harder than necessary and walked off without a word. Usually they say “that’s all” or “all done”. Idk why but He was clearly not in a good mood , but still learn to control your frustration, you’re a grown man act like it.

It's easy to find what you're looking for & get out if you know how to do self checkout. I prefer to scan my own & bag. The checkout process sucks if you don't know how to do self check. They only have about 2 or 3 cashier's working, so there are usually long lines. They need to hire more front-end cashiers!!!

Cleaner than most Walmarts. Better service than a lot. The shelves are never well-stocked though. If you live near this Walmart, you're better off ordering online to have your items shipped to the store and picking your things up a day or two later after.

If I could do zero I would. My two biggest peaves are the personal shoppers that perform like they're playing supermarket sweep, and the lack of courtesy. I mean I have seen them folks almost trample an elder lady trying to pick items off of a shelf. And then the door greeter/receipt checkers.... look here if I have to fight bar codes to scan and bag my items while being mad dogged by an employee that's standing either right next to me or standing in the middle of that self checkout square playing on their cellphone all while being watched by big brother from 30 plus cameras including the one that's directly above me watching every item that crosses by that register. Then do not try to stop me as I am leaving the store. Because I can tell you one I will be short and irritated with you. If you want to make sure that I am doing your job properly then I suggest yall open up manned registers so that yall can do your job...... Where's my W2 at Walmart?

I had my 9 month old grandson with me, and if you have a child with you, you'll want to get checked out asap. We'll unfortunately, the girl at the register was too busy being a chatty Cathy with her equally young co-worker, who personally should have been at his own register, just a few feet away. She spent so much time caught up in the conversation that she was scanning my items so slow it was like watching glue dry. Then when she decided to stop scanning because the bags were full instead of asking her coworker that was doing nothing but distracting her, or he taking the initiative to grab another cart for me as I was still unloading my cart, I asked her if something was wrong? She proceeded to tell me , " The bags are full." I told her and him well, "Why don't one of you go retrieve another cart for me? Of course he did. It's unfortunate that these kids can't think ahead. Spending almost $400 in groceries and items that they couldn't predict I would need another cart? I believe management needs to have an employee meeting on teaching these kids how to do their job with focus and initiative, amongst other things. It's so unfortunate 😞. Walmart should know better and train properly.

Just grabbed a pick up order. Crowded and crazy parking lot, but thankfully order brought in a timely manner. Got everything I ordered and it was in good condition.

Very busy, not enough registers open. The shelves were empty and no one was restocking. It would be nice if a employee would throw away the trash left from last customer.

No cashiers only self checkout with lines backed up with wait times of 30-45 minutes. Out of most basic items such as sugar (not one single bag of plain white sugar. No mustard except horseradish mustard and mayo mixed with mustard. No cooking oil!

Very nice Walmart! Have been in here a few times! They have always had what I needed and Iv never had any issues. It was very convenient being across the road from the hotel we was staying at!

This is the Attalla Walmart, and it is one of my go-to spots when shopping. I also get my prescriptions filled here. I can usually find items here when I can't anywhere else.

Attalla Walmart is a piece of trash everytime to buy paper product they stop you and it getting ridiculous and they want to see your receipt if it not in a bag and you just came through register and yall don't have bag to put toilet paper and paper towels in a bag this is ridiculous you have to get held up at the door and you can't get out the door

If you live close to this, Walmart is very well stocked and clean... Those shopping there were nice clientele...I live close to the one in Gadsden that I have shopped at... But, I will drive to Attalla now...The Gadsden location no longer seems safe.

Very clean. The employees are very respectful, helpful, and courteous. One lady was actually leaving for the day when I stopped her and asked for her assistance. She not only answered me with a smile, instead of just pointing a direction or telling me an isle number she actually walked with me and helped me look for the product I was asking about. She was 100% professional and sincere with helping me. Just that one employee is why I return to that store. Don't get me wrong they're all great people but she stood out that day. Wish I could remember her name so I could leave it on here and give her some recognition...
