I was in your store recently and very confused about how to resolve a couple of problems with my phone. Without making this senior citizen feel overwhelmed at all, a lovely young woman named Carrianne helped me with them, one by one, even getting things worked out so I get it for less. Something about Sprint to T-Mobile. She deserves a thumbs up for customer service and efficiency. I was out the door in time to pick up my dog from the groomer on time and feeling very pleased our family is with T-Mobile. I will remember her name and ask for Carrianne next time I'm in there.
