I've shopped here for years but that's about to change. They carry Mayfield milk. Today's was 3 days from exp. date. Same as last time I tried to buy. I used to meats there but your prices are outrageous. I'd be ashamed to put out some of your produce. Do better

We are a competition BBQ Team and this is where I always get my Springer Mtn. Chicken Thighs, Prairie Fresh Ribs & Pork Butt. When not buying for comps. they have a great selection of meats, veggies and othe food products. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Been coming to Johnson’s for years. Especially through CoVid. Always continued to have groceries never had an issue. Appreciate the cleanliness of the store and the people working there as well.Was so excited to see this sign posted and also appreciate the “cow” section still FULL and not being replaced by “plant based” items. There are some local stores where “cow” is a small section …. Disappointing.Keep up the good work and stand strong against the agenda

Great place to shop with nice roomy aisles. The staff is friendly. The store is always clean. The pricing is fair for what you spend. The produce section has just about anything you might need. The meat department is the best in town. The new Deli with it's delicious.food is very hard to beat with great selection. Johnson's Giant Foods is my kind of place! I'm so glad no one was injured or killed from the car crash and the deli is back!

I'm used to going to the Gadsden location, however I love the selection of goods here. Much more options available and I noticed a few items were cheaper than at the other location. Will definitely be frequenting this location from now on.

Great variety of everything. Produce was not so great , mainly issues with the bell peppers as they were small compared to other stores at this time of the year and the red and yellow ones were wrapped hiding the soft spots meaning if you get them they should be cooked that day cause they wouldn't last much longer. Over all plan to shop here often as they had a great selection of my family favorites as well as good prices

I shop here regularly and because I have small children I buy quite a bit of fresh produce and things like that and I am always satisfied with their selection. Always fresh, no rotting or mold, and the pricing is good. Also, they deli here is AMAZING and I've purchased plates to take home for dinner and even feeding my family of 4 isn't crazy expensive, no more than a drive thru and muh higher quality of food.

I drive an 18 wheeler big truck .came in at 425 on on Sunday ask for a plate they told me they was closed putting everything in container to be marked down lady behind counter said she was tired and wanted to go home if everyone would leave her alone what she told the other man behind her done with Johnson 's

Johnson's is a great place to shop for groceries. They have good prices and their meat is the best in town and always fresh. The staff is friendly and they seem to like each other as well. Everyone I come in contact with from the deli to cashiers and baggers always seem to be in a good mood. The Attalla store is large and always looks sparkling clean. Everything we've tried from the deli is good, from the hot bar to the desserts. They have the best chicken salad. You're not going to find too many specialty or "fancy" ingredients but I've noticed they have added a lot more to their stock. They make up for it by having local items that you can't find anywhere else. Locally made pork rinds on an end cap, spicy crackers at the deli, and sometimes a drink by the Milo's sweet tea called Alley Cat Tea which is SO delicious.The only thing you have to be careful of is the parking lot. It doesn't matter what location you're at, if you haven't almost died in the parking lot are you even at Johnson's?

They have offered online and curbside orders with an additional charge.I think that is ridiculous. Why not just require a minimum purchase @curbside pickup? Many of their clientele seem to be older folks who would benefit from the convenience of curbside pickup.Braving a trek through the store to do in person grocery shopping.Found items on my list.Courteous service. In and out fairly quickly.
