Sam is a great guy, but the lady working there, Mila I think, is terrible. Sold us a defective item and then wouldn’t exchange it. So I was just out that money. She is very rude and due to this, I will never spend another dime there. I hate it for Sam because we did lots of business there, but I’m not going to take rudeness and that kind of trash talk from someone that I’m spending my money with.

Sam's always very nice but while his parents are running his phone business they have lost my service . Very rude and told me it was my fault my phone they just sold me was messed up. they replaced the first phone and the replacement was messed up as well . So I took it back and all I wanted was a phone that actually worked but they refused to do anything and blamed the whole situation on me . I didnt want to give them any stars but I had to give atleast one to write my review.
