A typical day: Stressful. You are forced to complete multiple tasks alone as if you were six people in one. Help is out of the question majority of the time, and the ones who do come to help are bogged down by their own stress load. There is simply no time management anymore with the workload.What I've learned: In my 16 years of working with Walgreens, I have learned to have more compassion and love for my day to day customers. I also learned, sadly, that in the many years of being with the company we used to be valued for our loyal service. It's seemed to decline rapidly over the years, and you no longer feel appreciated for all the hard work and effort you put in everyday when you walk through those doors. It no longer felt rewarding. I no longer felt like a team member.Management: I've had a few managers come and go in my years, however they only seemed to decline with time. More so in the last year with my store. The values and morals that used to be so heavily upheld in the company are no longer. We used to be a team striving for the same goal of above and beyond customer service, however, its become every man for himself.Workplace culture: Again, it's every man for himself. Comradery is rare. Their is no upholding standard anymore, it's just "he said, she said". There's no encouraging words, no recognition, and certainly no communication. It's the bare bones minimum of a workplace environment, and one that is sure not healthy enough if you value your mental sanity.

Terrible, terrible, terrible 😔. Never has this pharmacy had my medicine on time or even have my medicine in stock. My prescription will sit there every month, at the same time every month, and they will still be out of stock of my meds and I have to wait for them to order it and go without meds. Always have terrible and rude staff, ALWAYS. I would never go to this pharmacy if I could help it. But, unfortunately, they are the only ones that have my brand of meds(when they actually have it?

The drive thru is complete trash it's always a long wait because they just let people sit at the window instead of telling them to come in or come back

Absolutely horrible they don't know how to tell people to stop the prescription off and come back at the drive thru. Sometimes a 30 to 45 minutes wait in the drive thru. I hate coming to this place. The only reason why we come here is because of my step dad. Screw this place

I was sick with Covid and couldn’t go in the store. I needed bread and several other things and the nice girl at the window got me bread and all the stuff the doctor recommended and put it throw the drive up window. I will never forget the great service in my time of need.

I've been shopping here for years, and the staff helps me each and every time. Very nice employees at the corner of "Happy & Healthy"!

EXTREMELY rude staff. I’ve never been somewhere that every last employee is awful, except here! Which also makes them seem very unprofessional. I only come here as a last resort because I hate dealing with these miserable employees.

I swapped from Walmart pharmacy to this Walgreens 3 years ago and never regretted it. They've been nothing but helpful and friendly staff. Same with the store staff when shopping, prices may be a little higher on certain items but they have great deals and the customer service is outstanding!

Trying to get a Covid 19 vaccine for my 15 year old daughter. Everyday I call and wait to talk to someone in the Pharmacy.Just to be told they don't have any available. They give me a date when they say they will be getting a shipment a d I call on that day and get another lie. Like the girl just told me they ha e to drive to get the. Themselves lies everyday
