Update 04-04-24: Good at times, not so at others. Had trouble finding any help in the garden center this afternoon! No one was in the area for about 10 minutes, and the person that came didn't know much about the department.

I have never been talked to like this, I always try to uplift and be positive but this lady who claims she was the GM Coach over that she was the boss went crazy on me she literally grabbed and yanked my vacuum out of my buggie and told me it's out of stock now, and walked away.. the vacuum was online at Walmart for 50 dollars and it wasn't ringing up that amount, so when I showed her it she said I can't price match it for you because it's showing out if stock?. However on my app that was searching for this store said it was in stock I tried to explain to her and show her on my app what it said she started yelling and grabbed my phone and put It down on the register, I said ma'am I'm not trying to cause you any trouble I just drove to this location because it was in stock here and it was the only one, then that when she started speaking in another language and she snatched the vacuum out of my buggy and said it's out of stock now, you need to leave my store! I will be going to corporate I have never been treated so badly in my life and especially by a "GM" never!!! She definitely needs to have some better training, as soon as she walked over she seem very unhappy!!

This is the WORST WALMART EVER. way to busy always people in the way. So many rude people. They just stand in the middle of the aisle don’t care about no one else. This Walmart is literally NEGATIVE 1000000 stars. I hate how rude people are. They don’t care about no one else but themself. Save yourself and don’t shop at this Walmart unless you wanna get ran over trying to walk into Walmart or even inside the store with a damn buggy🤷‍♀️

This is the most horrible Walmart of any I've EVER shopped in. I'm disabled. Most of they're power scooters don't work. They're employees are very rude. They act like they absolutely hate to see you coming. They never want to help the customers. We've shopped here for 30 years. It's a horrible experience everytime. I'm not an old grouchy human either. Honestly they need to step it up.

I believe they need more help in the automotive department. It seemed like it took a long time for a battery to be installed in my car. Another customer waited over 1hour and half to get their oil changed in their vehicle.

Terrible customer service in the pick up area, they always take too long and in the end they don't have my order in their system, the solution they give you is: "they'll come back later, I'm sorry" 😡 they always do the same thing, they should hire more people for that area or train more staff.

The only reason I'm giving them a 3 is because the amazing greeters. The woman they hired for loss prevention is awful. She blamed me for not scanning something when I clearly did. Maybe get more cashiers so I wouldn't have to scan. I've seen many people stealing myself while she just walks aroud doing nothing. And sits on the chair. But falset accuses. Like come on.

Honestly, the workers seemed confused. But overall I found what I needed after a hike and a journey across the store. It was also nice that there was a door greeter—maybe it was just someone standing outside the doors though.

I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday. I expected to be pleased but not completely WOW'd! I was WOW'd when I opened the box. This cake is beautiful and artistic! Thank you to the decorator for taking such care to make it lovely 🤩

Walmart will get you on something you are crazy about, and then, poof, it's been discontinued. Turkey Hill Peanut butter cup ice cream is the complete best, yet it's been discontinued. Then Walmart introduced, guess what??? Peanut butter cup ice cream by GV?!!! There is no comparison in taste, Turkey Hill is just the best, hands down.

8/3/22 STOP MAKING YOUR EMPLOYEES DO THE JOB OF YOUR SECURITY DEPT. If you don't want backlash from customers for being stopped to check a receipt for unbagged laundry soap, HAVE MORE CASHIERS OPEN WORKING so we the customer are not doing what they are paid for. If I was going to steal it sure as hell would be worth more than a 10$ bottle of laundry detergent.I was just wondering if there was going to be any actual food at this location any time soon or...?

Went there to get some meat of some sort and nobody was at any registers the only buddy was doing anything was Tessa I think her name was she was running around with her head cut off trying to help as many people as possible the self checkout was way overfilled

Good days and bad. The pharmacy people are wonderful. The automotive people have been wonderful. Unfortunately there is a very nasty short woman that works in produce (I think) she is awful. Cashiers upfront are always a gamble but so far our curbside pickup people have been wonderful and delivery mostly great but there are those who are sloppy and careless and lazy.

Worst Walmart ever! Pouring down rain so I stopped for wiper blades(mine broke), came out to a flat. The automotive area wouldn’t let me pull in to put the wiper on, check my tire, put fix a flat in. Nothing. Huge spill in the floor for anyone to fall. Clerk didn’t even ask if I wanted a return or exchange bc I got the wrong wiper. 10/10 do not recommend this Walmart!

I ordered sports equipment online for pick up, and I went to customer service. They said I have to drive around the side and get in line with the 30 grocery pickup folks. What a dumb process. My kid calls Walmart the "almost everything" store, and he says the "almost" is because they're always out of that one thing you want. This has held true several times when we find where something was, but the shelf is empty. Get it together, Walmart.

The pharmacist yelled out my daughter’s prescription. Exactly what she is taking. Breaking confidentiality laws.They also refuse military affiliated health insurance. No Humana East, no Tricare Prime.Walmart hates you. If you’re an American and served this country you are treated like the scum of the earth by Walmart.I will never spend another cent there. And you would be wise not to either. The extreme price gouging is enough, now an attack on our military servicemen and women. Not to mention they publicly humiliate children, of service members.

I usually go at night when there is less people. I never have any issues getting what I need at this store. I worked at a Walmart briefly for about a year so I know how much work goes into making that place happen

Athens needs a 2nd walmart. this walmart is always overcrowded and unorganized. shelves are empty with all stock setting on pallets in the walkway and on top of shelves. bathroom stalls are so small you have to stand against the toilet to open the doors. only 1 stall door actually latches. the rest of the latches don't line up and cannot be secured. it's easier to drive farther to Madison or Florence than to get groceries at this location. even running in to grab a few items is a hassle

terrible service for curbside pickup. placed my order on 01/09 for 5PM-6PM. shortly after they emailed me saying they moved my order to 01/10 for 5PM-6PM. checked back in at 6PM on 01/10 and the order was STILL delayed. called customer service and they said it would be done by 7PM. pulled into walmart at 7:30PM letting them know i’m picking up my groceries and i have to wait over an hour to get my groceries delivered to my car. publix curbside pickup would’ve never done this ✋🏻

#2 worst Walmart I've ever been to.WORST - stock, never refreshed, no variety, empty shelves everywhere- stocking, rarely is something at it's price label- restrooms, they're a nightmare, I'm a very thin person and can barely use them.I really hope this review goes above corporate and they go help this store. I won't be going back, it's 1 mile from my house. I'll drive 20 min to Madison.

I have my food deliver all time from Walmart to Boulevard I'm not pleased with the service when it's coming to picking up the phone answering questions for their customers I only have one bad experience with a delivery person but I joined Walmart plus Club because of the other good experience from the deliveries

Buyer beware! This happened today, after we picked up our online order. When we got home and unloaded the order, we noticed that the cheese was molded. The meat also wasn't packaged properly and was leaking. Fortunately, it was in a bag by itself and didn't taint any other food items. If you do a pick-up order from this Wal-Mart, I would definitely check my food products before putting them away!

Unfortunately, there's never any good clothes here. Just because I'm older doesn't mean I have to wear ugly clothes. Come on people nobody wears it. I think my small town Walmart gets all the other Walmart's hand me downs. Definitely go out of state if you want to go to Walmart. Most all the clothes in the women's section are hideous. It's so frustrating it makes me want to buy a donut.

Other than that no change.1122- no change. Few holiday bargains123 - No change, but few items were not available though web page showed items were in stock.423 - No change at Murphy's0623 - No change but product choices have reduced considerably.0823 - No change but product availability is inconsistent0923 - Pricing for distilled water has gone thru the roof. Approx. 18 months ago it used to be 85c per gallon and now it is $1.34. Has water prices gone that high? They also do not have the "RED" sticker distilled water with enough stock, but they appear to have infant formula distilled water in full stock. Disappointing. Lowering rating from 5 to 3. I hope someone reads the review (probably not).1123 - No change0424 - No change. Seasonal fruit is very scarce.

I place a pick up order 2 weeks ago it was 4 hours late and then I was missing $100 worth of groceries they finally refunded it. I placed another order 2 days ago and got an email that my order was delayed for 24 hours so I go to pick it up when they said it would be ready 24 hours later than scheduled pick up time and it was stil going to be 3 more hours

Constantly out of groceries and needed items though. I'm having to make trips to a 2nd store to complete my list. This time they didn't have milk for my grocery pick up (among other items) and apparently had no substitute.
