The vets and staff here are beyond wonderful. They are carrying but honest. I have an almost 20 year old cat. They have given her a new lease on life with the new arthritis treatment available. On the flip side, they have been honest about her kidney health and have provided excellent guidance on realistic treatment and expectations. I would recommend them anytime.

Had never visited this Vet but called them last week about my Dog being diagnosed with Cancer and the need of euthanization in the near future. They were incredible from the beginning... Compassionate, patient, understanding, and explained the entire process to me. I contacted them this morning and explained it was time.. they immediately got us setup w/ an appt for this afternoon. Not only was the entire staff helpful from start to finish but the veterinarian herself was incredible. I def will use them in the future and will highly recommend them to anyone...Thanks Again!!!

Dr. Lori has stood by my dogs since she was working with Dr. Pittman. I lived in Atlanta for quite a while and I brought my dog Jazz to Alabama specifically to have her spayed. I also took her there for Dr. White to diagnose Jazz's slipped disc. So I decided to take my males to be neutered.By the time Village Vet opened, there was no question that Dr. Lori White would be my choice of veterinarians. The atmosphere is fun and upbeat. Dr.Lori is down-to-earth and just plain "easy going". Everybody knows everybody. Ms. Shelby even knows I enjoy coffee anytime of the day and she has it ready. What a groovy thing.I've been working with Dr. Lori since I got Jazz (the love of my life). That was 1991. I've had many pups since then. It touched my heart when I learned that some of the staff were so partial to some of my pups that they couldn't bear to say goodbye. There have been tears, and triumphs; I have had many a dog, and all through them , Dr. Lori was there, and still is.Well, sorry, didn't mean to ramble, but hey..y'all asked. DO NOT USE!Village Veterinary Clinic15722 E Limestone RoadAthens, AL 35613They ripped Bailey’s ureter vein leading to her kidney during her spay causing her to develop hydronephrosis of her kidney. Bailey now has urine backing up in that kidney and it’s a few times larger than it should be. Bailey is at risk for kidney failure and must have surgery to remove that kidney. The surgery to take care of this is $10,000. They will not pay for the surgery to save my dog! We have medical records proving what happened and where they documented it but never told us! How’s that for compassionate care! They won’t hear the end of it! I can promise you that! Please share to get the word out!

Village Veterinary Clinic is the absolute best veterinary clinic you can go to! We love all the vets and technicians - they are the best and so incredibly kind. They are always there for your pet, not matter what. We are on their “Puppy Plan” for our new puppy, and it’s wonderful. Everything is taken care of and you don’t have to worry about anything. Highly recommend!!

The ladies here are so sweet, to me and my pup. Everybody spent time playing with him and comforting him before he got his shots. The vet asked me questions and provided good advice on puppy care and all that. They really care about you and your animals. Such a great experience.

Care was excellent and service too. I think they’re a little pricey in comparison with other clinics. Went to this vet because they were listed as USDA accredited in order to fly animals overseas - the vet seemed surprised to hear they were listed and then the estimated prices given for a rabies antibody test and certified health certificate were more than double than other places. So for normal day to day cate they’re awesome but I would advise going to someone else if you need testing and documentation for international travel.

Village Vet Clinic has consistently been wonderful to our pets. We can count on them to handle our pets as if they were their own. Our dogs feel comfortable with them. Our one little dog needed heart medicine and his health has actually gotten better. We continue to enjoy the company of this little cutie that we adopted from the Greater Huntsville Humane Society. No matter which Veterinarian we see we always get expert advice and care. We highly recommend Village Veterinary Clinic. See for yourself so feel comfortable in calling them for an appointment. We have also had our dogs professionally groomed by the grooming staff and we have always been happy with how our dogs look. We are grateful to have them so close and convenient.

We were a new patient with a sick Fur Baby and they took us on the same day we called. They were extremely friendly and kind. Treated our baby and called and checked on her in a few days to make sure she was recovering well. I was extremely pleased with their service and the kind staff.

I called and they were very friendly. At our appointment they were welcoming and gave our pups all kinds of loves. We weren't rushed thru the appointment at all. The vet took the time to explain a few important questions we had extensively. We were given estimates so we could make choices on flea and heartworm before checking out. They became our new vet as we were going somewhere else before and weren't happy. It definitely has a family feel.

The staff and veterinarian here cares so much about all the animals. They keep you up to date and explain everything to you. The prices are reasonable and unlike some places around, they don't try saying your pet needs unnecessary procedures just for money either! I will never take another animal anywhere except for here. Dr White and her staff are exceptional. It is obvious that they truly care about all their 4 legged patients. Dr White spends time with my "babies" and makes sure to explain everything to me, from treatments given to instruction on medicines and other pet care. The entire staff are helpful and so nice- but mainly they're caring with my pets!

I’ve taken my furbaby there for the last 5 years. All of the staff go above and beyond to make sure your pet gets the best care and answer all your questions. They love your pet as their own. The environment is wonderful and welcoming and looks even better with the new renovations taking place. Would highly recommend to anyone!
