Just left there and Daniel was awesome he went out of his way to help. I didn’t catch the lady a check outs name but she also gave us one of the biggest greetings coming in. She made help and good conversation as we checked out! Ask for Daniel or look for the chick with the prettiest eyes they will help you to the best of their abilities!! Thanks y’all

Service was astonishingly bad for a TS store. Tried self check out. In a hurry, I used the self check out. Of course, the chicks didn't ring up. We hit the service needed . After the other 15 people behind us got through. The cashiers who had been standing watching us finally checked us out. Missed 100.00 worth of feed . I asked, "Oh wait, did you get the feed. Oh no, she didn't. It was my fault the girl couldn't see the three 50lb bags of food in the buggy. 😡😡😡. Rude and oblivious !!!!!!!!!

Well, they don't stock their shelves. Also, they got a 4 star review and comment that said they have great food and great service. Tractor supply is bs. And don't have sh÷+. Straight up garbage.

I received Excellent Customer Service at the Athens Alabama store yesterday. I purchased a new Cub Cadet Lawn Mower. Your team was very accommodating and considerate of my time. The temperature 🔥 outside was 97 and humid.*One member made sure that I could operate the unit safely and showed me all the new features.*One member handled the sale and told me about the warranty.* One member helped me withtrailer rental and another went outside, made sure it was attached properly, and took pictures.*While I know this was part of their job, they all seemed to enjoy helping.I was a Customer Service Team Leader for 24 years and highly recommend your team to everyone.Thank you all!

Consistently horrible service. Bought a trailer from them. They lost the title. Waited 20 minutes for them to find it. Another 20 for them to find the key to unlock it. They were clueless the entire time on how to even sell a trailer. They were all fuming angry at each other, and highly unprofessional among themselves.When I first came in, they told me they didn’t even have the one I wanted, when there was several in the parking lot.Before that, their service has always been awful. I come here weekly. The only reason I go here is because Lowes doesn’t carry some of the things I need….Would absolutely not recommend them if you have a choice…

I left the local County COOP ticked off and headed to the TSC in Athens, AL. They were very busy but were also quick, friendly, and very professional. I paid a little more but I got exactly what I needed with no problems at all. Great store and good people.

I love tractor supply. They really help you in this store. Customer service was excellent. The girls at register are wonderful.They really do need to fix the bathroom. The soap dispenser has been broken for a long time now. Laying on counter and hard to use like that. Get on it management.

I called earlier today, from 12PM to 1PM on Sunday (today) concerning the ducks. I asked on the availability for the ducks and a women answered saying something along the lines of, ‘we have about 10 or 20 available.’ About an hour later of driving, we arrive to find no ducks. I questioned the workers on this matter and found that they never had any to begin with! They apologised, but even then, why not just get up to check instead of pushing the matter into others hands. I understand that it can be busy- but why not leave me on hold to go and check as rural king did for me?

I absolutely love this store in Athens Al.. Mrs, Vickie is awesome at her job & all the other employees are very knowledgeable and helpful too.. I will keep coming to this store as the employees treat there customers like family. I had bad experience in the Huntsville AL Store. My complaint is with their online ordering system. I needed 2-6ct. cases of transmission fluid. The store didn't have enough to fill the order, so they suggested I order from the online store. I had to get an employee to call the order in, which was necessary after trying online on both my phone and their terminal to no avail. After an hour of frustration I was assured that the order would arrive within two to three business days. That was a Friday, the order did not arrive until the next Thursday. I was compensated financially for my order, but not for my lost time and wages for the down truck, anfonly after another hour of arguing with customer service.

I like this store, however, the sad condition of their baby chicks and baby ducklings is quite depressing. The prices on their dog food is the best I have found, though. Editing my review: I went there again and they have their baby chicks and ducklings in much better conditions now. Alhamdulillah. Very nice to see the change. 5 stars now instead of just 3.

Struggled trying to get a 50lb bag of dog food with two workers just looking at me. I asked the cashier if I could get someone to help me put it in the car, and she didn't even try calling for any help. Very poor service that day. Typically it is pretty good though.

The Athens store and the TSC online app is a joke. Did an online purchase and when I go to track the purchase it says I have not made an online purchase in the past 30 days... This was after I received an automated txt stating my purchase was in.Went to pick up the order and was told it was only a partial. Before I made it home with the partial I was txtd again notifying me the rest of my order was in. Their software and logistics team are 10° off center for sure.

Great store. They have a lot of useful things that you can't get at a big box store, or at the co-op. Prices aren't quite as good on feed as the Co-op, but they aren't unreasonable. Great selection of work wear like coveralls, etc.

I was able to get in and out quick. The cashier showed extreme patience with the kids of the family ahead of me. One of the boys wanted to push all the buttons on the card terminal. Another was interrupting constantly.

Maybe you could consider having someone stay until 8pm during a week night to fill propane. Many of us construction workers wont get off work until 6or7 makes it difficult. Especially since we depend on propane to keep our travel trailers warm.just one night would be great. trying to catch someone on Sunday is hit and miss.

Out of stock, items In wrong spot. Not marked correctly. Everyone was nice but not helpful needing an item they didn't have. Oh well went to Lowe's, they gives a military discount, Tractor supply does not..are you an American Company, I do not think so. Most likely lost my business. Goo luck.

It seems that everytime I come to this tractor supply in Athens(which is about every other week for a propane tank fill) there is always an issue with the propane. Either there isn't anyone that works there certified or the tank has a leak or I'm told it's empty and to try back the next day. I've been told it's empty on multiple occasions and come back the next day and told there was a half tank at the beginning of the day and they just ran out. I'm not sure if its just the employees don't want to fill propane or just they don't care I'm fed up with this store and will be finding somewhere else to get my propane

I will no longer go to this store! I will not tolerate rudeness from anyone. There was a customer that was obviously having a hard time.. Instead of helping the poor guy out the both of the employees were giving him dirty looks and just being rude! I dont care how busy you are you treat people with respect!

The items were easy to find and the employees are very polite. I saw them show some real care and compassion to an elderly gentleman who was confused about where an item was. They were so patient and kind.

I'm only giving three stars on can of the negligence on the propane thank you and have a great day you couldn't ask for a better store besides theOr they're very good store very friendly people you can't ask for a better place except for one thing they do not always have someone in there to fill propane tanks I called yesterday they didn't have no one there to fill them that's not have someone here today to feeling the 4:30 and Wednesday all day but why cannot you have a person for each shift to fill propane if you want to sell it that's the only complaint I have about tractor supply in Athens Alabama

I've Personally worked at tractor supply for a little over 2 months and I only encountered 2 major issues. The first being the work, at the most the staff is very underhanded and majority of the floor is only covered with 3 or less (team members) and most of the time 1 is working Cashier and the other 2 are ethier doing calls or stocking, overall not worth it. The 2nd issue is pay, when the boss says quote "this isn't a get rich scheme" it really isn't. I remember my pay check being less than 150$ that's less than I made at any job, yet Alone one that doesn't offer much in return.
