I love Publix. They are clean and well stocked. They don't overcrowd the aisles. Their produce and meat department are great. Love the BOGO (buy 1 get 1 free) deals they have every week. You don't have to buy 2 to get a 1/2 price.

I’m not pleased with the bakery at Midtown Publix. The last two loaves of bread were horrible!! The first one was the Italian 7 grain. It smelled like burnt onions. Not like the 7 grain I use to get. The last loaf was supposedly sourdough, it’s no more sourdough than I am a super model. I’m willing to try one more loaf. If it’s bad I will take it back for a refund and be done with this bakery dept.

Love it. People there know where everything is, even though it's not their department or not. The place is always clean, I can always find what I'm looking for. Not like Walmart.

Very welcoming, very clean, innovative lighting and technology to display items beautifully. Produce is almost fake looking, it’s so kept up on and fresh. Bakery had some of the best muffins I’ve ever had. Their brand is a great quality and their ice cream specifically is very nice. Prices were very good. Sandwich bar has lots of selection, much better than a subway. I was very impressed! The best store I’ve ever visited. Do be weary at night ladies, it’s a bit sketchy in the parking lot after hours.

New location on 31! The deli and produce size is much larger and has many varieties of fruit, cheeses, and produce!! Nice bathrooms, and they even have an upstairs sitting area to enjoy your food if you're on the go. Self check-out lines are also at this location which is a plus!

Nice, clean place, friendly, helpful staff. We don't normally shop here, as we can find better deals at our locally owned grocery store. Plus it's better for our local economy.

Rude Costumer service! Called to ask about an Instacart order being pushed later and later delivery time ! Her response was angry "We have nothing to do with Instacart " ! She kept on cutting me off -saying nothing to do with Them! I was like you sell your products through them and hike the prices!!!!!! You use them to sell your products you have an interest in them ! Phone call was at 8;45 pm April 16th! ! Used to brag about Publix being from Northwest -were 5 star now are 1 star !

This was one of the best location for cooked Raman which is located beside Deli but its been more than months; if i order Tonkatsu Raman; they give me cold chicken or pork; can someone tell employee how to use their heating machine or oven.

They carry what you want so you don't have to hit 2 or more stores but they are way too expensive to use regularly.I avoid using Publix unless I can't get it somewhere else or am I. A hurry

I've always enjoyed Publix, but this one that stands where a K-Mart once was is pretty good! Like the Publix in Madison, it has an upper dining area that can be easily accessed, a wide variety of products at a higher price, and a hearty deli selection.The atmosphere was calm and inviting, and all of the employees (well, the 3 I talked with) were amicable. If you just NEED to go to Publix, then I recommend this one!

The pharmacy was TERRIBLE! I waited almost an hour for my script. It was ready sooner, but no one ever told me. They just let me sit there. The pharmacy tech passed me twice and never said my script was ready even though she knew I was waiting for pain meds from oral surgery. If I had not asked, I guess I would still be sitting there. NEVER again, will I use this pharmacy.

I always find what I'm looking for. They have excellent quality products and the staff are very friendly and helpful and extremely knowledgeable . You can also get something to eat or drink while you're shopping. Publix is my favorite place to shop

New store with a lot to choose from. I have already noticed some of the items I bought last time and were not available at our other publix have been removed. Mostly friendly staff, some have not been trained very well.

This store is always well organized and stocked. I appreciate the cleanliness and always helpful staff that is never too far away. As someone who usually prefers to get in and out as fast as possible, it's not often I enjoy taking my time to shop; I do here.

Their stuff is high quality, BUT you definitely pay for that quality. You can get something lots higher here than other local stores, things like Kraft Mac and cheese are going to cost WAY more, but just their signature things like their subs made on the spot. I do like their deli and they have subs similar to subway there, BUT....they also cost as much as Subway. If they were "hooked" up like Firehouse subs, I could understand, but they are not any better than Subway. They also have other deli foods and those foods are also high dollar prices. They have awesome tasting cakes...do I need to continue to speak of the prices? The place has a good atmosphere though and it is a clean environment. I do like them if they would at least lower their prices a little.

I love this store! Easy access. Love Wednesday sushi rolls and the deluxe seafood salad. Deli fresh food and pre-made boxed meals grab and go big selection. Food bar, fried chicken, rotisserie chicken hot ready to eatThey have a dining area where to can take your deli lunch and eat. It overlooks the store and view outside. Fully air-conditioned.
