I just did an Publix run with my two year old. On the way out it had started to sprinkle, and I was figuring out the best way to get my toddler and the groceries quickly into the car. An associate pulled me aside and said that there had been lightning, and that she would be happy to load my groceries if I wanted to drive my car up to the front, cutting down the time my toddler and I were outside and exposed to any dangerous weather. It meant so much! Thank you for going above and beyond and making us feel safe!

Publix is always neat and orderly and well stocked. I especially appreciate their BOGO and digital coupons. The shopping list on the app lays out the location of items in order as you go up and down the aisles.

Unfortunately today was a bit of a disappointment. I was refused a service by the front manager lady and was told they do not cash western union transfer more of 500 when in the past I have been helped during the morning and it was over 500. Stated due to bad cash day and she was loud and asked me in front of customer how much. Lady you don’t do that it’s not as safe please be a bit more discreet about it I don’t want the entire front end to know how much money I will be taking out period.

This is my first time using the online order feature. It was very easy and convenient for me. I have the crud and needed to stay away from others as much as possible. So, I disinfected my vehicle first, to protect the delivery person. No surprises. Five minutes and on my way back home.

This is hands down the best Publix in the area. Cashiers are awesome, very personable and friendly. Management is awesome, very quick to address issues or have a conversation. Everyone is always helpful if you need assistance.

Store is always clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly. My only complaint are the prices. Publix in general is way more expensive than any of the competitors in the area.
