I carried my standard poodle to get a full groom. The cut was ok but the ears were left dirty and the hair wasn't cleaned or plucked. Thus was something I had ask if it would be done and was assured this was part of the service package I chose. Also I use a specific shampoo and conditioner that is far better than the run of the mill supplies at your basic groomers. I ask before making the appointment if I could supply it as it's quiet expensive but well worth the investment. I explained that this is all I have ever used and was told if i brought it in the original containers they would use my preferred products. I can tell by the smell and coat my products weren't used.

I love it. My baby girl has special diet needs, and NOW there's more available to me here in Athens for her. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THAT. The staff know me and are very pleasant and helpful when I have questions.

Wow! We discovered this by accident and now pet supplies plus is always on our to do list whenever we find one in a town we passed through. Thank you for a wonderful place.

I have taken my dog to this place several times. Now they can not trim him cause he nips at the tools. I have a half shave dog now. His normal groomer does not work at the place anymore.

We take our Maltese to the groomer every 5-6 weeks and never had an issue. We are new to Athens and thought we try this groomer. Other groomers take 1-2 hours to bath and groom him. After 4 hours my wife decided to see what was going on. On arrival, the groomer was on a break and no one was in the grooming area. The groomer finally appeared and said she wasn’t done with him. Allegedly she spent 4 hours with him and he wasn’t done. His cut was horrible. Our pet is seriously traumatized. Not sure what they did to him during this 4 hour stay but we may need to bring him to emergency veterinary hospital to be examined. We will not return to store and hope you use caution if you do. Should be zero stars.

Had a great experience at the groomers in pet supplies today. Very nice pleasant young lady, Kaylee took care of my dog, Scout. She did a great job. Nice experience and easy to set up appt and great text reminders. Inexpensive for all I had done. I will be back. It is always so nice to deal with someone who likes their job.

We took our dog to be groomed as he had not been groomed since October in which at that time did a good job .Today was our first visit back since new owners took over . We drop our dog off and in thirty minutes the groomer called and said she was not able to finish the cut as our dog snipped at her . We went back to the store and we’re shocked how terrible our dog looked . Our dog was shaved unevenly and left his legs and nails undone. We have taken our dog to other groomers and never had a problem. It was obvious he was traumatized and even more obvious this groomer was not a good one . She blamed it on being short staffed and our dog who weighs 11 pounds bit at her and she wasn’t allowed to use a muzzle. Irregardless not acceptable! Very disappointing!

I was not pleased with the grooming, the price or the lack of detail. Needless to say I won't be Back except I have to go back to get my leash and collar they forgot to give back to me. Thanks for the inconvenience and wasting My time.!!!

Why did they have to change the pet store? The people in there now are God awful. We were in there today and asked if they had a specific item she said if it isn’t on the shelf then it’s probably over there in one of the boxes and pointed at the pallets of freight. While there was a man sitting down and all the associates gathered around talking instead of assisting customers. 0/10 don’t recommend them.

I drove 50 minutes after talking to the staff on the phone concerning fish availability. Store was super clean, but the most important part was the fish tanks being clean too. Knowledgeable and kind staff.I’ll be back!

I took my fur baby to be groomed here..Amazing place! Very informative,gentle and caring!❤️ I highly recommend this place for grooming and there Bakery treats and supplies...My Groomer wasBri..she is the Best! Well done girl..Thank you so much for gentleness and ur skills at grooming are Great!!

I’ve been a customer for over 11 years when it was Pet Depo. Today was my first time in as it changed to Pet Supplies plus. Not only did their prices Sky Rocket, but I lost all my points all over a name change. On top of that, a coupon I got through email wouldn’t even work. The staff was friendly as usual, but what a disappointment.
