This is our first time bringing Molly here. This is the first time Molly didn't run for the door to go home!! They did an amazing job on her. Molly is over 16 years old and she was pampered!. They said they bathed her 2x's with a massage and let her take a nap!. Then they continued with her grooming which was THE BEST ever in 16 years!!!! The owners care so much for all the dogs! They use all natural products. This is a quality place and we highly recommend it. Molly looks and smells fantastic!

We took our Pyr and rescue to Pawsh today and was completely blown away with the experience we received!! The owner is Pawsh is the sweetest woman ever! She treated our babies like her own! She was kind and patient with our Rescue and didn’t push anything on him. It was an amazing experience for me as a dog mama and my fur babies, when we left then there i knew they were in great hands! We will never use anyone but Pawsh!

Very rude owner. Tried starting a fight on Facebook because I said that I couldn’t find a groomer to answer the phone. She insulted me, accused me of something I didn’t even do, and then threatened to sue me. Save yourself a headache and stay away from this KAREN.

We have been using Pawsh Pet for several visits. Our dogs do look good however they are there for 6-8 hours and the cost is high. The owner made our appointments and sent notice 2 days before however being out of state and just returning we notified them the day before our appointment to cancel. The owner then rescheduled and informed us again 2 days before the appointment however our family was sick and we asked them to move out a week. Finally, after my wife and I discussed it, we decided to have my wife groom our pets and canceled the appointment, again a day before, as we realized the cost was an issue. The owner then sent a text that was rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional. The appointments missed were made by them informing us 2 days prior and all were canceled the day before as required. The text from the owner using profanity and stated “You are no longer a client of ours. I don’t take kindly to those kind of games.” Now texting threats of civil suit because of our review. I have a copy of text and notifications. We are Christians and only 4 dogs were scheduled as the 5 was not going back. 2 small, 2 med dogs. 1 Husky which they were told was done some where else.

We treat our pets like our children. We switched to Pawsh Pet after taking ours dogs to the same groomer for nine years. We moved out of the area of where that groomer is approximately four years ago and continued to drive an hour back-and-forth to have them groomed every five weeks. We were looking for someone local to support. We found Pawsh Pet spa. They actually met with us before the appointment to discuss their practice, their values and how they provide services. We were thrilled. They had their first grooming appointment yesterday and we have already recommended to other family members. If you live in Athens or around the Rogersville area, they are a wonderful place to bring your loved ones!!!!

Where do I start people? This is why I live in the south folks like Kimberly and Logan. I almost died and my dog saved me Kimberly heard about my story and invited me up to her shop in Rogersville for a Free puppy day with my dog. Super cool but when I got there it was like I’d been coming there for years. Just some of the most friendly people in the county. None the less my Zoe came out looking and smelling wonderful and she was very happy girl. They really took their time with Zoe who is a senior dog. I have been to four groomers now and I will be taking the trip back up to Pawsh Pet Spaw next time with my favorite soul Zoe. Thank you to Kim and Logan for the invitation and the amazing job. Bravo you guys rock! 🤟🤟🤟

I had great talk with Logan at Pawsh. My dog has never liked baths but they complimented her on and on about what a good girl she was and how well she behaved. For a shelter dog, she truly is amazing and they’ve brought that love back out between pup parent and pup! My sweet Rosie was in such good hands and I can’t thank the staff enough! Excellent service and location for me in Rogersville. Pleasant to deal with as well as understanding since I didn’t know where I was going exactly! They tolerated my silly questions and this truly is the best value anywhere around! They care about my girl. Instead of quantity, they focused more on quality! Much appreciated! 100/10 recommend. They did an outstanding service compared to where I used to take my doodle. They had to shave him and start over with his coat because my old groomers left him matted so badly. This is the first time my dog has not left the groomers sprinting out the door because he has to poop, which he does when he’s scared. They were genuinely upset when they were telling me about the past place and it really spoke out to me with how much they really cared for not just my dog but everyone’s dog. We went to pick him up and he was playing with the owner instead of being locked up in a cage while they would play on their phones or whatever they were doing. They truly have a love for animals and this is exactly the kind of people I want to love on and groom my puppy.

Kimberly does a great job on my poodle. Always has a nice, clean cut. Never any cuts, gaps, etc. Only place I will take my dogs! Always a good feeling to know I’m leaving them in good hands. Both of my pups LOVE going!

Logan and Kim are awesome! They took the time to sit and get to know myself and my nervous anxious Aussiedoodle before I left him. He never even knew I was gone! They did the best spa treatment and cut on him that he has ever had. He was so handsome and smelled absolutely wonderful. We loved them so much we scheduled our next appt before we left! Pawsh Pet Spaw are the best. They have groomed and pampered our fur baby for a couple of months. She is a Bichon. When Pawsh Pet Spaw started grooming our fur baby she looked like a shaved rat. The last groomer scalped her. Now she is absolutely beautiful. The staff are wonderful, they care for your fur baby as if they were their own. So my wife dropped our baby off a couple of days ago, when she got to Pawsh Pet Spaw she took her off the leash and she immediately ran to say hi to the staff. The staff really care and love our fur babies.

Great Experience! I was referred by several people to try out Pawsh Pet and I'm glad we did. We took our doodle in for her first professional groom, she was so nervous and anxious, thankfully Kimberly was very patient and understanding with her. Our Polly looked so good afterwards and was so happy when I picked her up, meaning she wasn't scared and you could tell she loved Kimberly. We will definitely be returning customers! Thanks!

I take my very high maintenance Bichons to Pawsh Pet Spaw. Not every groomer knows how to cut a bichon. Kimberly knows how to cut special breeds and does a quality job. I love that Kimberly doesn't just shave your dog like so many groomers do or get out the clipper and cut everything to a certain length. She hand cuts when it is necessary and keeps a pets coat to it natural cut.The owners are very kind and professional. They also don't mind telling you how you, as the pet owner, can do your part in the grooming, such as keeping your pets on a schedule with the groomer and brushing/combing your pet at home.I would recommend Pawsh Pet Spaw to pet owners who really care about their dogs grooming. My pets also love her!!! That means a lot to me because they spend a great part of the day with her. I have had my pet come home from other groomers totally freaked out. The owner and her team Are amazing people! She always treats my Tiffi with up most respect and love. Tiffi is a lab, and has arthritis. Owner is extremely gentle and loving. I have had dogs my whole life. And never found anyone better than her. I get so emotional when I leave, cause it's hard to find such loving places anymore. She loves Tiffi just as much as as I do. Best groomer in Athens Limestone. We have tried every place in town and surrounding area and not found anyone that was compatible with our dogs special needs. At other places my dogs would have anxiety attacks when pulling into the parking lot. Now I tell them we are going to go see Kim and they race me to the car. Weeks after their grooming their fur and skin is still so soft to touch. She takes such good care of them while they are in her care, unlike other places, Kim will take them outside and give them food and water. I have one that is in diapers and she takes such great care of her and making sure she is always in a clean diaper. Now that I have found Kim, I'll never use anyone else. I highly recommend Pawsh Pet Spaw to any and everyone who ask for grooming and boarding needs.

We started using Pawsh Pet Spa as soon as they opened the doors when they were located in the Clements area. The service is second to none!! Kimberly is the ONLY person who has ever given our Bella a bath and cut and NEVER gave her razor burn. The service and price are fantastic. You truly get more than what you pay for in my opinion. Since Pawsh Pet has moved, I hate driving the distance, but I’m more than happy to make that drive just to have Kim take care of our baby. Once you have used them once, you and your pet will be spoiled. Thanks Kim, we’ll be seeing you very soon.

My first time there I asked to meet and speak with the groomer just to introduce myself and meet the person that was going to be handing my pet and tell her about my elderly dog and his special needs, well I was told she was busy. At time of pick up I asked if I could see the groomer once again she was too busy. Perhaps I was taught a higher standard of customer service, idk. Even though my pet received a good hair cut and the location is very convenient for me, will I return, probably not, which is a shame since I have eight dogs that need service.
