Very unpleased, first, they do not communicate very well. I was quoted $55 and then the day of was charged $65. Secondly, I took my pup to get groomed and when I picked him up, the only thing that was done was a trim around his eyes, paws, and privates & then was told I would have to book again for another session that would be $90-100. On top of all of this, the place smells awful, the smell lingered on my dog that I even had to take him another bath.

I chose this grooming shop because of the reviews & im so pleased! I just picked up my 3 babies & they all look adorable! I thought the price was very reasonable as well! Staff were all very sweet & acted enthusiastic & was gentle with my dogs. I definitely give them 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️!

So I tried something new today. I was looking for a dog groomer for my Fur baby and I ran across Lucky Duck's. I read the reviews and I thought...ok lets give them a try. I could not have been more satisfied with the service that I received from the initial contact to walking out COMPLETELY satisfied with the way my baby looked AND SMELLED. Megan and her assistant (I didn't get her name...😞) were so helpful and attentive to my requests. The facility was very clean and organized and their location was easy to find. Their prices are super reasonable as well. So if you are in need of a professional groomer, don't pass up the opportunity to visit them. I will DEFINITELY be returning! 💛

I love how she grooms my dogs and the prices are really reasonable. They work quickly and efficiently while making sure the dog is comfortable and secure. I’ve been to several groomers in the area and these by far are the best.
