1.Appointment needed2.Unload me in less than an hour3.3 docks for deliveries if it’s that recyclable plastic trash4.You going to have to be an experienced driver to back up to the docks5.You must weigh in and outTip if you’re weighing out I would just go out turn around and just come back on the scale because it can be a bottleneck leaving6.No over night Parking,it’s a Lows,Walmart and a couple other places you can park if you stay out the way,in other words if you know they don’t want us truck in the parking lot don’t park in a way to block their customers

I had a great experience!!! Just go in with a good attitude and be respectful and you should be fine. I think a lot of these negative reviews are from people that show up with an attitude🤷‍♂️

DRIVERS please avoid this please, if it’s possible for you. OR get ready for waiting several of hours & especially disrespect & very rude, harsh behaviour from the lady in the office. Lady is not able to do her job smoothly, that’s the only reason for her stupidity & rubbish talks .

Worse place ever went to pickup the load. Shipping office lady is very aggressive to me I had appointment at 1pm but she gave me dock 3 at 10:30am. Started loading at 11am after while at 1:45 pm I went to check with shipping office the lady was very nasty said I do t care what the paperwork says I work here and your appointment is at 2 pm. On my way out I saw loading man he was nice and mentioned product is not available. They have to produce the product at 2 pm to load the truck. Very disappointed. If there is less then one or even zero I would give less rating as possible. Again very bad place.Please try to avoid them.finally got out of this place at 5:45 pm after 7 hours for loading.

No gates so I think you can do night parking.Make a wide right turn as u need to scale in first. They have separate washrooms for man and women (clean). Thankfully I got loaded in an hour but the worst thing is there is no cat scale nearby going Nashville. I was overweight(42509lbs) on drive axle with a quarter fuel (Volvo truck not long nose) so maybe tell them to put weight slightly towards the end

The worst place ever. As truck driver, they have only one Dock for unloading, also the are that you are back up to the dock it is very tight and un paving and in my way to leave the place almost stuck there. So truck driver be careful when you go the this place

No overnight parking but there is a store 2 miles away that you can park. Do not go to Walmart for overnight you can get stuck in parking lot. Came here before appointment and got unloaded quick . Nice people .

This place is a mess, no parking anywhere. Too much traffic on getting on scales and getting off. Deserves 0 stars, if appointment is at certain hour just add 2 more hours atleast on top of that. These people take their time.

I reached there at 12:30 pm my appointment was 2 pm and they checked in my truck at that time but shows at o appointment time i back to dock and spent time on my phone and then sleep they load my trailer in 9 hours that’s why I’m giving them one star if there is option for zero stars ⭐️ I will give them zero but in opposite side the guys work there in afternoon shift was very nice polite and friendly no complaints about them if you guys can’t load on appointment time then why you give appointments 😡

Pitiful. Zero communication. And if ur company tells u open window for delivery, that is NOT the case. Everyone has an appt time. Maybe that will save you what I’ve been through at this terrible terrible place

Not a bad place to load if you know what to do. First pull on the scale and call the number provided. They will get your empty weight and either give you a door to load or instruct you where to park. When loaded, pull back on scale and get a loaded weight and call them back. This is when u can scale the load by the axle weight. Back off the scale and proceed to get your paperwork. The office is inside to the right

Not good .. they don’t care about appointment..appointment time is 9:00am ... i check in 8:30am .. they gave me dock 2:00pm. Skinny guy in shipping receiving is A$$hole, Very Rude. Avoid as much as Uh can.

06/08/2022. This place is under construction, so it's a little narrow going around. Arrive 7:45 am. Must scale IN and OUT. 10 am appointment. Got empty 9:00 am. They clean out the trailer after you get unloaded.

Avoid !!! Avoid !!! Avoid !!!We called over the phone they set the load was ready for pick up,showed up they set the load has to be tested in the lab,it's gonna be 3 hrs. Been sitting here for 6 hrs and finally got loaded,now THANKS to them I'm out of hours,can't move,my day is gone . I'm not the only one,read the other reviews,it's daily thing !!!

Friendly staff. PU apt at noon, arrived 10,30, out at 11,30. They have a scale. You need to have 2 straps, if you don’t, they can sell you 2 for$50.

This place is basically a family operation! It started out ok but then the plant managers son started to show who he really was! You take a 25 year old who started out mowing grass and put him in charge of grown people that's been there for years, it's a joke! Don't waste your time ! Oh and if you are a person of color, watch out because the 25 year old has a thing for not liking black people and this is coming from a white woman

Called them a 7:00 A.M. when they open. Was told to come on in we will get you loaded, had a noon appointment. At noon still was not loaded. Worst place ever. 9 hours to get loaded.
