I love this place! My sister introduced it to me on a recent trip and I've been three times. Junior, one of the owners, is quite friendly and remembers you each time you come. He's a wealth of knowledge and can help you figure out what items are as well. You can open items to see what they are as it is not always obvious from the packaging. The rules about putting things back in their packaging keeps the store organized and helps other shoppers. Each day of the week has a specific price per item, with Fridays starting at $8 and the price going down daily after that. I've found a number of things there including bamboo sheets, a down throw, coats, skin care products, luggage and more. It's been a great experience each time because the staff is so nice.

This is the coolest place! You never know what you'll find.If you're New to the Dig store and need help with pricing, they will explain in great detail how everything is priced. They're all very helpful and I really enjoy going there. My whole family goes there to shop throughout the week. We just love it. They're super nice and it's kept very clean.I don't think any of my family or friends has said anything about any rudeness up there. I feel like they may have their guard up because of shoplifting. That's pretty sad. The prices are extremely low. They're very fair up there. It's their business. It's how they make a living and it's a shame people come in and try to take from them.We enjoy our weekly trips there and I hope that they will remain open for a very long time.Checking out, It's nice. There's always someone there smiling.Thank you for your work.

Don’t come if you’re a single mom with little kids. My 2 year old found a little cute trike and he was so excited about it… VERY well behaved and stayed by mine and my friend’s side.. Employee came and told me he can’t sit on it around at store… shoppers then came around trying to comfort my two year old, another customer told me just to let him be kids but we can’t. we left. Don’t come here if you have kids. It’s not a family friendly store.

Customer service needs some work. If they see something they missed that they wanted to charge more will grab it and take it with them. I got two towels to purchase when I got up there she said it’s only one towel for that price even though it was together. She said she goes through them and takes out extra towel before price changes. Then today I come out on Tuesday’s where they have it listed as $1 day. Since Christmas they were closed instead of just keeping the price they set in stone and days they are charging $2. Greedy much!!!REPLY: Well apparently it is you guys who are financially strapped to the point where you change your own rules. You could of kept it the same and took the loss when you decided to close but chose it was your customers who would pay and didn’t even have the decency to post it on your social media page. Again I say your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Which was my point to begin with and your reply makes my point. Thank you

Horrific customer service. There are very few places in Athens that make you feel like a criminal, but Crazy Prices has it mastered! In my experience, the staff kinda stares at you or hovers over you while you dig through their bins. A far cry from their original service starting out.Looking at other reviews it seems they like to argue with customers and claim that the customer doesn’t really know what their talking about. In a review on this post, they even (in a roundabout way) called my mother poor. How malicious! My mother is honest, strong , and very dear to me, so hearing this is very upsetting.In conclusion, the customer service is terrible and a massive decline from where they started. It makes we wonder, who is truly the poor one. All I know is I certainly won’t be shopping there anytime soon.

Great place prices are right the workers are very nice it's worth an hour drive from Cullman to Athens to go there. And it's one of the cleanest most organized bin stores I've been to

I've found many exceptional deals here. Be prepared to look thru bins and boxes. Well worth it if your up for that. The $8 to $4 days you'll find more valuable items. Definitely worth checking out.

At these types of stores, patrons and I are like rats in boxes looking for food. Before I arrive at the Dig store, I think of some item I could use to see if I can manifest what I asked for. Yet, usually, it's like my mind is saying, "I need that! What is that?" I need that, too 🤣. I spent $12 on $1 day. The best item found was a wig for my cousin. I also bought a touch less kitchen faucet for $100🤯. It was worth it. Now, to put it in😬.

Amazing store Amazing customer service friendly environment and the owner is super friendly shock my hand explained the way the store works and told me about the prices for each day. overall 5 out 5 experience will bring the family back again 😃

Unprofessional. And btw it's 2023 almost 2024 remember when u update ur prices or change ur prices u need to make sure it's posted on ur social medias too. Esp the Christmas day thing where u set ur prices back. Like I get stuff gets stolen but I can't even come in the store without feeling like there is someone breathing down my back

If I could give this place no stars I would!For starters, my one month old p**ped while we were in the store. We kindly asked if we could use their restroom to change her because it's the middle of summer and my car has leather seats. There was no way I was taking her out there and changing her in this heat. We were told no about the restroom, so we went to the back of the store away from everyone and changed her.Another employee came up to us and told us we weren't allowed to do that and the proceeds to tell us differently from what the first employee said. Anyways, the whole time we're shopping they're staring us down and then out of nowhere the lady employee yells from across the store that my sister (who's autistic) "stole" something, causing the entire store to look at her. These people are so unprofessional and this isn't the first time we've came in and they acted like this.I will not be back. Sorry for the rant but how can you act this way towards people who literally pay your bills by coming into the store and buying your products

I love all the deals you get and the people are nice for the most part ive been to the store several times and if your child picks anything up they will say something to you this has happened to me twice and my friend said any time she goes in there with her children it's the same way that the workers hound you about your children other then it not being a "family friendly" store it's a great place for good deals I don't recommend bringing your children with you
