So I’ve been going to this groomer for years & she has always been super nice and always did a great job! I normally have to drop them off since it takes about 2-3 hours or so depending how must they are, which is totally understandable. I’ve loved them so much I actually have driven from Madison ( 30 minute drive) to go to her. Well today I took them, but I was 10 minutes late, so maybe I should have called but figured it may not be too big of a deal since I have to drop them off and wait usually anyway. So this time, they told me they could not groom them since I was 10 minutes late, even after driving 30 minutes. So very unfortunate because I will not be returning due to this. If you guys are going to make a change in policy like this, I would recommend announcing it.

Took our teacup Yorkie there on Monday for the first time. Said it would be 45 minutes. It ended up taking an hour and 46 mins. When my husband picked her up she had a cut on her ear and was gapped up. Needless to say this is very upsetting. Our babe is a love bug and very gentle. She will let you play with her feet, ears and even brush her teeth without having a fit. If ur babe is as precious to u as ours is to us I would not recommend taking them there.

Fit me right in for a last minute appointment, most other groomers had a couple week wait time. Very professional and did an amazing job. My girl even came back with some fresh doggy perfume which was a pleasant surprise. Used Dremmel on nails instead of clippers. Hands down great experience will use again.

After going to this groomer multiples times, always being early, referred a client to her and being understanding when she was hours late with my dogs you would think she’d treat a loyal customer better.I misunderstood the time to drop off my dogs (by 30 minutes, which I own that completely)When I arrived early to the time I thought I was scheduled for the owner was walking inside and shut the door in my face and did not acknowledge me when I said hi.I then opened her door to be greeted by her assistant (who was nicer) they acted like they didn’t remember who my dogs were and I was told that they would not be able to squeeze them in being 25 minutes late. I get that, even though I’ve moved my schedule around when they were late. the whole time I was there the owner was giving me rude looks. I get I was late but I’ve been nothing but early and supportive of this business, and to be treated like that is absurd. I do not recommend this business as the owner is petty and rude. And if she is rude to me, what is she like with my dogs? When I told her I was going elsewhere she texted back “okeedokee artichokee”. Not professional at all…

While her Mother was there loved the place! I believe Sisy is bipolar, one day she is great. Another day she is screeming waving her arm telling her client to get out! She shaved my little dogs long tail off. My 10 yo furbaby grand son had never had his hair cut. When my Daughter cried when she saw her 10 yo Yorkie. Sissy went billistlic! So sad I had having a hard time finding another groomer!

We have been bringing our chunky Aussie to Melissa for several years now. When we pull up, my girl is ready to go inside! Melissa has always done a fantastic job dealing with the massive amount of fluff our girl is. I wait outside because I live 45 minutes away (yes, it's worth the drive for my dog to see someone she trusts) and when I come in to get my girl, she's always clean and beautiful - great hair "do", nicely smoothed nails (no drastic cutting!), and she smells fantastic. Those with Aussies will know how important it is to find someone who can groom an Aussie just right, and Melissa can!

Where to begin,We took all three of our labradoodles to get bathed and groomed. When we got there my white dog broke out of her collar and ran away we had to physically carry her in. She has never done that. I myself had hip surgery to repair a shattered hip so as I was bringing in my black dog she was not want to be compliant and I was having a hard time. The owner said are you not able to get her in like what's wrong and I politely expressed my injury to her. SHE then asked if I needed help.. well probly maam. She then states I will call you 30 mins before they are done and you can pick them up. We git there to pick up our babies and she ridley says so do I need to call an hour before they are done cause it obviously takes yall an hour ro get here... She then argued on what time she called and was extremely rude . We said good bye and thank you and there was no response from the owner. That was very unpleasant... On the ride home my white dog whimpered and curled up on the floorboard and when we got home she would not leave our sides. For the amount we paid for her services and her response and the unprofessional attitude displayed this time and considering all of my dogs were scared we will be taking our babies somewhere else..

My husband took our Great Pyrenees here to be groomed. He's outside during the day, in at night. Has never been professionally groomed. They were awesome with him.They completely transformed our Max. He looks AMAZING!!!. We will certainly take him back. I would recommend City Slickers & Country Mutts Pet Grooming to anyone!

We took our pups here today to get groomed and bathed! Our chocolate lab got shaved for the first time and is absolutely beautiful. They take such good care of them and do an amazing job and not too pricy either! Highly recommend!!

It is so hard to find a good groomer that works Saturday’s. I was able to get my pups in with her quickly and she did an amazing job!! When I come to pick them up, she didn’t even have them in a cage. She let them run around so they wasn’t as stressed being in a cage! I highly recommend her to anyone!!! We found our new groomer!!!

To say they are miracle workers in the land of grooming is an understatement. This is the only place I will be taking any of my pets from now on. I was so impressed with the whole experience. I’d like to add that the women are very friendly and courteous, great atmosphere and service, very professional I have never had a groomer do such an amazing job and for such a great price. You can definitely tell these ladies know what they are doing.

I was on my way home from Nashville after purchasing a new puppy (goldendoodle). This was a 7 hour trip for me one way (14 hours total). The puppy was a gift for my 9 year old son who has autism. I called City slickers in the hopes of giving the puppy a hair cut in order to take a well groomed dog to my son. The ladies there were absolutely wonderful, they worked him in and gave him a great new look. On top of that I received advice on how to properly care for my sons new pup. With a nice smile from both ladies I was on my way back home. I only wish I could give more than five stars! Thank you, and blessings go out to you and your business!

Melissa is such a dog lover. I don’t see any reticence when I pull up to her place and enter with my dogs. She is willing to deal with appointment changes when unforeseen things occur. I feel very comfortable with her.

Sheila and Melissa are both great! They do quality work for a fair price. They will treat your baby like they would their own. Been using Mrs Sheila since 2007! I love that they are super flexible with availability and that you can sit and watch them take care of your pet.

They were very gentle and caring for both of my dogs. They made both of my dogs look beautiful and very happy. They were very understanding since I've never taken them to be professionally groomed and both dogs were very scared. I would recommend them to anyone!

Called for a last minute bath for my dog. I called other places but this location was friendly and professional. Very nice consult prior to her servicing my dog. The service was very quick and she did a great job. The location is off the beaten path, however, she gives $10 off to first time customers . The location is very clean & it smells fresh.
