Marty & his crew are lovely, helpful, & more like family! Not only did they put in a beautiful mailbox for me, but I get my supplies for Aubie & Clem. I usually spend about 20 minutes or more here visiting & catching up with everyone when I go in. Talk about a happy place!!! Better than therapy!

This is the best little pet shop. They have a great selection of very exotic pets. Everybody is always very pleasant. Great displays and a good variety of products, they always have the best prices on frozen and live food. Cannot recommend enough.

I was going to buy the killer bee ball python that they had but I waited to long and it was purchased before I got him. I told them that I was very interested in getting a killer bee ball python, they immediately looked around and found one for me and I got him. Customer service is great. Thank you to all of the staff, they have been great and I will continue to do business with them.

Horrible customer service (Kaitlin & Katie)! I gave them every chance possible to make this situation right! I believe that they just refuse to conduct business in good faith. I spent over a month calling, waiting for calls back and being lied to about my order. I’d pay double to not have to deal with this level of incompetence. 4 weeks later still no mailbox! Maybe still no real order, save yourself the trouble, try imperial in Millbrook.

Called Kaitlyn about a damaged mailbox and she saw that all it needed was a new hinge. She sent it to me at no cost. She rules and this company rules. Saved me a ton of heartache with my HOA.
