Great local diner. They have a pretty good variety. Everything I've tried as been very good. I especially loved the plate lunches they have. Everyday a different meal is the daily special. Their meatloaf made me change the way I've always made it. I'd never had it with BBQ sauce instead of Ketchup but it's definitely worth trying, if you like that. They also have a good salad bar that seems to be open for lunch and dinner. Give it a try if you're looking for some good local food!

Solid breakfast served up quickly and cheaply by friendly staff. Double biscuits & gravy, bacon, hashbrowns, and a coffee + choco milk for $10 flat? Waffle house would be twice that. This greasy spoon's defining characteristic is its family owned neighborhood down to earth feel wherein every single table knew every other table, and staff, on a first-name basis, to include their little helpers. I'm not from Alabama and I could barely understand half of what was spoken in there, but I do know this: I'd support this piece of American over a franchise any day of the week. Would've taken more pics but stand out too much as it is. LoL. You know when there's a giant fork and spoon mounted on the wall you fittin' to grub.

Definitely try the Arley Burger. It's a special patty melt with the works. Barbecue sandwich is also good. Arley Spicy Fries are ok.

Great spot to start off the day. Steak biscuit so yummy. We went twice for breakfast while camping at Hidden Cove. They also served lunch & dinner. Friendly staff.

Such a small but amazing place to eat! Amazing service, especially Amber, she came over and soon as possible and helped us decide what we wanted to order. She was also very knowledgeable about the town and it's history. If you are in the area, you have to go!!Parking: It's a gravel lot with no lines but plenty of parking.

I don't give out many 5 stars to restaurants, but this place is great. Staying at the nearby Hidden Cove resort and needed breakfast, this local coffee shop hit the spot. Amazing, friendly Southern service and hospitality, delicious food and the total was $14 for a huge breakfast for two, amazing. Had the eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy, homemade and delicious.Locals clearly love this place and I can see why. If you are staying nearby or passing through, stop here and eat.

Our family ate a variety of dishes. The only ones I recommend are the burgers, baked potatoes and philly cheese steak. The rest was awful! I don't plan to go back even though the staff was very friendly. The dishes need more spice/taste.

I love the South! The people we have met are friendly, kind, and respectful. I know what does that have to do with the food or the coffee and the "coffee shop," nothing. I just wanted to start with that super friendly staff and fun atmosphere. It's a tiny little restaurant in a tiny little town, Arley, Alabama. I ordered the "large" burger with fries and onion rings. It was a sizeable handmade patty with all the fixings. I can always tell when someone makes me a burger and loves mustard: crinkle-cut fires and piping hot onion rings, good stuff. My wife had chicken bites and fries that came with coleslaw. As far as we could tell, the chicken was from a frozen bag but still tasty. Again, friendly folks, and the service was excellent. I'm not sure if you're allowed to tell people in Alabama that you love their accent or us that have the accent; who knows. But when you hear someone say Ya'll and yes sir/mam, it's simply the best.

Don't. We were looking for good small town cooking - not here. Teenage kids cooking in the kitchen, while father visits in the dinning room. People arrived after us were eating and paying the bill when we got our order. Food was prepared and cold when brought to the table. Very disappointed.

Wow, Truly the best hamburger I have EVER had! I was so amazed by the flavor I asked to speak to the owner. The owner stated that the beef is fresh and locally raised. Believe me, never has a hamburger tasted so good. Great food!!!

Hole in the wall...but the very best kind. Philly Cheese Steak kept me full for 3 days...and it was delicious. Slammed at lunch, but still didn't wait long.

I was visiting my sister and brother in law at smith lake and they took us to this nice gem that servers a little bit of everything! From appetizers to sandwiches to meat and three. I really enjoyed the food, the friendly people who work there, and the company of my sister, her husband and my husband. It was a great time had by all and I would definitely revisit again anytime!

We returned today for our second visit and tried lunch because after an amazing breakfast visit, yesterday we were sure it would be awesome as well. We were not disappointed! Lunch was great! Arley burger with a half order of Spicy Arley fries were wonderful. If you're wondering what an Arley burger is, it's a burger with two kinds of cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion on Rye toast. Arley fries are crinkle cut fries with bacon, cheese and ranch. Spicy Arley fries are straight cut seasoned fries with the same toppings, not hot so no worries there. My husband had the patty melt that he said was very good. Our son had the Reuben and he loved it! So I guess we'll have to come back for dinner one evening. I'm really loving this place. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We may become regulars:)
