What is up with the new line for the pharmacy. There is no way to spread out. It is a tight little maze. Everyone one is bunched together. Often times there are sick people with the flu or cold trying to get prescriptions filled. You are forced to stand very closely by someone that is sick. Someone should have voted this ignorant idea out. You need to rethink this one. Who ever thought of this should be fired!!

I am sick of this community, over half of the people living in this community is rude & cheap and giving to the church doesn't buy your way into heaven! For the most part all the employees have been nice however the other half are highly rude & disrespectful just like the community!

We seem to be in a Wal-Mart every single day some weeks. Managers or "higher ups" are kind of rude. They've ran me over at times thinking I should move out of their way. The shoppers for pick up orders don't like to move their carts and most are definitely not friendly. Maybe I just expect too much. I try to smile and/or acknowledge everyone I make eye contact with. They never do. Never a hi, excuse me or anything of the sort. Cashiers are hit or miss. Most times they are nice, ask how you are, make small talk, etc..some say absolutely nothing.

Walmart in Arab, AL has converted at least half of the checkout lanes to self-checkout. Not only does it rob people of jobs, it shifts a significant burden to the customer. In particular, if you have a large number of items, it is difficult to manage handling your purchase. I'm converting to other stores and will only go to Walmart if I am unable to find what I need elsewhere.

I did my regular shopping and had a great experience. Everyone that helped me went beyond to make sure I found what I was looking for.

If I could give zero stars I would!! I called the store to ask a question and as soon as they pick up they scream in the phone “yes we’re open” and then hangs up on me.. never in my life have I experienced something so damn rude!

Love the self checkout. The quality of the clothing has definitely improved. I just wish they would stop taking all my money when all I was going there for was 1 or 2 things. Maybe I should try blinders, like they use on horses.

Since when is it allowable to be charged $5 as a “donation” for using self checkout. We have to check ourselves out and now pay for the privilege. Time to stop using Walmart

My wife bought a $36.98 birthday cake for our daughter. We got the cake and it says her name and has a small 2 on it, but no happy birthday. Good job Walmart cake people. Obviously y'all can't follow simple directions. thankfully my mother fixed it.

Every time I shop here something on my list is out of stock, sometimes for weeks. This might be because this isn't one of the busier or bigger Walmarts. Occasionally I will find a new product I really like and this store will stop caring it. This is especially a shame bc I don't think this store supports online orders delivered to store.The employees are so very helpful tho. The guys in electronics are fantastic, the long haired guy especially as he has helped me load several large tvs into my truck and answered hundreds of my questions.This Walmart is very, very clean as well. Especially compared to other Walmarts.

Used to have a hill of trash right outside the parking lot where all the drugged up workers would smoke. It’s cleaned up but inside is still dirty sometimes. Workers are kinda stupid

All in all the store was clean and stocked. The problem was in check out I understand that people steal things I get that, but the 2 employees that were working the self check were very rude and stared at my boyfriend and I the whole time. Now I do not like feeling as if they assume we were going to steal something it really pissed me off. There was no reason for that.

Best place on earth! Love this place. I come here 3 or 4 times a day. I enjoy the staff. I enjoy the atmosphere. I love the parking lot. Can't wait to go back tomorrow!

It's a very good place to go shopping for your everyday needs. With good placement for availability and great service ranging from being able to ask where things are to when you check out. I've had many conversations with other customers also and it's always a good experience.

This Walmart has gone downhill. Very Poor selection of so many items. Week after week the vegetables and fruits have just looked terrible this summer. What gives Arab Walmart? Stickers are always in your way and slow down your shopping. Why can’t they stock at night? And so many empty sections of merchandise in spite of them clogging up the aisles. Very disappointed in this Walmart every time I go. Publix, Trader Joe’s and Target will be getting more of my business.

I would do more stars ⭐️, but the people in the deli are so rude and nasty acting, and will have you waiting there for hours to get food . Luckily I have patience, some people do not, like the guy that was beside me, he said that’s so rude and why make food and not want to serve people , which is so true … they just want the pay check and not be professional at work and serve people with a nice or cheerful attitude…How are these people getting a job here and then work and be nasty towards , other customers or employees… some deli employees make Walmart look bad …
