After asking 3 times for help to get futons and waiting 30 minutes no one showed. Call the store no one answered, customer service has no one working.Where is management? Also no where to be found.

They have riding carts there, but sometimes you have to wait f/one. They help you, but sometimes you have to go looking f/someone. I feel they need more riding carts & sometimes there are not enough cashiers f/checking out. Sometimes they will ask if you need help, but not always. Usually I have to ask to get help to my car. They are curteous thou & when you ask f/help they will accomodate you. Its not a bad place to shop, but I feel they could make a few improvements.

This is for a return only. The staff is always sweet, but I would not recommend doing a return thru the grocery pickup. I checked in three times and was told a few times that "he" was coming out. I finally asked who "he" was, which i stil never got the answer too. After 30 minutes of waiting the young Lady that has watched me sit there for 30 minutes finally came out and completed my return. Why she couldn't do it when I first got there I have no clue and they gave no answer too, just got a "my bad".

Have a couple of customer service members who absolutely have hate for me . They used to come on my job complain then call my supervisor. Every week .The I Also heard one employee.aje comment stupid homeless living in our parking lot . My car had broken down. Either way unnecessary and shows real mentality. They hate customers. I try to never get near Walmart.i recently had to buy phone and min the lady did not scan card told me they didn't have to any more . When I went to set up phone the min were used then I was told invalid . I'm homeless so this was second trip to this store which was not easy . The receipt wears out so fast you couldn't make out what I bought and the first trip I made they said the managers didn't have the keys to allow me to purchase phone . Also someone bought me boots they were almost 40 $ .Not even a week later the fake leather paint fell off one and the sole came off . I would suggest save the money . You can get a better deal at any of the shoe stores at the exchange . Also just last week I bought a big jar of great value peanut butter . That was my weekly meal . I got very sick at the bottom there was a strange black square object . In the jar . I haven't had a chance to go back and show them and the way they have been treating customers . They will likely not give me back the 70 bucks total of all these purchases . They are rude especially closer to close . And especially to people they believe might be homeless. I don't think one person that works there wants a job . If Walmart feel into a sink hole . I would absolutely be beside myself with joy . Not happy how they price gouge either and start I in you to leave 30 min before closing. Not a very Christian company . Actually all signs point to they might be the anti Christ . May they be damned .

The stockers need to get together for a meeting so they don't put the exact same product four or five places. Restrooms need a lot of work. They need to do away with the self checkout or start giving significant discounts for using it.

They"tommi lynn myer" team lead for cap 2 fired me for not being able to lift with an inguinal hernia I more than made them aware of she point blank told me to my face I only still work here cause I'm in therapy,and that if I can't do the tasks she gives i need to find somewhere else to go. And when I tried to go to a manager about it tommi lynn Meyer fired me for " productivity" and when I open door' it the "store manager" Said I would be reinstated and it's been over 2 months and I'm still terminated in their system I'm about to lose my house and I just moved from Kansas so yeah they screwed me and were well aware of it so if you shop here your supporting a company that abuses they're employees and targets certain people the team leads don't like and then the higher ups help cover upfor the wrong doings of their team leads help me be heard please!!!! I'm still fighting for my job back if I could I'd give your store 0 stars you and your team leads are disgusting humans

Spend any extra money you can @ other food marts for produce and meats. Walmart is a fine establishment for purchasing home and personal hygiene items. It is just too crowded for me personally. However, Walmart is cheaper than dollar stores & pharmacies. Also, Walmart is perfect for pet supplies & sporting goods. Everyone, please, have a safe & blessed New Year. Happy shopping! 😊

Walmart is Walmart. They have good days and bad days. As per just about everyone, I am sick and tired of them having 1 lane open with a real cashier even though there are lines of people backed up into the clothes area waiting! They didnt even have the larger self checkouts open only the ones that are boxed in. Target is starting to look better and better to me.

Stopped in to open an account with the bank in Walmart. The gentlemen at Woodforest Bank were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was greeted promptly and service was quickly provided by Blake. Alan was helpful with copies and getting my debit card. I felt comfortable and at ease working with these 2. My only complaint was them playing nonstop Christmas music the 2nd day of November. 😁

Ordered grocery delivery with a delivery time of 6pm -7pm. Well, it's now 11:08 pm and no groceries. I've called the store continuously for 2 hrs and got to answer. No online updates. The store has now been closed for 11 minutes. The last time I ordered delivery my groceries were delivered to someone else's house. I went to the store and was told by customer service and was told that Walmart could not return my money because a 3rd arty delivered my groceries. 2 hours and 45 minutes later I got my $220 back. Had I not raised hell, I would have not gotten my money returned. The manager initially said that I would have to file a claim with the 3rd party delivery service companyI will never set foot in the Anniston, Alabama Walmart again. One would think that they could at least call me, text me, or email me with a status. The status on the website has said 2 hour delay since 6:00 pm. My groceries have been pulled for several hours already. I live a 10th of a mile from the store. I attempted to change my order to pickup, but was not allowed.The store manager is the most incompetent individual I have ever seen.

My wife went to get oil changed in her Nissan. I started hearing ticking from motor. I checked fluids, oil had 6 quarts without draining filter. It calls for 3.7 quarts in entire system. Also found 1 gallon coolant missing from her radiator. This is no exaggeration. Only been 2 weeks since she went in. Check out oil color.

Variety of clothing and spacious store. Everything is not crammed in. Nice wide aisle 6 feet is very possible. But I bought a pair of shoes and the strap broke. They were cute shoes that met the required purpose..

II have been getting delivery for over a year and it's never gotten better. 'm done with this Walmart. Expired food or about to be, molded strawberries and potatoes, dented cans.I miss fresh bread, fresh eggs and milk. I'm changing to Johnson's and dropping this no good delivery service from Walmart. I have tried to complain, they just give you a refund for molded items and that's it until the next time. They don't fix the problem. And what do you do with bread that's expiring in 3 days or milk. They purposely give oldest items to pickup and delivery. I have called corporate, does no good. This area has terrible employees who even give you rotten potatoes. I'm done.

Where can you start at... This Billion dollar company(and I'm being told that make that and more a day!! A day!!) Has too much business to only have 3 registers w/ a human attending it. Let's face it, we know u can afford to hire more employees!!! It takes 10 years to get in there and leave out.. And that is just during the day.If you go at night, bring your camping chairs!! They have one of the nastiest bathrooms I have ever seen,(but they have janitors) and some of their employees attitudes match that! Walmart makes me me itch and break out in hives...smh... Oxford Walmart on the other hand, is a little better, definitely cleaner..💛💛💛
