Haley at Walgreens in Golden Springs goes above and beyond to say the least. My prescription wasn’t available at this location. She called other pharmacies and locations and was able to find my prescription. The most help I have ever received from a pharmacy. She deserves a raise! Thanks so much for everything Haley

I am not a regular here but I am now. I will be spoiled by this pharmacies professionalism and proactive care.Mandy is so sweet, smart and kind! Very understanding.Scott is a very smart and informative man with a lot of knowledge about the medicine that I take and courteously carries out each individual’s medical needs as far as the patient is concerned. The ladies are lovely to talk to and I am so happy to wait for them to get back to me as soon as possible…. I hope that this helps and has an effect on my favorite pharmacy in the area. Tri county area! Annette is so good with it all, the head pharmacist is the only one I want to count my pills out. Thank you so much Golden Springs Walgreens and the pharmacy's staff is in their rightful place!

Treated poorly by 3 different Walgreens today Saks temporarily closed because pharmacist left. Anniston wouldn't pull my prescription she could but she was very disrespectful I've had to have them pull my prescription before so I know it can be done litterly because Saks being temporary closed a couple weeks ago, but golden springs was able to pull my prescriptions they said give them 2 hours and when I got there from wellington I still had to wait in line she was very slow so it was about 25 minutes in line then I get told it's not ready wait 20 minutes so it took them may as well say 3 hours to fill 3 prescriptions after my issue with them today I will never use them again if I had the option for no stars that's what they would get very disappointed this started today at 1 pm here I am it's 6:23 and my medicine is still not filled

I have used the Golden Springs Walgreens location for five years. I previously used the Talladega location. Each trip to the window at GS location, I discover they have only applied to one insurance when my account shows a primary and secondary. Because of the laziness of the filling tech and failure of the pharmacist to correct this, I have to wait while they correct the charges. One time it took over forty minutes and caused customers behind me to express their frustration and direct it at me. Today was the last straw. The clerk: Tatiano (SP?) asked my name, my date of birth, and then my address. She than asked my DOB and address again. After looking on her terminal, she asked if I had (redacted) to pick up. I said yes, that is it. She asked for my Date of birth and address again. I asked "Are you kidding me?" She got mad and said I now had to walk into the store for service. I told her to get my prescription now. She retrieved it and I noted they had not run the second insurance. Five minutes later, I was told the system was down and come back in a few hours. I am moving my business to CVS. Avoid this location.

I waited in the drive thru for 25 min. There were only 4 cars in front of me. It wasn't due to new winn dixie customers, it was a very slow associate at the window. Very unexceptable.

PSA: Pick another pharmacy!!! There is one man that works the pharmacy register with excellent customer service skills but only so much he can do….I got a notification they received my prescription so I went to pick it up a week ago and they told me I was too early…I had a few left so no big deal! I never got another notification from them so a few days later on my last one I went back to pick it up and they tell me 20-30 min! I have my toddler with me so I buy her candy to occupy her and wait but they never call my name so I get back in the long line and when I get to the front (after waiting 47 min) they tell me they are out of 1 of the 2 but will have more Friday! Go back on Friday and wait patiently in the drive thru lane and she tells me they are filling it to pull around…I pull around and wait another 20 min in line and get to the window for her to tell me that she can’t give it to me because they were short 2 but she would have more on Monday….I explain that I have to go without 2 by Monday so I’m willing to take the 28 because I can’t legally drive without it and my doctor can fix the issue later which she tells me she can’t do (which is a lie because I know pharmacies that do it often) I go inside to speak to “the manager “ (clearly not a manager and if he is all of the more reason you should pick another pharmacy)…..why was my prescription not filled when they originally received it over a week ago when I was “too early”??? You CANNOT play with peoples medicine like that….

The pharmacy here needs better management. The hours vary alot and more times than not i ended up waiting for them to either open or come back from lunch. Some days i see just a sign indicating the pharmacy is closed due to no phamacist on duty.

I really appreciate the help that I received from an associate named Kenya!!! I needed a photo poster board of a card that had alot of writing on it and it didn't turn out good. Kenya did everything she could to help me get what I needed and we were able to get something that would work for me. She was very polite. helpful and friendly!!! She had a Sweet smile that I appreciated seeing. So many times you come across people that act like you are a burden to them and they don't want to help you!!! Not Kenya!! She is Truly an Asset to Walgreens!!! Thank You Again Kenya for all of your help!!! Always Share That Beautiful Smile With Others!!! You Never Know Who May Need It!!!

Waiting in the drive thru for 43 minutes, 8 cars took that long. I pull up at exactly 7pm. They closed everything up and ignored me sitting at drive thru. First time ever getting my prescription filled here..and worst customer service no question. Walgreens you should be ashamed of how bad this store is managed. Look at all the customers that have negative reviews on this store. Pathetic. Guess CVS is now getting my business.

Employees are not friendly and not helpful. I had a return and stood there waiting for help. A couple of employees walked past me and never offered help. I finally asked cashier if she could help and she was so rude. She snapped yes. Then said to me all that has to be returned? It was 7 items. She said why are returning these? I answered, there were bought 10 days ago for my grandma and she passed away. She was so hateful. Not even a sorry you lost a loved one. Just acted so bothered over the return. The prices here are incredibly high. I tried to use the photo app and had a horrible time. Gave up and sent them to a competitor. But I did get a full refund with the receipt.

The worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Every time I go I have to wait, whether it be for the pharmacy, photo, or cashier. There have been several instances when I have received confirmation that my prescription was ready for pick up, only to get there and be told to wait or go back through the drive thru line. The last straw was when I ordered a canvas print online, and received an email stating that my canvas would be ready for pick up after 12. When I arrived at 12.45 they had not even started on my order and was told to wait, AGAIN. I will never be back.

This pharmacy has shorted my prescription 3 times! All 3 times I haven't noticed until a few days after (I know I should have learned after the first time to count my medicine before leaving the counter) and when I contact them, they claim the camera shows them counting the medicine correctly and I was given the right count. I KNOW they did not yet it's my word against theirs. If there wasn't a miscount then there is a crook that works there! This is extremely dangerous!! They also act like they have no time to help you and they are constantly overlooking important details. AWFUL.

I usually do not go the extra mile to say something ugly about anyone, but I am extremely dissatisfied with this pharmacy. Not only do they make mistakes regularly they don't even apologize for them. If your insurance will let you use someone else, please do. Save yourself the heartache.

The pharmacist and staff were extremely helpful and had my prescriptions ready in the time it took me to drive from the doctors office. They made time to address all of my questions and offered to help again if symptoms didn’t improve.

The women who work in the pharmacy are In no rush to help you. I went up there they said it would take an hour to fill my Prescription it's been 2 hours and they haven't even started on mine yet. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Go to CVS or literally anywhere else

I wouldn't suggest anyone coming here to fill your prescriptions these people are very judgmental about the medicines you are on and will punish you in different ways and by the way you look .You shouldn't have to go through anything other than professional employees
