The experience was fantastic. We went in wanting possibly two phones and decided on one for all three of us. Will was an excellent salesman. He wasn't pushy and he gave great advice. He showed us what was available and what we would need. Everything was upfront. We got 3 LG V60's with dual screens. Great salesman (Will), great service, terrific phones. A wonderful experience.

I was impressed from the moment I stepped into the Anniston store. The personnel were pleasant and helpful. It was easy to negotiate the store layout and begin locating what I needed. The store was neat and tidy. The quality and brands of products offered were second to none. The representative who assisted me was knowledgeable. My questions were answered. When I completed my visit, I had a phone upgrade and all accessories needed. In fact, I received a phone call the next day thanking me for shopping and making certain I remained pleased with my choices.

Zane was amazing!! He went above and beyond to help me pick the best options for me and help restore my photos on phone after 4 year old threw phone in the family pool…. Zane was informative and not pushy at all. Probably the best customer service I have ever received at Verizon after being a customer for over 15 years!! This will be my home store from now on…. I am extremely pleased with my rep tonight. I was still torn about the decision between the 12 Pro & the max but he was more than willing to pull out any and everything I wanted to try. Very polite and cared about my experience even past the purchase date. I left the premises at closing time and my rep made sure I got into my car safely (as a woman, that is huge for me) I felt like I had just run into an old friend and that’s how customer service should be done. Thank you for the experience! Myself and my daughters Christmas will be that much better because of it!Also, I think the company should let them go home a bit earlier on Christmas Eve, Santa has a lot to do that day lol

My rep was awesome! I was completely set on switching to ATT, but after a visit to this store, I can gladly say I'm still a loyal Verizon customer. The amount of help I received from my rep with setting up my new phone was phenomenal, and he made sure I was more than set up before I walked out the door. If you need any help with getting or setting up a new phone, or even may be curious about switching carriers, you won't be disappointed by a trip to this location.

I drove all the way from Albertville to work with Will at the Anniston store. He is always easy to deal with and available anytime for any questions I have. He informed me of everything and answered every question I had but wasn’t pushy. The store was very clean and organized. I would definitely recommend!

My sales rep helped me so much with my new phone and was very patient. He installed a hyperlink on my phone that gave my tips and tricks so I could learn my phone better. He also installed the tempered glass and also the 0tter box. I will recommend him and this store location to everyone I know! If I could make a suggestion I would recommend classes (led by Will) for learning a new phone.

My Samsung android phone was dysfunctional. Took it to the Verizon store on Quintard. Tessa helped me. She was awesome. Spent over 1 hour on it. Got back several things lost. She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. Did not rush at all. Very supportive, as I'm very tech challenged. Will always go there. Will NEVER go back to the Verizon at the exchange. I used to visit this place every month to purchase phone service about six years ago. The customer service reps and staff were/are extremely nice, polite, and helpful. I recommend this place to those of you who are current Verizon Wireless customers or for those of you who might be interested in switching phone carrier service. I am seriously considering going back to Verizon Wireless Phone Service, but I have not fully made up my mind for now.

When I came into the Anniston Verizon store, my phone had ZERO of my old data. My service rep was able to retrieve my data and more importantly to me, my pictures. He never stopped trying to figure out how to retrieve them when I thought they were lost forever! Great job! And great customer service!

Went into the Anniston Alabama store to check on upgrades for my account and options for new phones. Their store was very clean and organized with all the latest phone options and accessories. I was overwhelmed at first because I do not do well with change but then I was greeted instantly by one of their represenaativess. Everyone in the Anniston store was very friendly and helpful./ He sat down with me and discussed all of my options and helped me decide on new phones. Then took time to explain everything and transfer all of our data to the new phones. He really went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. Thanks Will and Verizon for a great experience. We will definitely be coming back to for future needs and send our family and friend their for phone needs.
