Best family ran business in town with a couple of locations ,if they don't have it they will get it ,plenty of nice boots ,clothes and all your pet care needs along with nick nacs . Great , knowledgeable and friendly staff from everything to shots flea treatments and so much more to mention ..they will even lend a helpful hand in loading your things for you , Best thing of all its PET FRIENDLY , I usually go to the Anniston office and I've always been greeted with a smile and asked if i needed any help THAT GOES A LONG WAY in my book ,also stop by the produce BEST peach I've ever had in my life was bought here . So if you've had a bad experience I suggest you go back try them again ,maybe you were having a bad day yourself , if I was able to rate this business they would get a 10 !!

The cashiers are always very kind and willing to help. One came out to get the buggy from me as I was making my way to the door to put it back up. Also, we always find what we are searching for. So does my son. He loves picking out bones/treats for our pups from the buckets.

Nice selection of boots and some had reasonable prices, but during the approximately 30 mins we were there looking at boots not once did any employee offer to help find the size or even ask if they could help at all. As we decided to leave about 4 - 20 something aged "employees" were huddled together at the checkout register area and again none said a word other than whatever gossip or talk they were engaged in with each other. Visited the Anniston location around 2:30pm on 1/30/23.

This place has a great selection of boots. Whether you need work, or dress type boots they will have what you need. Walking into Pickette's made me immediately decide to start shopping here instead of Tractor Supply. They have almost everything you can find at Tractor Supply but with that small town family owned shop feel.

Best place to get dog food/rabbit food/turtle food! I haven't bought any others from Pickette's but the employees are awesome and they've never been cross with me. Even when I park a little far away because the lot is full, they'll help carry my 50 lb dog food all the same. I won't go anywhere else unless I'm ABSOLUTELY forced to

Went to find a very specific pair of boots for work. As I was checking out one of the associates informed me they had a different pair that may be better suited for my needs. After showing me a pair that was on the floor, they were able to order me a new pair of work boots. The staff was very helpful and without there knowledge of boots, I might have bought the wrong pair.

I buy my son's blue jeans here. He is skinny and lanky and we always have a hard time finding nice blue jeans that fit him well. Pickette's has great quality Wranglers and he says they are very comfortable. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
