I just left from here where I shop FREQUENTLY I did have a full buggy of groceries but the young lady line I went to was EXTREMELY rude as I started placing my can goods on the belt she started huffing and puffing and smacking her lips likes I was inconveniencing her. I took my can goods back and went to a different line where a young lady was training a new hire and got greeting very politely she was very nice and fast got me right out the door. My point is noones life is easy but if you choose to work with the public please be at the minimum polite.

Clean store. Has electric carts for those who can't walk long. My cashier, Ashley, was super friendly and helpful. She helped me reach items in the cart to put on the belt and then put them back in the cart for me. Love the deli. Good hot bar, hot, fresh, decent serving sizes. I am hooked on the antipasta, the pistachio fluff, and my daughter loves the banana pudding. Meat dept. Their meats tend to stay fresh longer than most places and a big selection. Only complaint would be... by the time they add the 10% plus you get taxed on top of that, their not always the best choice financially

They have people there that you don't even think work there and one stands at front and asks you if you want a buggy and brings it to you at the door. Then one comes up when you get your last bag out and takes the buggy for you and puts it back at the return rack. They won't take money (tips) either. I like this place.

Alot of stuff out date from ice cream cones to can goods .. check your dates when shopping here. Had to look thru atleast 10 cans of ravioli to find that only 3 had 2024 dates the rest were 2020,2021 & 2022.. other than that there meat prices are AMAZING cheapest in town

I love this place because it's not far from where I live and it has become one of my main places to shop for various items. I recommend this place because if you go there once, you'll enjoy the experience and come back! I save money on things you would not believe is sold here! Just try it for yourself and tell me what your experience was like.I also like the fact that the staff is really polite. The store is always clean and most items are very easy to find. Sometimes a police officer is there to serve as security in the store, which is another thing I like. I have never encountered a bad experience with the staff nor the other shoppers there.

This store is on a hard downward spiral because no one wants to work there. Employees leave constantly because the GM aka store manager Is unprofessional and a scrooge.The store manager is a grouch to everyone and treats the staff with a rude ,accusatory tone.He doesn't take responsibility for his own mistakes.They cant keep new employees for more than a month due to his bad attitude and lack of direction. The manager doesn't even bother to learn the names of his employees, he often calls them by the wrong name.He constantly orders the wrong items and excess of the items that are already in full supply. The overstock is out of control and unorganized.The store never has enough shopping carts because they are too Ghetto cheap to order more. They are even too cheap to hire employees to manage the carts and or bag boys/ a decent amount of janitors.The whole store has only 1 janitor that is not there half the time.The employees arent necessarily doing their job well because they have almost no direction , motivation,or guidance. Therefore they dont communicate well with each other and things get mixed up badly.The GM pressures the entire staff to just pile items onto the shelves in a rush rather than efficiently delegating work load or prioritizing. The staff have to bicker amoung themselves to figure out who is doing what, because the GM doesn't get involved.The store has lots of expired items in most departments.You rarely can even find a single Chuck stake. Not good selection / variety, but not the worst. Not many special sales or discount bundles. They never have Arizona brand drinks.The store is a place of bad vibes, moody agitated people, old worn out equipment. It's not worth the hassle.

This is not the one I normally shop in but it was conveniently on my way home from an appointment downtown. The store was clean and bright and seemed the aisles are wider than the other one. Even with the store laid out a bit differently I found the few items I needed quickly and easily.

I like shopping at Pic N Sav. They have good prices and deals on almost everything. Much better than some other local stores which I also shopped recently. I had 2-3 times as many groceries in my basket for the amount of money. I felt like i had been robbed at the last place. I was completely shocked when I heard my total. I felt much better leaving the store today with my buggy overflowing. Only thing I can say negative is that they don't have everything I need but it doesn't keep me from doing most all of my shopping there. The staff is friendly also.

Wow guys seriously bad customer service. You are not allowed any reusable shopping bags or have to leave them at customer service which then after checking out can repack your own bags. Also there is no corporate number and have to beg to talk to store manager. I'm not one to say I shop there every day but I do... guess not any more. Security won't even let me bring open and empty bag to help the environment. This store needs help.

Great prices especially on meat. Fully stocked shelves. Could use more cashier's and customer service. Second one I tried to find packaged spicer and couldn't find. The only customer service person I could find I had to interrupt a private call and of course she was no help. I would expect her boss to keep her off her phone, distasteful and unprofessional.

This is my favorite store to shop for groceries ..great prices ,amazing customer service everyone of the cashier's are always kind ,helpful ,patient ,and so polite and not to leave anyone out but the rest of the people that work here are absolutely great as well .they all make one big team of complete greatness everyone deserves a raise here in my opinion .I never see anyone just standing around everyone is always busy that just tells me they have great managers and store leaders whom everyone enjoys working for and with .so to the managers or store leaders .amazing job keep up the great work whoever it is please give them a raise if you don't believe me you have cameras there watch the videos for yourself .I bet you don't see anyone just standing around always working .I do go inside this store several times a day some days ..always great job!!!!!

They have good prices on many items that I commonly buy. A good selection of produce, and typically good prices on meat. They do add ten percent at the register, but I typically find them to be a better value on many items than other local grocers.

Website clearly states that the store closes at 10pm, but after arriving at 7:50pm, unloading my children and walking toward the store, the associate promptly locks the door and says they’re closed. (People were still inside shopping) I don’t usually shop at the Anniston location if I can help it, but needed some things tonight. I wasn’t the only one irritated, as there were several people crowded in front of the door shouting at the guy on the other side. There was one very elderly man waiting as well, who was probably in need of something essential. Upon seeing the mob gathering, I made record time fastening my brood back into their seats before there was a shootout over eggs and milk.

My experience at Pic 'n Save is always accommodating. Every item is easy to locate; don't have to look a long period of time to locate any of them. The fruit and vegetables, as well as,all other items are fresh In opinion, It's a great place to shop! Thank you for providing suchGreat Service!!

Pic 'n Sav is a nice friendly store and clean, the meat's are fresh with a low price top sirloin steaks for $6.46 pork chops at a low price and hamburger meat and the ice cream Big selection of all kinds of ice cream you would want at a low price cheaper than Walmart and Johnson's😇

I enjoy shopping there all tho they have a wide variety to select from. They charge an extra ten percent on each item. Even when you are using government assistant,they still charge taxes.

nice grocery store. clean, neat, with friendly staff. prices aren't crazy high or low, selection of items isn't bad. location is good for being right off Quintard AVE. entry and exit by car is easy, parking lot is big with wide spaces but they do need to repaint the lines. they're too dim for night parking. lot is kinda dim too, it needs more lights and/or brighter bulbs. no obvious security cams outside. if u live inside Anniston City proper and don't want to drive to WinnDixie in GoldenSprings or Wal-Mart in Lenlock try this grocery store.
